Bargains Group

We are a not for profit organization that created kits this year. Suzanne's help at The Bargains Group was invaluable - she gave tips, advice, looked for the best products and helped considerably with pickup. The full circle donation program supplemented and we got supplies we really needed for our kits free of cost.

Suzanne spent some of her own time helping us as well as coming in early and responding in the evenings when it was crunch time. She was so above and beyond and we are truly very grateful.

I look forward to a longstanding relationship with The Bargains Group for our upcoming endeavors.

BargainsGroup has always been a great help and partner in working our projects from our Church in reaching out those who are in desperate need for Baby Kits and personal hygiene kits for the past few years. I have been working with Lesley Slan and lately with Suzanne Quinn. They are wonderful. Just one call away, they assist and can guide and provide the best items that are needed for our projects. They make it all smooth and easy going in perfect timing.

An absolute joy to work.with these folks! I plan to do so again, and feel privileged to have learned of their important work. Our order for Care For Humanity project was placed and confirmed on a Wednesday, picked up on Friday. Excellent! Then, with a -35 frigid weather, loading the packages to a compact car seemed a bitter challenge. But lo and behold, I had four very friendly, accommodating crew from the Bargains Group who helped me squeeze in 1700 sets of hygiene kits. I saw amazing partnership here (since 2017, btw)! Our student club was looking to put together a homeless care package project, but since it was our first time carrying out an initiative like this we decided to contact Bargains Group, and It was the best decision we made! We worked with Lauren for Kits for a Cause, and we were able to put together a kit that works within our budget and target number, and they even donated items for our project. Lauren made the process extremely easy and stress-free on our part and was very accommodating to our group's needs and wants. She was super friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this company to other groups or organizations who wish to carry out a similar initiative. You won't regret it!

As the compassion coordinator for The Meeting House, we have come to depend on Bargains Group to help our donated funds go far. In December 2020 we purchased 150 quality warmth kits to distribute to those in encampments.in February 2021, we bought winter boots for men and women for the first Boot Fitting Clinic for the folks of the Dale Ministry. The service is phenomenal and the team is very responsive and flexible.

We have placed 2 orders with Bargains Group and have had great experiences - especially with the second order which was quite large for us consisting of 16 large boxes on a pallet. We needed that order delivered to a storage space and Jake in shipping made sure to note that we needed a call from the driver so we could arrange access to the storage area. As it turned out, the driver went straight to the storage facility and the storage manager there called us and was able to sign for the delivery and use their forklift to bring the pallet to our storage locker. Highly recommend the Bargains Group.

Dealing with John at the Bargain Group was an excellent experience. Prompt return of phone calls and emails, as well as shipping of product. Sometimes businesses seem to good to be true, this is not the case. The Bargain Group may appear that way but they fully deliver what they promise!

Wow so many 5 star reviews, I wish that was the case for me but unfortunately my experience with BG was very frustrating and unprofessional. They started out eager to help and very friendly at the beginning I’ll give them that, but for me finishing the job which they did not and left me under the bus with my investors just left a bad taste in my mouth. Best advice due your research sourcing products takes time and make sure you follow up and ask a lot of questions. Note if your always calling back a company and your waiting past a due date for your product or your product in my case came totally wrong cut your ties and find someone that can do the job, which may mean sourcing from the US or China.

I have done several community programs with the help of Bargains Group and I have never had any issues or concerns. They are efficent and helpful and Lesley is always amazing to work with. If you're looking for bulk ordering for your charity than this is place.

Mike gave me unsurpassed customer service from the first communication & offered me a great variety of options via email, saving me from searching on my own.
When a miscommunication about delivery dates arose, Mike quickly made things right by reaching out to a different printer to ensure we would have our products when we wanted them.
Proofs with additional information were sent quickly and tracking numbers when they were available; our products arrived exactly when they were promised.
The quality was even better than we had hoped, both the merchandise (tank tops & drink coozies) and the print jobs.
We will definitely be ordering from Bargains Group the next time we need promotional merchandise - a near perfect experience from beginning to end!

Love the Bargain Group! Great service in reps and delivery. As a small charity in a rural area we don't have access to many low cost sources for the everyday items we need to address client needs. Wide rang e of items and great help from the support people. We also access items for fundraising and promotions.
