Baskin-Robbins

It's a good place to go for some traditional ice cream. I prefer places like Lola's Gelato (14B Brookers Ln, Etobicoke, ON M8V 0A5)
& Dairy cream (on Lakeshore and cawthra). However, Baskin Robbins is my kids' favorite and well take them every once in a while as a treat. My son loves the strawberry dragon fruit and mango tango, and my daughter looovessss vanilla. Thank you, Baskin Robbins, for many, many years of service. And to many more to come.

Great Baskin Robbins location. The lady working here is very nice. The scoop size is generous. There are about 8 or so seats in the store. I will definitely come back here again.

Ice cream is mediocre. Flavourful choice is great, but the quality is just ok. I feel you can find the same quality at Walmart. The staff member was good. There's nothing terrible to say, and the three star is just for the quality

Have 2 coupons in paper form i got 5 years ago. There is no expiry date. The indian woman at the counter said we dont take that. We asked why she said we couldnt and her reply was we only accept mobile coupons.we asked how to convert and all she kept saying was not here.we dont do that and we dont know.

Won't be going to that location anytime soon. Ridiculous only one person working & line was to the door. Poor girl was rushing. Anyone who has this type of business should be watching out for the weather & staff it accordingly. Very poor management.

First time at this location. I ordered 2 milkshakes, for my son and I. He ordered a small and I ordered a large. His came out thick, mine came like water. When I mentioned this to the older man who worked there, he became very defensive and said he can make another one, but it will 'turn out the same'. I mentioned that i noticed he used the same amount of icecream in mine vs my son's. Which makes no sense since mine cost a lot more. The guy was so rude I didn't bother asking for a refund, I just left and threw it out. I will not be returning to this location EVER again.

The new flavours took all my attention from any other frozen dairy. Their new Summer lime is astonishing. Just top it with Mango Tango and their you go. You summer starts. So glad to be neighbours of such amazing places. Though I think the old owner could be some what negative to the experience especially I never had a good customer service from him

Horrible service. Asked for one thing and got something completely different. DO NOT GO HERE! You’re much better off with the extra drive and choosing a different location.

Ordered an ice cream cake and it was delicious. Service was fast, plus associates were friendly and helpful.

Excellent shop and very clean. The staff here are very friendly and there is loads of parking. They always are stocked with all the flavors and always seem to be fresh. They follow strict Heath measures during the pandemic. Highly recommended

Packs lots of ice cream and the guy is really friendly. I always go to this location even if there is one nearby me.

This is the best run baskins in the city. The owners are extremely friendly and have taken every precaution with covid. We always go to this location for our ice cream cakes and prepacks. I would drive further just to go to this location.

Came in for my usual ice cream with my wife where I apply a buy one half off. Usually the older gentleman is there helping out. Unfortunately, today I was a taller younger girl who was very unhelpful. Even though, the offer clearly says equal or lesser, she said they had to be the same price.

Came here with my little nephew and mom. The lady behind the counter was friendly and accommodating. I showed her an email I received from BR for my birthday and she explained how I can get a free kids cone for my nephew if I bought a single scoop cone for myself. Meanwhile my mother took advantage of the Wednesday waffle cone special. We all left the store as satisfied customers.

Best place ever to eat the most yummy ice cream. They are my favourite. Where ever I go I must eat Baskin Robbins.

An awesome way to treat the kids. Fast and Friendly service and they always have stock of our family favorites, Gold Medal Ribbion and World Class Chocolate, Hmmm.

If you really into icecreams. Must visite this place. They also have icecream cakes for all occasions.

Good selection of all ice creams. Lineup moves fast for a small space. Parking can be tight if plaza is busy.

I've been to Baskin Robbins. I have no complaints about the store itself or the staff. I do ask that Baskin Robbins and Tim Hortons pool their money together and fix your pothole infested parking lot. Ice cream is great.

They had a lot flavors to choose from including a lot of toppings. They also had stranger things inspired food. The customer service was great. There was indoor and outdoor seats and they had a parking lot. Overall it was amazing here

Make sure you're getting the flavor you asked for the girls don't seem to be listening to well.

Ice Cream just isnt what it used to be (Thanks to all the mass production facilities that have decided chemicals are far more cost effective than real ingredients)

Stopped for an ice cream. Nice clean store. Limited seating indoors or out. As at all Baskin-Robbins outlets there is lots of choice in flavour.
