The ice cream here is always delicious and the customer service is superb. I had a young man help me today and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Will be coming again soon!

I got the best service today from Jacob at this Meadowvale location he was very patient and fast when I came in to do my order and he made sure to check before adding anything to my ice cream also very polite. GREAT JOB Jacob with service like that this will be my new location

The girl that normally works during the day time is amazing! I usually order a mint chocolate chip milkshake, scoops of the chocolate chip cookie dough, or scoops of the mint chocolate chip. Their ice cream cakes, logs, and pizza's always look amazing. Amazing customer service, quick, and efficient. Will definitely continue to come back.

Good ice cream specially the new flavor of Valentine day it name “ Love Potion #31 “, the service was good and the store was clean

They take the time to help you out especially when looking for a cake for a celebration. It's a great place to bring children.

I have always ordered from here especially every 31st of the month for their 31% off ice cream pints promo. I bought an ice cream cake (very berry strawberry flavour) for my husband and when I took a bite I saw this hanging out. It’s embedded inside because I had to pull them out. I have a video but I can’t seem to post it here for some reason and it’s very disappointing and very disgusting since I don’t know what it is or where it came from. Only reason I still have 2 stars is because I still like BR and the flavour is still pretty good, but I had to check my cake every time I took a slice since this was the second time it’s happened. So sad.

Wouldn't recommend based solely on the customer experience. Came in on July 5th at 9 pm was rudely served by a girl in glasses who was rushing me when there wasn't anyone else in line. I was talking to my partner about the flavour I wanted and she interupts asking "WHAT SIZE"? She was very short with me and it was clear she didn't want to be there, which isn't the customer's fault. I've been going here for 10 years and it's sad that the staff is so miserable. I'd rather spend more elsewhere and get a better experience.

Never going back here! Staff did not apply my coupon of by one get one 50% on "Watermelon Swirl Sorbet" resulting in an additional $4 for my ice cream. On top of that the sorbet was incredibly sour and did not taste like watermelon whatsoever. It's like Baskin Robbins never had food testers try it.

We get our fun packs here and birthday cakes. Always so pleasant dealing with whoever is working. Hoping Baskin Robbins takes coupons on mobile devices now rather than wasting paper.

The ice creams are delicious as always and they're very consistent with the quantity and taste as well!

None of the flavours blew me away but the cost tells me it should. I'd rather buy a tub of ice cream for $5 then get a scoop of the same stuff on the go.

My kids love coming here for ice cream. But the reason I gave 3 stars is because we had the October coupon where you buy one scoop get 2nd scoop half off. The worker there didn't apply the coupon to our order because it wasn't printed out. What sort of establishment still require a printed coupon nowadays?
