Unless the owner gets back to me about this my post will stay. A couple months back i brought my 2018 mt07 in to have the rear rubber replaced as i put a hole in it, i paid for my service then waited outside for someone to bring my bike around, the owner comes around after a long wait and said there are problems, after wich he explains he dropped my bike when pulling it out of the garage and bringing it out to me. He damaged my frame slider and bar end. He told me he would make it right. He has my number and information from the service I've had done. He's never once reached out to me

Bart is the only one I trust with my bike. He is amazing and transparent about his work. He is extremely knowledgeable! And fair prices for his work! 1000% recommended!

Great Shop, Bart is the man, went in for front fork seals, did the job but forks were still leaking, took it back figured out the forks had dent and pertrusions which were causing the leak, Bart went out of his way and checked with all this distributors to help me find a fork tube to fix the issues and offered to re-do the fork seals no charge once the new tube came in. Cant ask for more.

Today was my first time visiting BARTZ and meeting the owner and his wife. I just purchased a used motorcycle and needed an oil and filter change. I had already done my research and was looking to upgrade my headlamp to LED and purchase and install a RAM phone mount on my own at a later date. BARTZ prices were very reasonable and competitive that I purchased the LED and RAM phone mount from them as well and they installed it for a reasonable fee. Although they closed at 6pm, I couldn’t pickup my motorcycle until 6: 30pm and BARTZ mentioned he could hang back a few minutes for me to arrive, which was really appreciated. BARTZ will be my go to for motorcycle repairs and general maintenance!

The owner is very rude and was pushing us to buy expensive stuff while he has similar and cheaper ones. The staff manner way better than the owner.

They do good work and staff friendly. Most importantly, they spend the time to help you find the right alternative to fit your needs.

Amazing customer service! Got my safety done in 30 minute and even helped with installing my plates! This is my go to place for anything motorcycle related!

Poor communication, store closed despite being advertised as open. No callback, no email responses.

Excellent service staff is knowledgable. They do not play with your and will tell you as it is. They went above and beyond on an simple repair for me. Keep a good work! Ride safe
