I am so thankful I found that clinic. I needed an ultrasound ASAP, and the clinic was able to schedule me in a matter of two days. Amazing front staff, very helpful, respectful, and very polite. The lady who performed my ultrasound was very professional, very patient, and very caring! Thank you!

Rude staff, long wait times, and attitude when requested medical reports. Do not recommend going to this location.

Staff were impatient and has no consideration to privacy. You are changing and they just open the room for everyone to see. This needs go be addressed.

Had to get x-rays done and ultrasound. Excellent service with the x-rays. Ultrasound took me in earlier than my appointment which was great. Recommend using this place to anyone

I had an ultrasound booked for today (on a Saturday) I called a few days prior to confirm that they would in fact be open on a Saturday and I wasn't given the wrong info. The person who I spoke to said they "sometimes" are open on Saturdays but then found my appointment and confirmed that it was correct. I arrived 10mins early to find an empty parking lot and all building doors locked. Another person arrived for an appointment while I was I there but they were certainly closed. I am so disappointed as I had to take time off of work for this appointment and wait almost 2 weeks originally. Leaving this as a warning for anyone with a Saturday appointment.

Made an appointment for an ultra sound. Long wait for appointment but not their fault, long waits everywhere. Day of appointment I was called (thankfully before I left for it) and appointment was postponed because of an emergency with their tech. Ok, stuff happens. New appointment was on a Saturday although she said they are not normally open Saturday. Showed up and there was a lineup outside the building. Building was locked and no lights on. We waited for quite awhile but no employees showed up. With the wait times for an ultra sound this was beyond disappointing! This place is a joke.

06/28 visited for my 3pm xray & U/S - they were short staffed by 2 techs. The front desk staff are FABULOUS & I could tell they were very overwhelmed & stressed out. Xray tech was super nice! These women need a raise with all they deal with. I was told to come back in an hour for my U/S but left & was called to come right back. I was walked to the back waiting area by 1 of the front desk women (she was friendly & happy). I sat & waited til 3: 57 when a woman tech named Nona told me to go back to the front desk because it was 4pm and she was leaving/going home. I was stunned. I said excuse me? I was just walked back here to wait and now you're saying I can't get it done? I walked back to the front & the lady there was frustrated by this staff member NONA literally clocking out with clients waiting for HER. Staff squeezed me in with Lorraine, who was absolutely AMAZING! Lorraine, keep being your wonderful self! Nona - as I was told by several staff there - is NOT a team player & does her own thing on her terms. She was not friendly when speaking to me & was very dismissive as I was now an annoyance to her at 3: 57pm. In customer service, we can't abruptly walk out on a patient/client just because it's 3: 57pm. Especially when ALL of the rest of that office team was working their butts off with 2 staff short. Can you imagine if a Surgeon said during a surgery: OH it's 4pm - I'm done! There are so many GOOD techs out there looking for a job. My advice to the Manager at this location is make room for 1 good team player, by getting rid of the 1 unprofessional & self-focused non team player (Nona). All the other staff were absolutely great! But this one woman needs to find a different career outside of customer service.

Appointment booked few months in advance at 9 AM. TESTS DONE AT 10.45 IN 5 MINS. PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIRS. NO VALUE FOR TIME. Technician however was overbooked and looked overworked

Don't bother making an appointment. My wife booked 3 weeks out for a maternity ultrasound. Waiting over an hour, with a full bladder, only to be moved from the waiting room to the smaller waiting room for another half hour.

Unorganized is an understatement. Go literally anywhere else.

Hands down the BEST place yo get yourself tested. Always friendly and helpful stuff. 10 giant stars!

Both times I've been to Barclay, it was great! I've seen some mixed reviews on here, but I've never seen anything at the clinic that matched any negative comments. The reception desk has always been pleasant, both on the phone and in person. The imaging techs have been friendly and efficient at their jobs. I've been in a super packed waiting room and was still in and out in under 30 minutes.

I needed an x-ray done and called their office. The recording said they do x-rays by walk-ins and till 5pm. I showed up at 3: 58pm and waited in line for 3 minutes putting me at 4: 01pm. The receptionist told me they stop accepting patients for x-ray at 4pm. I reminded her what the recording said and she insisted they stop taking patients at 4pm. Disappointed to say the least.

I will add I've had decent experiences here as well but the latest was in clear contradiction to their own automated recording when calling the office.

Just a quick thank you and comment from my recent visit.the receptionist and technician were excellent.very professional / waiting time wasnt an issue however with walk ins it can go either way.all in all A+

Called for 2 weeks with no answer, website is non existent and in today's current situation you would think online booking would be up and running. It's almost like this business isn't even a business but just a name on an empty building.

I have been here a couple times. It was okay. I like the booking experience. But this time the technician is horrible. She is so rude and seems like I am wasting her time to do the exam. I just feel like she is having a bad day or she hate her job something. Come on. Nice and peace. Especially this time!

10/2021: Updating the review below. I contacted Barclay's management to provide them with feedback. A supervisor phoned me back and listened to my concerns carefully and empathically. She promised to escalate each issue I reported and confirmed I would not be assigned to the same technician again when I returned. My next experience was significantly better and I was treated more professionally. I do not know how the situation with the first technician was dealt with, and I only hope no one else was subject to the same treatment.
Upgrading from 1 star to 4.09/2021: Although the booking experience and the wait times were very good and would rate at least 4 stars, my experience last week with the ultrasound technician was terrible. Her communication skills were truly unacceptable. I speak 4 languages but I had no idea what she was saying half the time. This was far less important than how rough and downright rude she was. Her mask kept slipping down, she kept wiping perspiration from her face with the gloved hands she was using to touch me and, even more importantly, she totally miscommunicated the type of test I needed to have. As a result, I have to return for the same test because she was in a rush and did not bother to tell me the method she used was not appropriate. There is more that I could say, but I'll stop here. I looked for a feedback page on Barclay's website and, since they don't have one, my review is posted publicly. I wish I had asked for the name of this employee, because I need to be sure she never comes near me again.

Long wait, unfriendly staff, hardly ever answer the phone despite not being super busy.ontop of all that it took about two weeks longer to get my results then I was told it would AND they mis printed my information several times after several corrects with two different staff members. I'm annoyed with this experience

I am beyond amazed at the empathy and professionalism at this facility.
GNMI was unable to get me in for genetic testing in pregnancy. Barclay called me back within the hour of receiving my REQ from my doctor and accommodated my dates and personal schedule.
They also asked if my husband would be able to join. I was shocked to hear this. He is a first time father and has been feeling really left out of the loop.
The receptionist was SO kind and informative.
My first Inpression already tells me that I will be very very happy with my visit thank you so much.

Staff and service are excellent. Wait time is fairly short, depending on the day or the time of day, you visit. Covid pro dec alls are in place. Masks must be worn.

One of those nondescript medical centres, PPP that has seen better days. They were nice appointments ran on time and good Covid protocols. We’re they any good? My doctor had no complaints so probably ok.

Best place in st.kitts I've gone for ultrasounds. Friendly, polite, informative, and understanding staff. Short waiting times for appointments and when waiting in the office. Good, easy communication (to contact), very accommodating overall.:) lovely experience.
