When it comes to variety of ice cream flavours baskin robbins has got it. They are really delicious plus the staff and the owner is so friendly here that tops up your desert trip to the shop. My always go to stop.

We have been going here for years. Obviously the ice cream is great and there’s so much to choose from but it’s the service that is really outstanding and makes us loyal customers. They always remember us, are super friendly and kind. Even on days when it’s super busy they are laughing and talking to everyone and make it a great experience.

Went with my granddaughter today and must say the gentleman who looked after us (Atta) was very patient and pleasant. Every customer he dealt with, he was polite and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

I had to drive all the way from Cambridge to Kitchener Location, wanted to buy cake for my Wife birthday. I wish they reopen their Cambridge location soon.

The service is really great the guy really helped us decide what flavours are good let us taste as well and had good suggestions great customer service I would go again only to this location because he is so friendly this was my second or third time and he always has suggestions on what’s good

The tall guy I guess zahir was very welcominf and greeted us in a friendly manner. He explained and recommended the best flavors to me and my husband. We really enjoyed the flavor love potion and experienced the best service.
