Our server Ryan made this place 5 stars and definitely will be returning. Nashville chicken sandwich was great!

Ordered a pulled chicken poutine and sweet peach tea drink. It was good food. Could have used more gravy and the chicken was like a mix between pulled and ground. Cheese curds were great. Good price too. The sweet peach tea drink was indeed sweet. It was more like peach schnapps and a slice of peach at the bottom. Gave me a headache afterwards, didn’t know I was susceptible to that with sweet drinks!

Definitely a must go! I wish I could give them more than 5-star! Their drinks are great, pizzas are yummy, and staff are friendly. I strongly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place, the food is always so amazing with the delicious hot sauce made in house. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and their beer selection is so unique. It's definitely the best place in town!

Amanda is always wonderful, Matt in the back is a force to be reckoned with, the beer and the fare are great!

I was in town for business and I like to try local craft beers on these trips. The Barnstormer did not disappoint! The servers were friendly, fast and attentive - they made sure I had what I needed without being intrusive. I don't expect a lot from pub fare but the fish tacos were excellent - the pineapple salsa really made the dish. To top it off, Tuesdays are Taco Special night with a great deal on tacos and beer.

Amazing food, very friendly service, and super clean! I especially love the Brisket Sandwich and the Fries. They are out of this world! The food is on time and service is friendly and professional. Love the plane decorations. The whole atmosphere is calm and positive. I loved every minute of the experience! You will definitely see me back here!

Excellent establishment: free parking, handicapped friendly, food is consistently great & server perfect - always enjoy ourselves! Seeing as it's a brewery as well the beer is great too! Have the option to do flights of all the beers. Overall great spot!

Their beer is very unique. The haziest of IPAs and so flavorful. The Alberta Mosiac being my favorite so far.

Plenty of parking nearby as well!

Horrible food. The pizza dough was just a flat hard bread and the "nachos" were just a few overly fried chips with little to none toppings. The beer is fantastic and very good. Go pub crawl, but don't stay for the food.

Great options for beer. Visited 3 to 4 times in year. Tried almost all beer choices. The favourite is 4 beer sampler.
The liked their Ale s and he freshly baked pretzels served with beer dip is a hit

Solid place for food and drinks. Beer is carefully crafted, without the usual overhopping. Smooth, delicious and goes down easily. Try their chip-crusted fish and chips, or the breaded cauliflower. Amazing stuff. For beer, try the low alcohol Billy Bishop Brown ale, or for something lighter the Watermelon Summer Ale. It is the perfect summer beer.

First dining experience today. I had the Barnstormer burger, which was excellent despite being a little overcooked. My grandson gave the chicken fingers two thumbs up. Would definitely try again.

We came here to have a beer and grab a quick bite to eat while we waited for our dog to be ready for pickup at the vet.

The beer was pretty good, and they had a nice variety. Service was attentive and very friendly.

The reason for the 2 star rating was the food. We ordered Irish nachos to share and they were 80% inedible. For anyone who's had Irish nachos in the past, you typically expect very thinly sliced potatoes. Our nachos had thinly sliced potatoes on the very top but had thicker pre-cut ridged potatoes for the bottom 80% (known as dollar chips in some pubs). The dollar chips were rock hard and it was physically impossible to bite through them. Not just a little hard or tough but actually impossible to bite through. The rest of the dish was stone cold and very underwhelming. I'm almost certain that this was mostly a day old dish that was reheated and served to us with a few of the thinly sliced fried potatoes added on top.

By far the worst food order I've ever experienced in my entire life.

I complained to the waitress who remarked that she's never seen the dollar chips on this dish before (essentially confirming this is old food that was reheated and re-used). She said she'd discount the order. I expected that she'd remove the nachos from our bill given we only ate 20% and it was completely inedible but they decided to only discount 50%. $9 for maybe a dozen thinly sliced fried potatoes, cold partially unmelted cheese, and cold dry chicken. Horrible.

Long story short, come here for a pint but for your own safety, do not order the food.

Staff are awesome and so friendly and so knowledgeable of beer and their food menu. Pizza is so good and soooo many taps to choose from too. Always a stop when I am in Barrie!

We were visiting from Australia meeting up with some past friends and had an excellent experience with food staff and beers were the best would come again for sure.

Located on Yonge, these guys know how to make a beer. The porter and IPA were top level and add to it the great decor of the place. Also had the best men's room we loved our time there.

