Baskin Robbins

I came tonight with my mom a few minutes before closing and the worker was on a phone call, so we were waiting patiently for a few minutes for her to get off and take our order. Once she ends her phone call, she tells us the store is closed and she cannot take our order, even though the sign was still turned on saying "open" and we were there much before closing time. Super disappointed in the service as we did take our time driving to the location and simply wanted some ice cream.

The Ice Cream will obviously be good, but the manager there is incredibly rude! Personally, Baskin Robbins was my favourite, but after this experience, I go there very rarely. And I am sure I’m not the only person who says this. Baskin Robbins, please get a better manager

Got 3 fresh packs of love potion, but not even 1 pack has chocolate chips or heart chocolates in them? ! This isn’t the first time I’m getting love potion, been a regular customer to this store for 7+ years. Not sure why the quality of ice cream has changed!

This location needs more small size cakes. I just found large sizes. There were unfinished small cakes which the cashier refused to complete and sell.

Nice stuff as for the place is cozy with few tables good for takeaway orders.
Ice cream with a variety of flavors to choose, The location is just opposite the high school with parking available. Good place to try

Great service, Tanisha and Aishwarya did a good job in handling the huge crowd and provided the required items in time. They are completely professional and friendly.

Ice cream tastes good but the portion has significantly reduced. Better ice cream places around that have decent scoop sizes.

Worse customer service, brown old guy came out from inside start shouting while I was picking up flavours. Since the door of the pre-made boxes doesn't have any list showing what flavours they have and the door was foggy so it was hard read the flavours. He came from the back and Shout at me “shut the door and read it from outside! ” I Said I can't see then he told me to wait till the fog disappeared while I was waiting then he came back again and star reading all the flavours out loud very rudely. The thing upsets me the most is his hard and loud voice. He should get his act together otherwise they will lose all the customers just like me! But I want to add one thing that the young girl working there she was very polite and friendly!

The Manger of the store is not wearing mask.he wears mask on his neck all the time and walks very closely to the customer and he is allowing customers inside with out masks. I feel it's not safe to go to this store in this situation.

I've experienced Worst customer service ever. I will Not go back to that place again. Very rude store worker. No greeting no willing to help customer. Asked her to see an ice cream cake, it was refused and she said " it's just different flavored ice cream. You don't need to see it" and she started to listing out the flavors what's in the fridge. I go to Baskin Robbins because they have a somewhat decent quality, not only just icereame quality also it's service. Very disappointed.

Very unfriendly staff. Will not recommend. The other Baskin Robbins on Main st has much better service.

Honestly i didnt like the lady working here. I asked for a sundea of two scoops and each one is really small! I paid almost 8$ for that.
