Don’t go here. Service will rip you off majority and do repairs without permission than charge you. Then they let their techs get away with damaging the interior of your vehicle. From now on I’ll drive to a different city’s dealership

Today I had an issue with a 2007 Keyfaub. I had to drive out of town to another Chevrolet dealership for the faub itself. Although being booked solid for two weeks and short staffed for the day, my vehicle was brought in with no questions asked and service completed before close. Since the 90's exceptional service with the family's GM vehicles. 6+ stars.

Terrible customer service. The receptionist was so rude to my father when he was having a hard time understanding the question she was asking (English is not his first language). No patience to answer questions. Very disappointed

We were there to test drive a Cadillac Escalade. Patrick, one of the sales persons at Barry Cullen was very welcoming to us. He patiently answered all of our questions and tried to help us on any aspects of buying a product from testing, feature comparison, and financial aspects. I will be a customer at this branch at any time I decided to choose a product from GM.

I am about to do something that I never thought I would ever do; sing the praises of a car sales man. Don’t worry, I won’t actually sing.that would be awful for everyone involved.

I want to talk to all of ya’ll about Nate/Nathan/ Overall awesome dude who can somehow still remember what car he sold me like 2 years ago. That’s right, when I can barely remember what I ate for dinner last night, this guy is remembering which car he sold me.

I was in today for service and while you may be thinking “Ah, he remembers her because of services” but you would be wrong. Since getting my ’21 Bolt, I have been to that dealership maybe 3 times since for any kind of service. I have maybe also visited a couple of additional times in the 2 years to look at other cars with my husband. He never wants to buy, just look at the pretty new shiny things. And every time, he always remembers us and checks in on how we like the vehicle.

Now not only is this guy the kind of person who I suspect never forgets his login passwords, he’s an overall great guy. He is personable, friendly and banters well. The kind of guy your parents would be proud for you to bring home (so get on it ladies.and maybe dudes. I don’t know him THAT well). He has always made my experiences of being in the dealership a whole lot easier, and while I am the proud owner of female anatomy, sometimes being in a car dealership for any reason can be stressful. I will admit to knowing basically nothing about cars outside of how to drive and do rely on others to remind me of maintenance. So if you are the type to Kardashian ugly cry at even the thought of having to do vehicle maintenance, go with an EV.you’ll thank yourself.

But back to Mr. Awesome, never during any of my interactions have I ever felt pressured in any way to do or purchase anything for my vehicle or during my vehicle purchase. When purchasing my vehicle he went above and beyond to explain the services provided within my contract, as well as to advocate for what I wanted. While yes he wants to make a sale, that’s the job of course, he never once made it feel like our time spent talking had a dollar value attached to it. When I had test driven my vehicle, he didn’t do the whole “come to my office and let’s talk numbers” sleazy kind of line. He left that in mine and my husband’s court to decide if we wanted and, given that I own the vehicle, we were the ones to initiate that discussion.

I guess what I am trying to get at here is, Barry Cullen Chevrolet, I hope you understand truly what a great person you have working at your location. And I also hope you pay him quite well because he really, really, REALLY deserves it.

Great shop. However a very simple fix was a three day stay at the shop
Wish it would have been a little quicker

Super thankful for Christie & Steve today. They were so kind and helped fix a minor issue I was having with my tires without an appointment. Thank you both SO SO much!

I used to be a customer of Barry Cullen in the past. I bought my new trax in 2017 and the remote engine starter installed on the same day. After two years it stopped working and I needed to pay 360.then after 2 years, again the same problem occured, same thing. They asking same price. I asked them not to do any thing, but they charged me 146 dollars for no work. I already told them in advance that I needed to know how much it would cost and let me know in advance. But they didn't care, just brought the bill and asked me to pay the bill just like stealing money from others. I gave the bill amount just like alms to a begger. Barry Cullen doesn't care about the reputation of their name. They are saying that some agency like York electronics is carrying away with remote starter and all. We need to book two appointments to resolve any issues with remote starter. I got installed another one with life long warranty in another place in Guelph. We need reliable persons to deal with. Trust plays an important role, they are not trust worthy. Very pathetic and disgusting. They just lost a valuable customer like me.that's all.
