Bought a used vehicle from them and paid for an extended warranty. The transmission blew and the owner was quick tempered and rude when we tried to explain what happened. He then Looked into the situation and claimed they would take care of it. Left the dealership and a couple hours later received a text message that they were not fixing it and was out of warranty. Didn’t even bother to call and speak to me. Also took it in multiple times for break chatter and got a different reason every time and the problem still was never resolved.

Just purchased a new SUV from Barrie Mitsubishi. My salesperson was Brett and he was very friendly and helpful. Not only a great price for a new vehicle, but we were able to take advantage of a low interest financing special. Overall, we're very satisfied!

I've been coming here for 3 years and the service is not the same as it was before. Today I almost got overcharged $100 by the new girl. I understand she's new and learning but I don't want to pay for her mistakes. It turned she did the calculation wrong. If I paid and left I would have been $100 short. She also had my keys on her desk in front of her for about 30 minutes after car was ready and did nothing about it. I had to ask her if it was ready as i saw it outside, otherwise she would kept me waiting forever. When you hire new pleople please don't let them make transactions when they are not ready. It's unacceptable! I only wonder how many clients have been actually overcharged.

Terrible service, can't say much for the sales side. Everything always takes way too long. By the way if they say one hour its probably 4 so if you have kids, take that into consideration.

Best price and interest rate i could find. All add ons, accessories, warrantees and the costs involved were also cheapest. They worked around my schedule by phone and by text. Painless experience.

Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could.the general manager at this dealership is a absolutely disgraceful. The sales reps there are unfriendly and uninviting. Reading some of these comments maybe they are racist cause I definitely did not have that "wonderful" experience. They treated me like trash and I would never return to that dealership ever. This is why I'd rather drive over an hour to Brampton Mitsubishi because they know what customer service is all about. Do better and get your employees some eithical training.

Very quick to respond to my initial inquiry. From there on out, I had nothing but amazing customer service. It was a very smooth process and Brett made sure he kept me updated on the status of my brand new 2023 RVR. Couldnt have picked a better dealership to work with!

I had waited 8 months to lease the 2023 Outlander and after calling in, I was surprised to find out that the monthly lease total had nearly doubled.

Now I know pricing of Mitsubishi isn't necessarily in the hands of the employees at this location but I would have appreciated a heads-up that the pricing had changed this much. The lack of communication was very disappointing. I will admit the staff were pleasant.

From the first time we walked into the dealership and spoke to Brett to picking up our new vehicle we have had nothing but service that went above and beyond. Even though when we went in to look at the cars it was in the middle of the renovations. Brett was able to get us the 2023 Outlander that we were looking for sooner than expected.

When we came in to pick up the car, he introduced us to the service team then took the time to go over the features of the new vehicle with us while it was snowing.

I would recommend Brett and the team at Barrie Mitsubishi.

I’ve owned different cars, and when you go to their dealership locations they go above and beyond to help you out with the issue (not charging you) I suggest, don’t buy any extra warranty at Mitsubishi because it won’t matter you’ll still get charged.and they’ll find an excuse to make you pay something! Been to 2 different dealerships for the Mitsubishi and the one on Dixie scratched my car inside and out when I took they had put some spray to cover it up. (and they never took responsibility). Now, the one in Barrie no matter how much you pay for extra warranty be ready to pay again when you go there! I personally will never buy any product from Mitsubishi anymore …

I am taking this moment to share my great experience purchasing our new vehicle at Mitsubishi Barrie. I lucked out with considering a new car that was actually in stock. I lucked out even more walking into a dealership and meeting Brett Carter-Sales Consultant, who assisted me throughout the entire process. Brett was open and knowledgeable, answered many questions I had, never overpromised and created trustworthy relationship between dealership and I. With collective efforts from the entire crew, including Nic-Business Manager and Rob-Manager Service Department, from my initial visit to the day I sat and drove away in my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross took fewer days than I originally anticipated. Thank you Brett for making our car buying process an easy one. I will acknowledge that I newer considered Mitsubishi before, but after this acquaintance with Mitsubishi service standards, I will now make sure to recommend Mitsubishi product to my friends and colleagues. Looking forward to continuous positive experience throughout upcoming years of service and support as a new owner.

Jim and I were so impressed with our interaction with Mitsubishi Barrie when our car was damaged recently by an unknown individual in their dealership lot.

Jim had dropped off our RVR on 07Nov22 to have it's 24,000 km service and our winter tires installed. When he went to pick up the car, he noticed that the hood was popped up and didn't look right. When he looked at it more closely he noticed that there had been some damage to the front end of our car. After checking to determine the extent of the damage, Jim and the Sales Manager, Robertino Russo, agreed that the damage must have been caused by a client or visitor to the lot after the car was servicedand left in the lot and not by Mitsubishi.

To Jim's surprise, Robertino offered to have their shuttle service drive him home. He told Jim that he would send our car to the repair shop to determine what the damages were. He noted that Mitsubishi would pay for the repairs, despite the fact that they were not at fault and that he would call with the assessment of the damages the next morning.

The next morning he called to say that he would call Jim by Thursday to let him whether the repair shop had determined whether there was additional damage and whether they would need to order additional parts or whether there was no additional damage and they had all the parts on hand to repair the car.

Jim was astonished when there was a knock at our door on Wednesday morning. The car was sitting in the driveway in perfect condition as the car was already repaired and ready to go. Robertini had come to personally deliver the car and to make sure everything was to Jim's satisfaction.

We are extremely impressed by the service that we received from Barrie Mitsubishi and the assistance we were given by Robertino. In fact, we have been impressed with the whole Mitsubishi experience since we purchased the car. Our interactions with the Sales Representative, Mike TenNapel, the Business Manager, Ric Raiciu and all of the members of the Service Team have been very positive. We have also been very happy with our experience with the RVR.

Jim and I would recommend this dealership to anyone as they have given us nothing but outstanding service.

If you want to buy a Mitsubishi DO NOT even think about coming to this place, they tout their warranty but if you have any issue, even one that is clearly under warranty they will refuse to honour the warranty and will charge you an arm and a leg to fix, extremely stuck up staff, have no clue about customer service.

Never again.
2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross has been in the shop for a month. Back ordered warranty parts. Second time this year it’s been towed there. Service lady is super rude, all the time. Apparently there’s no loaner vehicles here either. Go literally anywhere but Barrie Mitsubishi.

This is my 3rd new vehicle I’ve purchased. Wont ever buy Mitsubishi again.

I’d give negative stars if possible.
