I’ve been purchasing every one of my children’s birthday cakes here for years now and it’s because they make the absolute most beautiful and delicious photo cakes.

If you need a beautiful birthday cake I highly recommend coming here! They are always accommodating, the owner is great and they have great customer service. Thanks Vinod and team!

Ordered a mocha almond judge cake for my mom's birthday and there were absolutely no almonds in it.

The best of the best, you have to try the Ice cream, you never before had tried a ice cream like this.

Everytime i come into this store, the male manager is always rude to his employees. He is always so unprofessional and will talk down to them. Poor girl was getting yelled at behind the cake fridge at one point. It is a very open space and he could of at least waited until the end of the night or when the customers left. I feel very sorry for them. Also, if you need to correct an employee, thats fine. But dont be an a**hole about it.interrupt and join the conversation.

Every time I come here, the employees are amazing and the service is great however the owner of the store is always rude to his employees. I can always hear him make comments and give aggressive, condescending looks. He talks down to employees and that is unacceptable. Please be kind to your workers.

Normally my experience here is good. Well stocked, polite staff, however, there is always one bad apple that spoils the bunch. This 'person' if she doesn't check her attitude at the front door will compromise the integrity of a business that's been there for years, whom the owners have worked very hard to establish. If this 'person' is finding it difficult to be in service to the public get out now or take a customer service course! It doesn't matter how polished an establishment is, if the service is poor everything is reflected that way. Maybe she should go on mop duty till she learns how to be in service!

One of the worst locations. Every week they have new trainee and they don’t even know how to scoop ice cream. We have been getting less than half a scoop of ice cream on many occasions now. They don’t even know which cup to use for two scoops ice cream. We literally had to tell these newbies which cup to use. We don’t mind helping new staff but it is ridiculous that the rest of the staff is just doing their own work instead of helping their struggling staff. It is not fair to customer that we neither get complete product nor service. I never had these issues at other locations.

Poor customer service from that blonde teenager. Why does she have a chip on her shoulder. No need to come back here. Girlfriend came in and just asked for change and just talked down too. Headoffice has been notified. That's how you lose business. Go to meadowvale baskins robins. Very kind staff

Blonde girl is very rude. I went in to get change and she said rudely I had to buy something to get change. Went to subway and has no issues. It's how you deliver it and the tone. She needs to be retrained tisk tisk

Unclean location, they cross contaminate their scoops with nut ice creams, seriously u guys could hurt/kill someone…. Unacceptable protocol like seriously…. They have no idea what to do with nut allergies had to tell them to wash the spoon and scoops, unreal. As a customer I do take on that risk 100% however not having ur workers educated and trained with correct procedures and policies is unacceptable. On top of that, workers here are rude. Health inspectors should shut this place down.

EDIT- the owners snarky response to this and other reviews should prove how dismissive and unsanitary this location is. Avoid at all costs, read the reviews they speak for themselves. Also I never claimed that this was a “nut free establishment” lol. My review was specifically talking about ur ignorant staff. Successful businesses aren’t run like this, best of luck.

Very poor variaty, slow service, they were out of most of the flavors at 4 pm while they are open till 10 pm. Choose other location if you can.

Person serving me was rude. I would rate a zero if I could. I was making small talk and just mentioned that their prices were not comparable to another BR not too far away. I had already paid and was not asking for any discount just mentioning the difference. I was leaving when the man muttered “well then you should go there”.
