I absolutly love this place the receptionist are very help full and acomodated me when i needed help figuring out if i had coverage for my next appointement. I also got cleaning done by Fiona and she was very nice and patient with me.

The ambiance is cozy, offers of water or coffee upon arrival by the receptionists. Friendly staff, very accommodating when I had to reschedule for an emergency. The hygienist shares great knowledge of improving dental care. He dentist is quick and precise. Thank you!

My daughter's wire had come loose and she was worried about her teeth moving. They got her in within a couple of days and created a new wire for her. She is very happy and they are so very professional

Baseline Dental is amazing! Since Dr. Marei has been my dentist my teeth have improved so much! He fit the bottom wire behind my front teeth so nicely it even straightened them out. He also works fast - he does a better job than other dentists and in less time. I’m really thankful for this place.

These people are miracle workers. I had really bad teeth and was in a lot of pain but the doctor kept saying "We're going to save your teeth. " "We're going to help you. " And he did just that! Thanks to all the teeth he saved, I can eat normally. What a blessing. The the technicians and front desk staff are also great, very friendly. All 3 of my visits went really well.

I had to get an emergency filling done at baseline dental recently and as someone who is afraid of fillings and dentists I was very uneasy going in. However, Dr. Ahmad Marei was very professional, and was very reassuring the entire time making sure that I was comfortable and didn’t feel any discomfort. This is singlehandedly the best filling experience I’ve ever had and I will be going back for any future dental work.

As a new International student I didn't had a clue how everything works here but the staff really helped me for my broken tooth and with the insurance work too. Highly recommended, thank you once again.

Great service, friendly staff and recent renovation makes for a relaxing visit. I've had major accident to my teeth in 2021 and I'm still healing to this day from that accident. They've been helpful, supportive and Dr. Hikal never once pressured me to do any unnecessary dental procedures and provided referrals to specialists knowing i was in horrible pain for so long. I'm visiting every few months to check on my healing process, I know most of the staff who are so friendly and feels great that when my mouth heals no matter how long it takes they will be there. Very thankful to have them on my side, they work with me on solutions and I love that. Highly recommend their services.

Dr. Marai is a highly skilled dentist. Very careful and meticulous about his advice. He provided super excellent care to me and my kids. He provides very detailed and clear advice and detects problems well in advance before they aggravate. Clinic staff are pleasant and flexible.

Today was my first visit to the clinic, and I am pleased that I chose them to start dental services. Candace, the hygienist, was excellent and did such a smooth job that, for a moment, I forgot I was at the dentist's because I even relaxed. The reception team was very kind and friendly.

The environment is very welcoming, the staff are very friendly and professional. I take my kids to see Dr. Marie and never have any complaints. During my last visit I was little bit worried because my 6 year old son had a bad cavity and I was afraid that the situation might be complicated but Dr. Marie did wonders. My son felt at ease and everything went smoothly, I’m very thankful towards him.

Dr. Hikal is very professional and caring at the same time. He did my treatment up to my standards and a lot more, plus he made me feel comfortable during difficult procedures.

I've never had such caring, reliable, and overall amazing dental staff. From the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentists, I am always super impressed by their compassion, professionalism and attitude. I just switched to this dental office and I couldn’t be more happy with their service. The staff are super lovely. I went in for my appointment and had no wait time. Dr. Marei was very kind and did great work. I’m very impressed and will be going back in the future.

Dr. Marei was amazing! I had multiple fillings done with him, and he was very careful/precise with all of them. Other dentists I’ve gone to have put way too much filling. He was also very informative, and answered all my questions. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Hikal is a great skilled dentist who goes out of his way to calm me when I go, he explains what he is doing and advises me of how long the procedure will take so I can mentally prepare for the procedure and it really helps reduce my anxiety.

I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience here really deserved one! The staff are very professional and friendly, which eases your nerves if you’re someone who gets nervous on dentist visits. I had 4 fillings done + routine cleaning and I was very impressed by the staff’s professionalism and efficiency. Dr. Hikal was also very helpful and comforting in taking the time to explain exactly what I needed and how the process was going to happen. I would definitely recommend this dental centre and Dr. Hikal to anyone!

The most friendly dentist.

This is my first time in the dental office. I will give you some of my observation. First of all, they don't do directly billing; patient has to pay out of pocket, which is not convenient. Secondly, I went to do a tooth cleaning. They told me I have to book three appointments. Each time, they only do about a quarter and only take about 10-15 minutes for a session. Maybe there is a reason for it, but again, it is not convenient. Lastly, the service desk operation is slow. Their new patient registration system is also not working as expected. I have to refill all my information twice. They also have a power outage today. Their customer service is pretty good. They will answer all your questions. Anyway, my first time expression is not good. I will re-rate once I finish all my procedures.

Appointment was taken care of in a timely fashion. All options were presented. Very professional team from the moment i walked in the door. I have my smile back life is good. Thank you once again

I am very very pleased with the service from the dentist at Baseline Dental. I am particularly pleased with the fact they went out of the way to make sure that they resolved an insurance issue and covered the cost of my service. Top marks!

