Baskin-Robbins

Bought a 2 scoop sundae tonight. The very small cup was not even half filled with ice cream. And the chocolate sauce was a very small drizzle of chocolate that hardened when it touched the ice cream. Paid $10 for ten cents worth of ice cream. Wish there was a way to post the photo I took of this sorry excuse for a sundae for all to see!
I will never go there again! Don’t know how they even stay in business! Save your money and buy your ice cream from the grocery store!

Gummy off quality ice cream, very highly priced at 6 dollar's a single scoop in a cup. Saff member said she could not give a test sample of a flavour when requested, cheap and unprofeasional of the franchisee in my opinion to not offer that quality of service as most ice cream establishments and other Baskin Robbins locations offer that. Save your money and support local ice creameries and get higher quality product and service for your dollar.

Went there today. April 10,2023. Was told they stopped sampling.the website states no such thing that Baskin-Robbins stopped sampling.poor service.

Saw alot of negative comments but decided to try it anyways.

I would say the cost is for sure pricy.
But the experience was for sure worth it.
The ice cream is fantastic, probably some of the best ice cream I have ever had!

The staff member I ran into was nothing but cheerful and kind, made the experience way better!

I came in to check the price on products with no intention of buying anything the staff member was so kind, I bought ice cream anyways.

Great experience (highly recommended the smores ice crean)
