Absolutely amazing experience. Was there the night our door was driven into and had it secured and new door ordered quickly. Perfect match and so much quieter. The installer was amazing very clean and very professional. Everything setup and adjusted perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Price wise best in area but I promise the experience is too notch. Quality perfect.

We had Barrie Door install our new garage door. Penny was fantastic. The installer who came to install door was exceptional, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but felt I had to to stick up for the customer. We ordered a door back in March and waited 8 plus weeks for our new door.
Unfortunately the door that arrived and was installed was two different colours the top colour did not match bottom. It looked ridiculous. We then were told we had to wait another 8 plus weeks for the correct door. Not only did we not receive an apology from Barrie Door, even when I offered to keep the mismatched door thinking I would rather just paint it rather than live with the current two coloured door, only 10% off was offered and I had to wait over a week for that request to be answered. No thanks 10% for a door (which had a chip in it btw) I would have to paint and repaint myself wasn't worth it.

Anyway, the installers are lovely and I'm sure if you don't have a screw up with delivery your dealings with this business will be delightful, but if something does go wrong do not expect any customer service or much satisfaction. I think that is the real judge of a good company, when something doesn't go right. I was left disappointed.

Highly Recommend using them. Penny and her team were very professional and detailed to match my custom made garage door.
I wanted something a little different, and they had no problem accommadating my request.
The install was perfectly implemented and area cleaned up to the way it was.
Line of communication was always open for follow up with delivery status and time of install.

Oops I backed into our garage door, called Barrie Door and they responded quickly and ordered me a new panel. I was really worried it wouldn't match due to fading. We are beyond happy with the amazing service we received from Penny at Barrie Door. She is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Wayne did a wonderful job with the install, he knows his stuff. We had a slight issue that just needed a little tweak and they both came by to make sure we were looked after within an hour of me calling. Amazing service and the door looks great!
