Barrie Smile Centre Dentists

I have never liked going to the dentist. Who does? The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dr's are top notch and very caring. The office is beautiful. If you're looking for a new dentist or a change to a pleasant experience, this is the place to go.

I went through a seven year nightmare with previous dentists which resulted in me hiding my teeth!
I discovered the Smile Centre this year and with the help of their friendly staff and Dr. Eisen; I am finally learning to smile again!

I love our dental office. Appointments are booked quickly, our appointments are always on time and the staff are amazing!

Extremely professional. Dr. Eissen is at the top of his field. Especially recommended if you have serious dental issues.

They do everything to make your visit comfortable and informative for you. We drive an hour to the Barrie location just because of this service and attention to our dental needs. 5 Stars!

The last two visits they have booked me for consultation and X-rays with two new dentists (as my regular dentist has left the practice) instead of the apt for fillings as requested. After arguing with the first dentist that I only required fillings and not consultation she did fillings since that apt the 1 filling has fell out and need to have it fixed again. The apt with the other dentist resulted in him putting some kind of bonding material instead of fixing the two cavities and 4 days later the one has fallen out and I need to have that fixed so after two apt there and over 1200.00 I have to look for a new dentist all together pay for a consultation and fix two fillings that I was already charged for

I’ve never loved going to the dentist, but Dr Reem has made the experience great! I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Rim was fantastic. Great with the needles, I didn't feel a thing. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had while getting fillings. Highly recommended.

Been going here for a little over a year and it’s always a great experience. Dr. Jimmy and Sam the hygienist are amazing!

Dr. Jimmy has a great sense of humour and really cares about his patients.

Sam is fun and makes the cleaning as enjoyable as it can be!

Clean environment, no long wait times and staff were diligent and accommodating when cleaning my teeth with a new baby. Would highly recommend.

Was helpful at first but when I mentioned I was considering going to another country to get what I needed done. They straight out said it was a 3rd world country. It isn’t and paid a lot less for what I needed done. All this place cares about is the money

They are all very patient and understanding when dealing with clients who have big fears being at the dentist. Highly recommend them if you or someone you know is nervous about going to the dentist. My daughter has used their dental anesthesiologist services, and it is top notch care. She goes for her regular cleanings there as well and is very comfortable.

I am so pleased! Jimmy and staff were excellent. No pain to install 3 crowns at a very reasonable price. Time and patience were extended to ensure colour matching and perfect fit.
I would recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly and caring staff. Have been undergoing implant surgery and while I have a huge fear of dentists they have been patient and understanding and my anxiety has subsided considerably.

My son had a great experience when he went for his consultation. It’s a good feeling to know he will be in great hands when he goes in for his surgery

I'll start with saying I have more than a phobia of the dentist. I finally made the call to the Barrie Smile Centre and spoke with Monique.she was a pleasure to deal with.even as I was tearing up with fear just speaking to her.
I went to the office and was introduced to Jennifer.she was so easy to speak with and made me feel as comfy as i could be given I was at a dental office. So scared I was crying.she was amazing at making me feel a little better.

The Barrie Smile Centre has a group of amazing staff. I have experienced the most excellent service. Very friendly environment for young and old.
I am very happy with all the work they have done on my teeth so far.
They explain all the details to you before they do any work and are always there to help with any questions you might have and if needed they also do finance.

I have never felt so comfortable in a dentists chair Dr Rim and Jennifer are absolutely amazing to talk to with any questions and making sure you know exactly what is going on thank you ladies you are awesome

The team here is so patient, even with patients who are younger and fearful of such visits.

My daughter had dental work done where she was needing to be put to sleep, the process is never an easy one with her!

Again, the team was patient, kind and understanding of her fears and my own too (I think they reassured me just as much) this kind of service can't be beat. I would gladly bring my children back and recommend them to friends and family who have tricky kids.

I reached out to The Smile Centre with a small dental emergency. The staff at this office are extremely friendly and professional, especially the schedule coordinator Jenn, she is truly amazing! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I woke up in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in the same day to take a look, and I am not even a previous patient. Highly recommend.

Had the zoom whitening done here and it didn’t last more than a month. I complained and they offered me the treatment again for half price and gave me a free tooth whitening toothpaste. Just a bit upset that I spent $400.00 on a whitening treatment and the results didn’t last a very long time for me but I am glad they would at least offer me something for my troubles with the procedure.

Every visit so far has been great, no complaints there but i called to cancel an appointment for a cleaning because of a family emergency that came up a few hours before my scheduled appointment and the receptionists response was “don’t let it happen again”… definitely very rude and unprofessional.the situation was out of my control and i had no choice but to tend to the family emergency.

Just got home from the Smile Centre and I'm thrilled with my results. Had Zoom whitening, and it was better than I expected. The attendant took the time to explain everything super thoroughly. She warned I may have sensitivity but so far so good. I wish I did it ages ago.

Very clean, professional and helpful. 2 other dentists previously tried to fix my composite veneer and both times it look awful and/or was the wrong colour. One trip here and everything was fixed!

Very clean, professional and friendly! They have done lots of work for me including 2 implants. I highly recommend them!

Jen is an amazing dental hygienist and the staff at Barrie Smiles centre are kind and helpful. A real positive atmosphere that I love!

Every time I go to the Smile Centre in Barrie it’s an amazing experience! Everyone from the admin staff to the dentists are so helpful. Not only do they tell you your options (in my case options for a missing tooth), but they also explain the pros and cons of every option. I highly recommend the Smile Centre

I had to get my daughter in for emergency dental work and barrie smile centre fit her in so quickly! The dentists were amazing, the nurse and Dr that put her under were so calm and amazing for nervous little ones (and nervous moms) definitely recommend!

For someone like who is wary of dental procedures the BSC is absolutely wonderful. Calm staff, sedation easy, front desk staff are a treat to deal with. I've been a client for a few years now and I am very happy.

My experience with the Barrie Smile Centre was nothing less then wonderful. The staff and doctors were informative, and very professional. I had an extensive implant procedure done and they all made me feel very comfortable. The end results were incredible. I am VERY pleased. I highly recommend BSC.for any services.
