I went in right at closing time and they were very pleasant. Assisted me with my order and got me out in less than 5 mins. Great service.

For almost a decade my family has been having this Baskin Robbins make us ice cream cakes for our birthday celebrations. Every single time the cake is delicious and we fight over the last little bit. We have had no complaints and at this point we just pick the size and flavour of ice cream (ask for no cake, only ice cream) and we give the decorator free will to decorate with whatever they feel looks best. They have never disappointed us. Make sure to order the cake a couple days in advance. The workers are great and I hope that it stays the same owners/workers for many years to come.

To begin with, baskin robin was never about poor service.
This is the first store where the service and customer handling is in such poor measures.
I m a frequent buyer of baskin robin. But, never have I ever been told about the technicalities of the order. (container is 25 ounces, spoons are not complimentary for each order).

All other stores employee leave no stone unturned when it comes to handing out treats.

The guy who we met today evening in the store needs to learn under which brand he is working. The owner of this store needs to make sure that employees at this store provide customers with a happy experience.

Hope to see some positive changes in future.

The guy working there was rude and his body language was annoyed/disinterested. I had to explain what I wanted 3x times before he finally got it right and even after that, he hardly scooped anything. ‍️

The place was closed and the guy at the front let us in to get some milkshakes (he thought it was for ice cream at first), he made some of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had, and was super nice and we had quite a fun conversation about school. This place is great!

I stopped by to get a last minute Mario Cart Cake for my son's 7th Birthday. I knew it would be hard since you have to put an order in advance but they were SO nice to and so happy to help. They went above and beyond to make my son happy. They made a beautiful Cake decor right on the spot, just the way he wanted. My son was so happy. Thank you sooo much. This store has an amazing customer service! For more people like you! (Sorry for not asking your name) but I hope you or your manager see this message.

Great location, has other food options to go with this desert place. Very clean and staff are friendly.

I desperately needed to go to the washroom. I was told no due to COVID restrictions.
Where is the compassion in this world. I am a frontline worker. Thank God a nearby store allowed me to use their facility. I told them I am not asking to sit down and stay in your store.
There are still people out there with compassion, unfortunately this is not one of them.

I ordered a birthday cake a week b4 I needed it paid for half of the cake. When I went to pick it up at the date and time I ordered it for they couldn't find my order. She actually told me that she does have another order for pickup. After searching again she found my order in the back she said but my cake hadn't been made. She asked me to come back in an hour. Then when I went to pick it up a 2nd time she wanted me to pay additional money after being 3 hrs late with my order. I refused. I will not be ordering from them again ever. Terrible service and they did not admit their mistake.

So I always try too give places chances to great, but 3 times have gone to this location on Sandalwood all 3 times very disappointed. The last time ordered some tubs and they not even filled up and the owner or manager was so rude! So I’m done with this place!

These 2 stars are for ice cream only. However, one of the employee who attended me today was very rude. The minute i entered the shop, he looks dull and spreading too much negativity that ruined my whole mood of having ice cream.

Not impressed that the employee did not use gloves considering the current Covid situation. The nearby Dairy Queen has done a much better job at taking precautions which is where I'll be taking my business going forward.

Worst customer service w, orst manager and team, they have cheep mentality and Worrest response, not even ready give free spoons after request.

This location of Baskin Robbins has the friendliest employees compared to all of the other ones in the city. They always help when I have a hard time deciding what to order. Also they readily let you try out the flavours to help you choose. On busy days you do have to wait a bit for your order.

Baskin and Robbins always have a taste for every one.

I bought one scope each of "Very Berry Strawberry" and "Coconut with Pine apple" flavors.

My wife Chooses different "Waffles with, Very Berry Strawberry, Pistachio Almond"

My son goes with his favorite flavor "Mango Tango"

Ice cream was good. The cone however, tasted a bit stale. Marble slab is much better in my opinion.

Nice helpful staff but one of the person there needs to use deodorant or wash his clothes often.

Good place to enjoy our special days.can get whatever we want.staff is friendly. I love this place
