Dr. Lim and her staff were amazing. She is very thorough and explains everything. The office atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Lim, Lindsay, and all staff are very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite feeling anxious, my experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door (actually, from the moment I first called for an appointment and spoke with Lindsay).

Everything was on time, and it was an exceptionally well-run office.

The modern space has an open layout with loads of natural light (large windows in every room;it has a refreshing and inviting space while incorporating state-of-the-art equipment. They even have flat-screen TVs on the ceiling - allowing one to select a favourite TV show or movie to help distract from the root canal.

Most impressive - I experienced no pain during the entire procedure, with only some discomfort as the freezing wore off.

I was very nervous and tense to go through this root canal treatment, but the staff Theresa and Dr. Helena Lim did a great job to help me relax, they were very attentive to all my needs and concerned throughout the entire time I was there. I got an excellent care.

This is pocketcanal butchershop. I had severe pain in my tooth and was told to come after 4 months for root canal. Their fees are outrageous about 1grand more than other dental clinics. Went to Toronto and got it done within 1 week appointment and half of the fees.

Dr. Helena Lim is great! Very knowledgeable, professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was very scared to re-treat my four 30 years old root canals with infection and with a chance to loose my teeth, but Dr. Lim was able to save them all! She did such a great job! And even called a few days after my appointment to see how I was doing. Amazing! Highly recommend!

I was not looking forward to having a root canal, let me tell you, I was nervous. Every single person at Endodocs was kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything along the way. Days later I got a follow up call, from Dr. Lim herself. In all my years I’ve never received a follow up call from anyone but reception! These are caring people who make an uncomfortable situation as positive as it can be.

Recently, I had my root canal done at Barrhaven Endodoctor and had such a nice experience, doctor Helena is so professional and pleasant same as all staff are. I was very nervous and worried about all procedure but she made me feel so comfortable, explaining every step of the way and it was done before blink of an eye.

One of the best dental experiences of my life, not that I generally like them but I had a complicated root canal and the experience was stellar. The facility is very nice, with a great view, everyone was friendly. They are working with extremely high tech equipment and the pride and skill in the work was actually quite obvious, little exclamations of victory lol. Just an exceptionally thorough and absolutely top notch experience all the way through.and I had to pay out of pocket lol.

I would like to thank Dr. Lim and her team for providing the best care for my procedure. I get very nervous when I visit the dentist and had a root canal done previously by another doctor. Dr. Lim explained everything to me during my first visit, listening to what my concerns were and answering all my questions. On my day of the procedure I was amazed at how caring, professional and gentle Dr. Lim and Tracy were throughout my visit with them. The clinic was new and clean, easy to get too and parking was free. The overall experience was very positive. I highly recommend this Clinic!
