Not one to give a bad review but this place really deserves it. Screwed up a bday cake order and didn’t even sound the least bit apologetic. Lina was like cancel the order or I could deliver the cake 2 days after the pick up date. Like I was just supposed to move the bday! Worst customer service ever!

Employees are kind, polite and respectful. Ownership on the other hand wouldn't recognize good customer service if it walked through the front door and introduced its self.
It’s a shame really, I Love BR ice cream and cake. My recent experience ruined it for me though.thanks Justin.

Lina called me and rectified the situation within minutes. I believe Justin should undergo manager and customer service training under Lina’s direct supervision so that this can be avoided in the future.
The almond Jamoca cake was amazing btw, thank you.

April 21,2023. Was supposed to be open until 10pm but doors were already closed by 9: 45pm and the employees would not open to honour their working hours.