Great menu and staff. They need to change up their pizza options from time to time. Beers and great, love the selection.

If your into craft beers this is the place for you amazing atmosphere and amazing beer and food!

Barnstormers has great food and an amazing drink selection. It could have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for a small misunderstanding. We were asked if we wanted gravy (without being told it would cost extra). Made it seem like it was included - but we got charged for it later on the bill.

Amazing food, love the chefs weekly specials to change it up, amazing beer for quick go-to's and the special ones now and then including those paired with the charities, my personal favourite is the windshear Watermelon summer Ale. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and personable, super quick and attentive and a laugh or 3 mixed in there too!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of food, accompanied with a excellent home beer. Top with exceptional services its guaranteed we will be back.

I had a great experience here! The atmosphere of the restaurant is stunning & warm, & the staff were super friendly & easy going. Our food came out quickly & well timed. I shared a plate of the jalapeño infused honey fries with bacon & garlic aioli: great for sharing because it can be heavy on its own, but the flavours were outstanding! I also ordered the brisket tacos & WOW! The pickled onions & side sauce served topped it off, I would highly recommend! ️ I paired my meal with the cider, which was a light, easy drink. There’s so much more I want to try on their menu & I will be returning!

In general, have been rather unimpressed by our various restaurant experiences since things have opened up again in the summer.

SO PLEASED with the food and beer here. Everything was so satisfying to eat. Terry was very attentive, and gave us excellent recommendations.

The pumpkin beer rivals the one from GLB, and the mosaic IPA was very juicy, well balanced, and not too bitter.

Had the pretzel, Brussels sprouts and chicken tenders and will definitely be coming back for the pizza, and more beer!

The tenders are FRESH. No Sysco frozen tendies here, and the sprouts were so yummy. The glaze didn’t over power the great taste of a fried Brussels sprout.

Excellent portions for price, those three items were split between me and my husband and we definitely left full and happy.

Was there last night. Grant was our server, and was awesome. Very personable and just a good guy. Food was great great. Candace in the Beer Store area was fantastic. She knows her stuff:) and was super easy to talk too. Great overall experience. It was a nice change. We need more ppl like Grant and Candace (hope I spelt it right) Thanks again.

We go here everytime we're in Barrie & it never disappoints! Friendly service, delicious beer & amazing pizza - the Co-Pilot pizza is my tried & true

They are wonderful team from the first desck to the waiterest Deny who was so helpful as she explained everything about the order and was so nice and polite, Same was the cook. Lovely meet sandwiche amazing Nan with the soup, the dessert was dreamy.
I will recommend this terrific restaurant to families, couples, friends and to be happy just having meal their or inviting my people to it.

Wow what can I say about this place. The food is absolutely fantastic, the beer was outstanding and the service was top notch. Had a great burger and special made fries paired with a great brewed Stout. My wife had a chicken burger with jalapeno honey fries (oh so good) and a blonde ale. We will be making this a regular spot.

My husband and I were excited to try this place but unfortunately our entire order was more than disappointing. We got fish and chips and the chicken sandwich and all of it was burned including the fries. We also got the beer Mac and cheese to split and it was a tiny side portion with a tiny side portion salad. For the price they are charging everything should be MUCH better. Definitely won’t order again.

Nice patio! I just tried flight beers. Very distinct flavours. I really enjoy the pancho barnes triple chocolate stout.

Had takeout numerous times during COVID shutdowns and the food is as great as the beer. The staff are super helpful with the beer selection. The pizzas are awesome.

Picked up keg for my kegerator yesterday. The lovely staff helped out and I bought the Czech Pilsner. So damn tasty!

Stopped by for some quick takeout dinner. Got the Barnstormer burger. Very charred, and very dry. Also added the garlic asiago fries.save your $$, there's nothing special here. Was a first and last time for me.

We got take out during the recent lockdown, and it definitely did not disappoint! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was ginormous and tasty. The jalapeño honey fries were incredible! Picked up some beers as well. Will definitely return!

Barnstormer's has the friendliest staff with a great selection of beer and food choices. They consistently create new specials with international flavour profiles (so visit often) but I highly recommend getting the pretzel appetizer and Nashville chicken sandwich!

Wife and I escaped for our first night out in a long time. Service was excellent and the food and drink was fantastic. Quality of food is well above typical pub food. Will absolutely go again. Even bought the local hot sauce they sell in house was delicious!

