Bartendo’s staff was the reason I was able to enjoy my party - the staff was positive, efficient and had the best attitudes through the whole event. They followed instructions perfectly and cleaned up everything before they left - even though it was later than they had planned. Even the guests were raving about them and loved how everyone always had a smile on their faces! Such a wonderful experience working with their team and will definitely use them again in the future!

Our bartender was great in every way. He even stayed longer than we booked him. My only issue with them was that I had to call a few time before the event to remind them about my party and ask for the list of ingredients. The shopping list they have us was too long and most of the stuff on the list was not used at all. Overall I definitely recommend them but I would be more hands on during the whole process.

I can’t say enough good things about this company who provided bar services for our backyard party of 50. They were the fastest response out of several enquiries I made and then Ken did an awesome job getting us organized before the event, advising on quantities of rentals and supplies. Very responsive, timely and above-average service. The bar setup arrived on time and our bartender truly made the event exceptional. She was very friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, organized and very much on top of her responsibilities. We also rented glassware which was much higher quality than usual rentals. The bar was then picked up exactly as promised. Awesome job, awesome company, awesome staff, awesome service. Thank you so much, Bartendo.

Bartendo replaced two staff people on the afternoon of our event when we found they weren't fully vaxxed. The two fully-vaxxedpeople they sent, Nikki and Kasia, were fantastic. They were positive, professional and took care of things without being asked.

The service from Bartendo was AMAZING. We had Barry Sit as our Bartender for my daughters very small intimate backyard wedding. He was absolutely awesome. Extremely professional and so accommodating. Barry went above and beyond during the entire evening. He added so much to the evening. I have used this service on other occasions and I have always been so impressed. I highly recommend Bartendo.

Bartendo went above and beyond all our expectations for our special day. We went for the barrel bar - best decision made. It tied together the decor so effortlessly. The service provided by the bartender, Rachel was seamless. One of our favourite processes was picking the specialty drinks - which tasted great!

We hired a bartender through Bartendo for a 35 person event in our backyard. The items were delivered one day prior and the bartender was absolutely excellent. He was respectful, polite and extremely professional. There were a large number of minors, however whether he was serving a mocktail or an alcoholic beverage he treated everyone with the utmost respect. Furthermore he worked quickly, was clean and tidy and helped with all clean up during any lull times. Eric was amazing and I would hire him again without doubt! Although the location was tough to find, the reps at Bartendo arrived early, in uniform, ready to serve.our guests would not stop commenting on how polite, prepared, and fun the staff were. Professional staff management company. We hired them for a wedding last weekend. We had 1 bartender and 2 servers. They were on-time, professional and careful. We had so many guests asking for the company’s contact. They made the night a lot easier for us.

As someone organising an event remotely in Canada from the UK, working with Bartendo was a dream. Fair pricing, excellent staff and everything taken care of (including licensing!) Would use again every time - highly recommended.

We hired a mixologist for our party in Toronto. Bartendo sent over Berry and he was amazing! He was able to mix awesome drinks for all of our guests based on their preferences (either the alcohol and mixers they liked or the flavour profile they were looking for). Bartendo was also able to help us choose a few signature drinks which really made the night special. This is the second time I've used their services and I'd highly recommend them.

We recently hired Bartendo to staff an anniversary party at our house. I truly cannot express how incredible the staff were! Our server, Ashley, and bartender, Barry, were extremely professional and took it upon themselves to ensure that everything was looked after. Based on the reviews I read, I had anticipated that the servers would be good, but I couldn't have guessed the level of initiative and professionalism that we would receive. Best bar tender service in GTA. I hired them for my wedding. They were on time, professional and catered to all my guests. Even tho some guests had unique requests, these guys went out of their way. I recommend you talk to Sunny when you book, he will make sure your needs are met. The only thing sometimes it may take a few tries to get a hold of him.

Hired Bartendo for one of my pre-wedding events and was blown away by the exceptional service they provided. All drinks were served quickly and in a very presentable fashion. Bartender was very charismatic and energetic which created a social vibe around the bar. Highly recommend Bartendo for any event!:)

Bartendo ran the bar service for our wedding at the Fairmont Chateau Montebello. Overall the experience was great. Their staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and provided excellent service all night. There were a few hiccups with lack of beer and ice, as well as table wine at dinner, but they were flexible and did their best to fix the issues on the spot. I (as the bride) did not know there were any issues until the next day, so everything was handled discreetly and professionally. Thank you Bartendo - it was a wonderful event!

We hired Bartendo for a destination wedding after-party in Edmonton. We paid for 2 servers to come to our home. The day of the event, Courtney showed up approximately 10 minutes early. The other employee, Brittany, did not show up on time. Courtney excused herself to call Brittany and find out where she was. Brittany hung up on her. Now, one hour before my event, we find out that we only have 1 server and not 2. So, without proper notice, we scrambled to figure out who was going to do what to make up for the missing employee. There was food that went to waste, because there was nobody there to serve it. We were taken away from hosting our guests to take care of things that this employee should have taken care of. There was garbage everywhere, empty glasses, used plates, and used napkins because there was nobody there to take care of it. Red wine was not even opened because there was nobody there to serve it. We tried our best, but our guests suffered and we had to sacrifice time away from our guests.
I did not receive a phone call from anyone with the company. I eventually called them Monday afternoon. At that time, they 'offered' to refund me the money for the employee that did not show. It was only after I explained a small bit about the negative impact this had on my event that I received some sort of an apology. A follow up email offered me a $100 credit for a future event due to the inconvenience it caused. We never would have hosted this event with only one server. After another email exchange, they offered me a $50 refund, but took away the $100 credit.
Please consider that they have 5 stars on every site because their employees are making these reviews. If you are looking for a reliable company that cares about their customers, keep looking.

Asked for service from Bartendo. Quite disappointed. Servers did not put left over food in the fridge when told to do so, $400 in food went bad. We hired them from 3pm-1: 30am and they left at 12: 30am without checking with myself or my husband. Few weeks later we received an email from the so called Manager and was advised we would hear back from her after they do an “investigation”. Still now we did not hear from them. They could have food poisoned my guests and not care at all and robbed us of an hour and didn’t do anything about it. Horrible service and horrible people running this organization. Only thing they were good at was talking amugst themselves in the kitchen and eating our desserts! So disappointing.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from bartendo! I hired a bartender for my sisters surprise birthday party and it really made the event feel official and special. From the moment I emailed them to inquire about a quote to receiving the absolute best bartender ever, bartendo did not disappoint. My bartender was Nikki and she arrived 30 minutes early and immediately started working and she even cleaned some of my party dishes at the end of the night. She fit in so well with my guests and was SO sweet. I had multiple friends come up to me asking me which company I hired her from because she was that good! Would recommend bartendo for any bartending service needs you have!
