Hot and sour soup. Salt and pepper squid. Chow mein. Too good. Service is good. Clean restaurant.prices are Ok.

DO NOT ORDER. I was extremely disappointed as I had high expectations. I got my order COLD. The noodles were as hard as a rock not to mention the sweet and sour chicken was flavorless and tasted like rubber. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

My personal and family experience was very disappointed. I felt I was not welcomed and the waitress ignored or didn't want to be even patient in taking orders.my wife waited at the counter and was ignored.when a different ethnicity came to the the desk they were quickly attended to. I will not go back to this establishment.

One of my favourite places to get Chinese food in Mississauga. My favourite things to get is the sichua sliced cheef in chilli oil (fuqi feipian).

Honestly, if you're not of Asian origin, I feel like you get treated differently. Been here a couple times, same experience. Lack of attention, no customer service, servers are completely inattentive to my party and I feel like a bystander rather than a customer.

Food is decent, and the prices are reasonable compared to the portion sizes.

They don't take credit card payment in 2022. I guess that increases their profits by up to 2.5%. It's a shame because half the tables were empty here on a weekend evening. Better customer service could increase your revenue and pay dividends.

Very bad service. They made us wait for minutes after minutes! They did not accommodate us because we are not chinese and I can feel that! They made us wait and when we followed up our order for the last time they said that our order was deleted after 50 minutes! When we are leaving they want to get our order! Very bad service and they just talk chinese in front of me bad thing is that I can understand them. We are asian too! I always experience racism from co-asian! I hope there is negative numbers as I will give them negative. I will not even give then.zero

Sliced beef and griddle pork intestines were very tasty as always, which I would highly recommend; bazhen tofu pot was okay as it was too sweet in taste and the fried tofu was not fresh.

Came here for a big family meal (Nephew Dylan was visitin from Cincinnati with his family). Booked a dining room, everything tasted fantastic and great service.

The food is just mediocre. Ordered Sichuan style beef noodle soup and it was barely barely Sichuan taste (Yes. I am very familiar with Sichuan cuisine), and it included too much hard tendons. Server were pretty apathetic to your needs and just tried to do bare minimum. You have to go to the reception desk yourself to pay your bills. In addition, they don't accept credit cards but don't have a sign to say that.

Good place for Sichuan spicy cuisine. The price is reasonable, portion size is good. I will recommend them for sure.

The food is awesome and reasonably priced. With i-pads being used to place the order, you know what you are getting and how it looks. It is superbly busy most of the time, and staff try their best to be really quick with their service. Food service is pretty fast.

Tip: Plan all what you need and place your order at one go. Getting a server's attention thereafter is a notch difficult. However, anyone you get, is happy to assist.

Don't expect the server to return to your table, and ask if you need anything more, or ask if the food is nice. This is a no fluff restaurant.

Great food. Very spicy and flavorful! However, hardly any service. And btw, they dont take visa. Only cash n debit. Highly recommend!

I would give it 5 stars but the service at times totally sucks. Food is great and this is where I get my szechuan fix when in Toronto.

Excellent quality food, variety of dishes and flavours, and easy to get a table. You order on an iPad so you get to see a photo for practically every dish. This is so helpful if you have family that do not read English, but also because sometimes we’re all tired and just want to see a photo to pick what we feel like eating!

This seems to be more of a Northern Chinese cuisine, and there are options for very spicy and also mild dishes.

The place is clean and in good order. We’ve come here several times over the last 4 years and each time it has been a good experience (even during the pandemic).

The food quality has been dramatically reduced this year, the steam rice are leftover, beef noodle was not well cooked. I don't know what is going on with them.

I love their soup noodles and beef with chili, its amazing! I would prefer it a bit spicier, but it's still pretty good!

I go with my wife to this restaurant quite often! This is my favorite spot to eat. I go to this spot at least once a month. The meals are very tasty, the staff is welcoming and the rates are fair. I enjoy going in this place for a decent dinner.

Let's start with the customer service: absolutely terrible. I've asked for fork&spoon, and it arrives 10min after the food. In this photo you will see something missing, that would be rice. It never came either after multiple attempts to ask of our missing dish. So if you value your time, don't come here.

Had the braised beef brisket here and it reminded me of how my grandma used to make it. I'm going to keep coming back to see what other dishes will bring back memories.:)

Staff was pretty good at seating & service, but I'd pretty much overlook minor issues - not that I've experienced any (yet, knock on wood) - to have food that reminds me of my grandma and my mom.

Food is good, service is terrible!
And on top of that they heckle you to pay cash or debit only if you try to use a major credit card.