I've stopped here a couple times on my way home from skiing. I've just done take out. There is a great bottle shop that's very well organized. The swag (T-shirts, etc) look great. I'm tempted to get at least a glass every time I visit. The beer is solid. My personal favourite is the Irish red, but the lagers are also very strong too. This is my favourite brewery in the Barrie/Collingwood area.

I love this place. Go to pub for me. Food and Service is fantastic! After only being there a few times staff knows my name and treats me like family. Dani is awesome! Highly recommended!

Went last night with my wife and we were both blown away by the food. We split the calamari and both agreed it was among the best we've had. Then we decided to split our entrees too and shared the CAT III White Out Pizza and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The Pizza was light and delicious and the sandwich was huge, spicy, and incredible. We don't eat out much, but we'll be back here for sure!

I have been wanting to go to this place a for a long while, but I am never in the area as I live over and hour away. It was worth the trip! The burger was excellent and cooked just right and the calamari was absolutely perfect! My girlfriend loved her Nashville chicken sandwich. Service was great and we can't wait to come back and try the pizza next time!

Just finished an amazing lunch at this establishment. We've lived in Toronto pur whole lives but I cant compare the wings we had at the Barnstormer with any other restaurant in Toronto.absolutely mouth watery, tender, smoky bbq wings. Now living on Wasaga we will definitely make the trek for the wings and the delicious selection of craft beers. Great job! Went to Barnstormer for a meeting-had lunch. I had a Barnstormer Burger-very good and hand cut fries. Other party had a pizza which was very good as well. Would recommend it to anyone

The restaurant has an in- flight interior very interesting and fun look
The server took time to explain the entire menu and the beers
So each beer on the menu has The alcohol level the bitterness level and the strength and colour displayed Super Awesome!
With the beer ordered Tri motor dips with flat breads which was a combination of 3 dips and freshly baked flatbread
The goat cheese and artichoke hearts dip were excellent the hummus was average but the friendly service and the experience more than made up for it
On a day with 31 degrees C wow the beer was to die for
Towards the end orderd a German pretzel with cheese and beer sauce
The pretzel was freshly baked and hot out of the oven with a some excellent beer and cheese sauce
The hot freshly made pretzel with some kosher salt sprinkled on top was the best we’ve had
A trip to Barrie is not complete without visiting this super awesome restaurant

Went here with my colleagues just to check this out. It was amazing and the beers were good. I got addicted to chicken fingers. Had a great time in here with them. Very clean and the staffs were all friendly. Will be back for sure.

Apparently the "flying pig" pizza is back, obviously the planet is returning to normal. Once upon a time there was flying pig pizza at the Barnstormers, then suddenly and unexpectingly the pizza was gone. Patrons and beer connoisseurs everywhere were shocked, desperately needing a proper pig flying through the air only to return to earth in pizza form.
Congratulations are in order to the Barnstormers for bringing balance to the pizza force. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, I will try to water here more often now that I know the Flying Pig has triumphantly returned!

I am a lager guy so I drink First Class Lager and it was great. The Nashville Chicken Sandwich was Awesome!

Good place for a bite to eat, and you can buy beers from fridges out front as well - love that about this place.

A very unique atmosphere which makes the dining experience so much greater! Wish there was a little bit of a greater selection on the menu, but overall a fantastic place to go, definitely recommend!

Love this place! Great food and great craft beer. Only problem is trying to get a table some nights, but it is great that is busy - wouldn't want to go somewhere that isn't!

The maître d was AMAZING! We didn’t wait long for a seat. The decor is amazing! The food quality was fresh and real! A bit spicer than what was expected on the pulled pork. VERY accommodating. Good value for the $$. Can’t wait to come back!

2nd time to this establishment. 1st time I was not impressed and gave a sub par review as my bun was burnt etc.went back today and I must say they completely redemmed themselves.food was out of this world.was given a free dessert because the party ahead of us took their sweet time to clear the booth.our server was on her game 100% over all a great night out and I definitely recommend after the experience I had there tonight

Great food, great atmosphere. Food was hot and delicious. Plated very well. Server was awesome, we made dinner reservations for 6 people and had no issues at all - they let us in 10 minutes early to the spot. Very clean. Beers they make are delicious and everyone in the party enjoyed it. Definitely check this place out if you get the chance.

Great beers on tap, excellent food. Might be a little on the expensive side but worth the experience. The deep fried pickles are the best I've ever had, excellent fun staff!
