We received quotes and ideas from many contractors before making a decision. From the introduction through the initial consultation and the end product we were extremely happy with the level of service we received from RenoDuck. This is a down to earth group of people who know well what they are doing and at no point did we feel we were being sold anything we didn't want.

Unfortunately, our first experience dealing with a contractor wasn't that great. Those guys messed up with our walkway - we had to hire renoduck afterwards to fix that. It was professionally constructed and levelled, my husband and I are satisfied (-:

Hired Renoduck to renovate our basement after it was completely destroyed by flood this summer. They basically ripped everything down, and put on new walls, ceiling and floor. We very satisfied with the quality of work, attention to details and care.

I called Reno Duck to fix the wooden finishing in my basement. Not sure if the previous owner did it himself or called "the professionals", but it was a complete disaster! Nails sticking out of the walls like sore thumbs, uneven surface. So we decided to refinish our basement. The new finishing looks much better!

Efficient & reliable, but communication could use some work. I told them a little bit earlier that I had a change of plans for the basement (which they eventually corrected). Partially my fault for not making up my mind faster. In the end it all looks extraordinary so I cannot complain.
