Good location. Not so good service.
Maybe I have higher expectations from someone serving ICE CREAMS

Sorry to say this. Very worst customer service. I bought 1 tub of Strawberry cheese cake ice cream but no cheese cubes in the ice cream. Usually cheese cubs mixed in this flavour. It looks like manufacturing defect. Requested refund or replacement of another flavour. Management did not agree any of this option. Lost $14. I would request management should report this issue back to company and should refund back to customer if any issues in future.

Mediocre ice creme. Everything was sold out when we visited. At least the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had an awesome experience with Susan (manager) at this Baskin Robbins.

Called on Saturday to order a Valentine's day icecream cake. Was going to submit it via the website, and Susan warmly extended her service of accepting the order over the phone.
Most stores these days prefer that the order is submitted to their site.

Susan was knowledgeable and provided a customized cake that was sooo delicious.

The rest of the staff at this location are consistently patient and friendly. This is my "go to" Baskin Robbins as the customer service is wonderful.

Orderly and friendly experience. Things here haven't changed much in 25 years. There's now a lactose free ice cream flavor. That's different. But everything else is consistent which is great.

Wonderful product. Only 3 in store at a time, but lots of staff so lines move very quickly. One door in, one out. Nice staff, very clean, easy access to store, lots of parking.

I just love their ice cream. I've tried the pralines and cream, cotton candy and icing on the cake. Love the flavours and the prices are affordable.

I see only one person always who is very friendly and always gives a really good quantity compared to the standard size. We all know how BR ice cream is, this review is especially for the guy working in this outlet.

Flavor choices are amazing. The guys there are quite Experienced in suggesting items and sometimes improvise the menu as well as per your choice. Kudos to them for being Extra polite and patient with kids. Interesting part is they have cones both with and without sugary ingredients.

Best strawberry milkshake in the world, they will even add a banana for those; like my wife, who like it that way.

Guys I think the place doesnt clean their ice cream machines or somethin. Because we bought chocola chip cookie dough and icing on the cake today on this place. And after we ate the ice cream, my whole family had a diarrhea and we also had an upset stomachs. This is why i told my brother that the cookie dough taste like it has been spoiled already. No one in my family is lactose intolerance. We always get baskin at the heartland store. But we got sick on this place. For now, i do not recommend this place. Very unsanitary. I HOPE YALL FIX THIS. I AM NOT GOING TO REPORT THIS STATEMENT IF NO ONE IN MY FAMILY HAD DIARRHEA.

Best Baskin Robbins in Mississauga. The people working there are really patient and helpful. Always have a good experience with this branch.

Has a wide variety of flavours and the service is great. Went there at night, so there weren’t many people there. There was a table available outside, so we sat there and ate.

Waited in line almost 30 minutes just to be told they stop serving milkshakes 15 minutes after I had already got there. I WAS THERE ON TIME! What kind of customer service is that! Management at this location needs to seriously rethink their policy’s. Very disappointing service.

Always a good treat, have to wear a mask for covid but always a good experience. Debit or credit only right now.

Ice cream galore. The one on Erin Mills is the best. Due to covid they allow only 4 customers at one time. It has separate exit doors.

Clean and clean, service is prompt safety measures are in place and i must have my mint chocolate chip on a delicious waffle cone. The only way to go.

Just got a cake and forgot to check the writing before the employee put it in the box. For over $30 for a small cake, this is pretty terrible. Maybe teach employees how to write with icing?

Haven't been to this Baskin Robbins recently though used to always go to it when I was a kid, service was always good, with a good selection of flavours

Usually go here for ice cream cakes. Great selection of flavors and cakes (icing colours, decoration, etc.).

Baskin Robbins has really good range of really good ice cream.
I take my little sisters here sometimes and of course they love it.

It gives FREE servings of ice cream if you want a sample of any flavor! I go to that plaza all the time with my friends with no money, and I still get food! Also, betterer than Sawmill Valley Public School!

Good ice cream, nice service and friendly staff. Allow samples (once a different place said no), and have many flavors. For some reason the prices are a little more than another Baskin Robins. But by like $0.25.

The staff here is always friendly! Baskin Robbins is a great place to go cool off from the summer heat!