Dr. Hikal and his staff were so kind and wonderful. I came in without an appointment due to severe pain and he treated me immediately, which prevented hospitalization. Their service was excellent and I highly recommend them for dental care.

*Update: Now they are lying saying I was not a patient. They actually transfered my x-rays to my new dental place but they still have the audacity to lie. The dentist I saw and was horrible was Dr. Hamid Mansour. Nice try Baseline Dental. Word of advice, avoid this place at all costs. They are fraudulent and the dentist doesn't care about the patients, just his pocket. Barely looked at my teeth, charged me over the head for x-rays without even looking at the the first one properly, smashed my teeth in because he was in a rush. They don't have payment plans but the worst part is that they don't show their prices or say the prices out front. I asked them for prices for tooth removal of the teeth I already knew had to be removed and they continued to not tell me but wanted me to do a "consult" just to tell me what I already knew, got charged $200.

Great dental clinic even with all covid precautions in place very efficient service Dr Hikal is our dentist great dentist and follow up is amazing even with the small kids. I find with even in emergency situations when they are fully booked they always find time to get us in. We all did cleaning Candyce was great. I love going there

My experience at Baseline dental center was very great! It is the best dentist I have been to. The staff are really friendly, nice and supportive.

I had my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Marei. He is really professional and I recommend him, he straightforward told me what I need and did not have me come in for many appointments. After I had my freezing, even though my case was not easy, I did not feel any pain during the extraction and even after (during my recovery). His hand during the extraction was very smooth.

I really recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go ahead with Baseline dental center since my experience with them was very great!

I have been going to this dental centre for over 2 years now regularly and every visit has been great. All of the staff are so sweet and helpful from the moment you enter the building. I had my wisdom teeth removed by dr. Hikal with no issues whatsoever. It was a painless process and one of my teeth was impacted so I was nervous, but I had no need to be, he did an excellent job and was very kind. Since then I have been seeing dr. Marei for everything else. He recommended the Invisalign system for my teeth and so for 2 years he has been helping me along the way, always very thoughtful to make sure my teeth are the way I want them and that I'm happy with the overall results. I am very happy with the service and thank all of the staff for being so amazing!

Absolutely best dentist I have ever been to. I use to live in the area but have since moved to a different part of Ottawa and I travel just to come to this dental center because of how amazing the staff is.

Every visit I've ever had I've never felt nervous because the dentists and hygienists are kind and great at what they do. And the receptionists are all lovely and extremely helpful.

I've had fillings fixed here, and as not so fun as that is, they made it go by so fast and easy. Another (random but great) thing about this place is that they don't have an overwhelming "dentist office" smell.

I needed a cracked tooth extracted and was a bit nervous since my last extraction was over 45 years ago. Once Dr Marei had the perfect amount of freezing, he started humming to himself, and in what seemed like about two minutes, he was stitching the gum closed. I couldn’t believe the tooth was already out! We spent more time talking about the next steps to have a bridge inserted then it took him to do the whole extraction procedure. Amazing Dr, friendly and caring staff.highly recommended.

Baseline Dental has an amazing services which start from the very punctual appointments and very helpful and nice management team.

Furthermore, they have very expert dentists (Dr Marie and Dr Haikal). Dr. Haikal removed my two wisdom teeth and I did not have any issues related to the surgery, so he is an awesome dentist.

Finally, Baseline Dental has affordable prices plus very high quality services and I got a gift in my last visit electric toothbrush lol.

Ahmad Marei was the dentist who performed my root canal and crown and he was very careful to ensure my comfort throughout the procedure and the final result is very good. I would recommend him to anyone requiring the procedure.

I have been coming to this dental office for a few years now and have had nothing but the best care that I've ever had. I moved up to Ottawa from Toronto and was petrified of going to the dentist because of past experienced with another dentist. I procrastinated going to the dentist, and was super anxious when I made my first appointment, but felt surprisingly comfortable with the staff at this office. They really listen to your concerns and don't just try to rush you in and out. Instead of being treated like a mouth to work on (like I was previously), they treat you like a person and remember small details about your life that you share. Honestly would recommend this office to anyone, especially those who may have had anxiety surrounding the dentist!

I have recently switched to baseline dental based on couple of recommendations from good friends, and the reputation of this clinic, during my visit, I was extremely impressed with Dr Marei, great service from all staff. I have unfortunately seen more dentists than most large families combined would ever see, so I speak with high volume experience and lots of comparison points. So far, every person I have met at this clinic exhibits the highest levels of care, skill, and concern I have ever received. They are truly exceptional. Their skill at maneuvering around my mouth and multiple sensitivities is so high that I feel zero fear. Dr. Merei explained treatment options methodically and very clearly, and did not push any choice on me - he just made sure I knew the pros and cons of each for me. Candace the hygienist was superb, and I left feeling I had the best cleaning I have ever had in my life. My father, 97 years old, saw two other dentists at this clinic while I was with him. The care was exceptional and he commented on it very positively. One even offered some free work for my father if we could not afford it! True care and concern. This seems to be a rare collection not only of very skilled people, but also exceptionally thorough and caring individuals. I hope they are proud - they deserve to be. Keep up the great work.
