Really love this clinic! Dr. Stephen and his staff are lovely and my older dog seems to be getting better.finally!

Vet appointments are thorough and I’m fully informed about my pets health. Highly recommend.

My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy and they've always taken care and looked after him. They take the time to explain what things means and listen to your concerns as well. Rupert is very well taken care of here. Thank you!

Update to the below review from 3 years ago. This place has new owners and the new name of the business should be Upsell Animal Hospital, the place where your bill just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The previous owner was the exact opposite which is why we loved this place. They’ve now become bad for pushing unnecessary services like tooth cleaning that is over $1000 and make you feel guilty for declining and constantly suggesting tests and full exam fees just to get simple services. I love my pet more than anybody else but I can tell profits come before animal well being these days. I’ve had several friends move their pets care elsewhere of late for the same reason. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere if you’re considering here.

Moved to Barrie two years ago and needed a new vet- this vet has been so accommodating! The staff work to get me in atound my busy day and it is some of the best care I've gotten. They don't try to upsell, buy are honest about what my pet might need and what I don't need to bother with. Alot of respect for this clinic!

Dr. Dave is wonderful. He helped us get through the difficult illness and last days of our dog, Lizzie. And now he's helping us with our two dogs and new kitten, Archie. The staff are great too. Very patient.

Great vet, they take the time to listen and address concerns. They truly do care about your animals.
9 years later my opinion has not changed. They are still amazing and truly care about what they do and the well being of your furry family members.

Having just come from the hospital after a very trying experience we would like to say thank you to all the staff. We have been taking our dogs there for more than 30 yrs and through several owners and it's always been professional and forthright.

Very friendly staff & doctor. Got me and my dog Thor in quick and explained everything thoroughly & even printed out information for me to take home and read. Very happy with my first experience at this vet. I felt very comfortable at this office and confident in their care for my dog.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Been going here for years will not be back called with pet having an issue was told couldn't get in for 2 days they use to have spot open for emergencies not anymore was told to take to emergany clinic. What's the point of a dedicated vet if you can only get in for regular yearly shots right.

My experience was the administrative staff are nice, but if you question the prices they are rude.

They told me they will not adjust prices, they wanted $120 just to look at my dog paw.

Lots of other vets at a fair price, with caring staff and knowledgeable professionals in Barrie/ Angus. Avoid this place!

Very friendly staff, treated me and my furry friends with plenty of respect. Fair prices. Doctor seemed very knowledgable.

Reviews are not the best for this Animal Hospital, but went there really early Sunday morning and they were really thorough with my dog and genuinely cared.

Hopefully don’t need to return but if we do, I feel good about their service.
