Baskin Robbins

We visited this location this evening and they have the most unwelcoming staff and manager. Tanisha is so rude and argued with us. No awareness of customer service. Save your money, because you don't want to be disrespected.
I will share my experience on my socials and will never recommend this location to anyone.

The lady on the 22 nvmbr for the closing shift gave us worst customer exp ever there were still 15 min to close and we want just a scoop for ice cream not even any shake that would take time she didnt take order properly and gave us unappropriate order. Please have a look on her behaviour

Horrible service. The lady didn't put the ice cream on the cone properly and it almost fell off. When I asked for a cup because of her poor serving skills. She said 35 cents for cup like really.u didn't put it on the come properly it is Falling off and u still want to charge for a cup. What a cheap company. Last time going here with my 5 kids. We bought 6 ice creams and she can't give a cup. Poor customer service skills.

The lady at front has zero customer skills (sep27 around 8: 30pm). She was busy doing her own stuff and rudely said let me know when you are ready. Secondly, she took the order of customer who came after us.extremely disappointed….

The lady with the blonde hair is rude. I said caramel on half of the side. Had so much attitude over it. I didn’t want to eat caramel on every bite. It was loud so she didn’t hear and accused me of not saying it when my friend nearby heard. Would not come back. Hire better people.

I paid 12 dollars for a 2 scoop ice cream and i literally got the kids scoop. The employee was so not ready to listen to me. Worst experience of baskin robbins

I went to buy an ice cream it was the first time to deal with this store he didn't tell me the price n he put the ice cream scoop on the cup n after that I saw cone I asked him about how much the cone cost he said same price then I said I want it on cone he said I have to pay 30 cent for the cup I told him he didn't tell me you already have the cone n I bought it by 8.01 bad staff n that happen today
