Last time I went there the service was terrible they were training a new employee and we were on our lunch brake but instead of letting her handle the online orders they had her work on the store front she did her best the 2nd employee could tell we were in a time crunch and did nothing to help and after all of that my chips were stale not the first time I’ve had issues with this place but it will be the last….

Fresh food and great atmosphere
Kids friendly options available and good staff. Definitely recommended you won't ever be disappointed.

Been eating at this place pretty much every 2 weeks for the last year, always place the order in their website, before use to get there and just pick up the food at the time they said, lately I get there at the time they say and have to wait 20 mins at least, service is super slow and when you complaint about the wait the answer is kind rude, food is great, but place a order ahead and then have to wait 20 mins every time makes me start thinking that should go buy food somewhere else! And for the owner or person that will respond to this review, the use of a standard message for all the reviews that have something less positive to say about your business means that you don’t care about your customers

First time in the restaurant. Clean. Only customer. Employee was talking to somebody on a headphone while preparing the food Handling her phone and trying to incognito it into her pocket during prep. Defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. Burrito was average. Lack of parking due to high volume of restaurants in small space.

We were craving for some burritos and nachos. Earlier that day we noticed that Barburrito near us had launched their sandwiches and we had to try it! We went for the crunchy chicken sandwich which was the classic crunch burger for 6.29$, the patty was really delicious and crispy. Really loved the Brioche buns, were very light and delicious. A must try ones! Nachos were pretty good too. Burrito was the usual, we opted for the Bean burrito with the choice of our salad dressings. Had an amazing time at Barburrito!

Yummy food. Polite staff, very clean always putting on new gloves between customers and only touching food items while preparing food. Was my first time there. Will visit agajn

Very bad experience. Employees are so rude and doesn’t know how to work in team. I waited almost 12 minutes just for fries.

Had the reaper burrito. Was hot but not hot enough. Corporate needs to let them add extra reaper sauce. Great taste.

Just had a steak burrito, and it was fantastic! Everything stayed together so well, which is amazing when having a burrito

Server didn’t pay attention to my order, just put what he wanted on it. He was more concerned with answering the phone than the 4 customers ahead of him. The music was atrociously loud. When I made a comment that the order wasn’t what I wanted I got a blank stare and a scoff. Super unprofessional. Won’t be returning.

My husband and I bought some burritos and a soda from this place and we LOVED! We are Brazilians and we loved this food! Amazing! ¡ Me encantó¡

Best spot to grab some food when in a rush. Their customer service is fast, pricing is fair, great mood. Keep up the good work

Just ordered a regular burrito and 3 tacos and they were some of the best Mexican food I have gotten from a chain. The sign on the wall says fresh Mexican grill and it is truly fresh with everything I saw and tasted. All the meats are timed for maximum freshness and accountability to keep it fresh.
The two girls working did a great job aswell.
I will definitely be coming back!

Spice is really spicy you're better off with no spice in it and adding your own later. Otherwise you may end up throwing the whole thing out.

I personally order from Barburrito on a regular basis. I'm always satisfied with the customer service and portions every time. I have brought my friends, dates and peers in and they agree that the ingredients are always fresh!

I was organizing a workshop at Georgian College, I found out that the on campus catering order could not go through because it was over reading week. I was told I had to go and find someone else to cater my event. I was super stressed, I was expecting a taco bar and was afraid that the cost from someone else would be out of my budget.

I went into BarBurrito with no intention of ordering but just see my options available for the date I needed the food for. I had been helped by someone on their afternoon shift (I don't know her name but she was super nice!) and she had me write a note to Tiffany- the manager of the store. I was able to get a response within 2-3 days from her and the process was so easy.

I have never held an event let alone order a catering platter. We decided on a taco bar, it came up to around $12.00 with 2 tacos with whatever they wanted and a side of chips with salsa. We ordered for around 35 people.

The day of the event came around and Tiffany was prompt with getting the set up ready, providing plates, cutlery and napkins and even a little extra of the fixins. She was incredibly professional and even followed up with me that night to see how things went and how people liked the food.

Tiffany and her team went above and beyond in customer service. I received many compliments on the food, so many people didn't even know BarBurrito was so close by or even existed. You guys had a ton of happy people in the room. I had left overs and brought them back with me to Hamilton for the weekend and my family loved it. Thank you guys so much, I will order from you guys again and you'll definitely see my face in store shortly!:)

Best burrito and service in town. Always see the staff FRESHLY preparing (cutting, cooking, cleaning) the veggies and meats. Fresh chips everyday and the girl working told me they make fresh guac every 4 hours! The staff are all friendly and polite, and give you the impression that they truly do care about your experience and what is the best option for you. I recommend the bowls! So much bang for your buck, and not to forget about the walk-in special on Monday makes it only 4.99! I have been a religious customer here and I will for sure continue to be. Highly highly highly recommend!

Just moved to Barrie.
Went to check out some of the restaurants offered close by. Never heard of Barburrito before so I decided to stop in this morning.
Was good! I like that the sizes are big for the prices paid. I enjoy the different toppings to choose from for the burrito. The green salsa looks different so I opted to get the red salsa on the burrito and asked for the green for the chips. They had no issues doing that for me.
The only thing is I wish they offered more in the bottles of pop then just coke Zero, Canada dry and coke.

The food is always amazing, the staff is always friend at the one I frequent. Cannot recommend more. Don't get a burger get a burrito!

Only complaint is the idiots that don't figure out what they want before staff gets to their order.

Worst food.employee shutdown early at 8 and told they are closing early. Probably worst place ever

Never left a review before but I thought the girl working last night deserved it!
She was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the food and products at the store. She was super friendly in answering any of the questions that I had. Went in about 830 and the food still looked fresh and was very delicious!

The extreme fries are soon good! The ground beef tastes like it was just made and everything looks so good! I am excited to try more!

I had a steak burrito bowl last night. The meat looked like ground up diarrhea with 0 flavour. The food was smothered in so much sour cream I could not finish. Also extremely bad stomach pains started a few hours after eating this meal which has turned into several hours on the toilet.

Ordered off skip the dishes for the family. This is the first time we have eaten here and was not disappointed. The only thing I would suggest is automatically putting cutlery and napkins into the bag regardless of the order just so customers have it no matter what. But other then that it was great!

Stopper in on Thursday with my daughter and husband. The 2 girls working were very friendly and polite. The chicken quesadilla was very filling and the steak burrito was good. My daughter really enjoyed the tacos and I thought it was awesome that they came with a side of chips!

We order through skip the dishes and have had the last 4 orders come with something messed up. Wrong sides and toppings and most recently we had raw fries given to us. Im talking dipped in the deep frier for 10 seconds raw. Not really a simple accident to make.
Burritos taste awesome but it's getting really annoying at this point. I get the feeling the staff don't care about the order if we aren't standing in front of them.

*update* the manager called me back promptly and refunded our meal. Although the meal was disappointing, the manager's response was great.

I really liked this place, but I won't be returning after this last experience. Two items from our order were missing, chicken burrito had who-knows-what in it, causing stomach cramps, and when I called to inquire I was hung up on. When I called back a different employee answered and apologized saying that she "thought I was the uber eats girl". We were so disgusted we couldn't continue eating the food. Truly disappointing.

Went in with my mom a few days ago. We just moved to Barrie and we all love mexican food.
I got chicken tacos and they were so good.the guacamole tasted nice and fresh and I loved that the tacos came with a side of chips. Husband definitely missed out so will have to return for him to try.

My young daughter and I went here for the first time and were greeted with an excellent meal and service. Good job!
