Garbage food, the girl (Jot) at front doesn’t care at all. The way they speak to the customer is not how you stay in business, she tried to call her boss and we got an explanation if you choose spicy it will get more flavour in the pad Thai, if you don’t order spicy it will just have salt pepper

I like the food but apart from that i love the service i went there in the morning their service was so good the server was so polite and positive she was so helpfull i would love to pay a visit again i am not sure if i am right i think her name was jot. Only basil box offers such a food and service in the food court.made my day

The server was so pushy and food was just oil. I know they use Canola oil already but the amount is just unnecessary. My whole napkin was covered by oil after trying to wipe it from my mouth and the box was glistening. Feel sick after eating.

The food is always so amazing here! They are generous with the toppings. Always a go to if I am ever doubt at square one! The bao buns are one of my favourites because the lemon grass chicken is so flavourful! Highly recommend. I lowered the service rating because on September 16th (around 7pm) we had a really bad experience with the lady that worked there. She was rude and unnecessarily difficult (we haven’t experienced this here before so it could be just the lady). The guy working with her was so much nicer!

Easy choice in the mall for so many reasons. The service is so quick and easy. The food is always steaming hot when you get it. There is a strong variety in ingredients, toppings, and customization. There are plenty of healthy options and none of them taste like healthy food trying to masquerade as fast food. A regular box is super filling (i’m 6’3 and 210lbs and I can barely finish one of these) and it comes to about $14 after tax. During my shifts at Square One, this is overwhelmingly the best choice.the staff are all super friendly and are *usually* generous with the protein servings. Beware that they use peanuts and other nuts in their food though, in case you have allergies.

Jacky and the other team members are very great. I always visit this location since it is close to my work, and it's great for people looking for gluten-free options.

Update June 18: Unfortunately, I had to take down a star on food and service because the last 2 visits I had at the same time, different days, some new girl was giving me smaller portions on the chicken and each time I mentioned her rations were off she insisted she was giving the same as everyone else and and it's always been that way. From my past 50+ visits, it's always been at least 1oz more, and unfortunately, Jacky was unavailable to speak with regarding the issue. I won't be visiting again unless I see Jacky is there to see this is corrected. I can't debate much on their service since the team is rather excellent except for their poor attention with this particular member.

I tried the Mac n cheese dish at the Oakville location and it was amazing! Tried it here and it wasnt as good.they barely put any cheese in the mac n cheese.: (

The food fid not look or taste like what we ordered. City of Mississauga needs to monitor food standards so test such pop ups don't take us for a ride.

Amazing meal! The ingredients were very fresh and the flavors were great. Special shoutout to Jacky who constantly had a smile on his face. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The rice was a little too oily but the portion size was generous.
Noodles were saucy and tasty.

Jacky always has a smile on his face, excellent customer service and the food is always delicious!

Just a heads up, do not order their tom yum shrimp if you think it’s like the original Thai tom yum gum. I just tried it and it tasted like a spaghetti pasta with soup. The chef is nice though.

Absolutely amazing experience with Jacky! I love basil box and the service from Jacky was amazing! Even though the mall was quiet at 9: 30 pm - Jacky gave me such a great experience and amazing service! He was so friendly and gave me great suggestions! Really amazing service and tasty food
