Baskin Robbins

Staff at this location not friendly, quite rude. Instead of being greeted with “hello” staff stood quietly behind the till staring. Staff did not exchange any words during my order. Not even “you’re welcome” after saying thank you.

Still very good after a while. It could use a refresh I think but overall good. It’s definitely a drive for me though

Very bad experience. No tissue paper available, Washroom was dirty, stinking, no handwash in washroom, no proper cleaning

Every time we go we have been greated with a smile. Many yummy flavours. Love the tubs you can get for home for quick grabs.

All of them were so busy in taking and did not paid attention to the order and not very helpful. Very bad customer service

Best ice cream in the world. Nice thick with amazing flavours. Try the chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate mouse royal.

If you love pistachio flavoured ice cream you must try the pistachio almond flavour at Baskin Robbins.

Love their jamoca almond fudge milkshake, and the ice cream as well. I’ve probably had more than my fair share of the milkshakes in the last 4-6 weeks only.
Friendly staff mostly! And oh their brownie sundae is out of this world as well.

Great ice cream, but was disappointed when they were all out of the new pumpkin cheesecake ice cream 5 hours before closing. Someone did some poor planning

Contacted this chain from Hamilton, and due to the pandemic we couldn't get my mother-in-law her birthday cake. Thankfully they delivered it, and she couldn't be happier. 10/10 customer service!

Wow I have never been so disappointed in an icecream shop.you have one job to scoop icecream and they couldn't figure that out! We went there specifically for the stranger things themed icecream when we got there it wasnt on the menu because it was going to be over in a couple of weeks.but not over.soooo I'm confused.they said they would still make us some and when they did they charged us for 5 when we only got 3 we discussed with the child working and he was too confused to understand then proceeded to attempt to make ice cream no gloves did not wash his hands. The icecream he gave us did not match the description or the picture. This place gives me the chills just thinking about having to deal with their terrible service!

I love Baskins Robbins and have been going to this location regularly for years. Today when I ordered my usual 1 scoop sundae I was absolutely shocked at the extremely small portion size of ice cream and miniature amount of sauce and whipped cream that came with it. Definitely not what I normally received. When I inquired about the size, I was told by the employee (in a rude and disrespectful tone) that the sundaes are "kid size". This was definitely news to me as they had always been full size scoops before and the price had not changed to reflect a much much smaller size.
Do not waste your time and money here on small portions and rude staff. I certainly will not!

Baskin and Robbins has always been my favourite. I have had a long standing relationship with their peanut butter and chocolate. We are so lucky to still have one! The washrooms at this location need a really good scrub but the ice cream is still worth it!

My service directly with the new staff member was great but their teamwork isn't. It was a challenge to watch a coworker belittle and talk to their teammate in the manner that they did. The new staff member already showed signs of stress and I personally wouldn't have been able to work alongside someone that demonstrated a rude tone and criticized everything that I did in front of customers. Their team should be more supportive of learning a new roll, practice makes perfect!

There isn’t a link for the new Baskin Robins, on wonderland RD. But they are amazing! Friendly staff and delicious ice cream! So pumped that they brought one to this side of the city! Thanks guys!

Best ice cream in London. Location is perfect, easy to find, and tons of flavor to choose from.

I love Baskins no doubt about that, and unfortunately we just have this location near to my house, if you go there and if owners are there then you will always get less quantity then it's mentioned on the menu. My large cup with 2 scoops was half empty. We need Baskin Robbins with good owners not ripping people, give the customers what they pay for.

Makes a spectacle of a simple treat but also makes the simple treat really interesting. Not too pricey so defo worth a try 100%

Wow! Literally the best ice cream I’ve had in London so far also quite entertaining watching fresh ice cream be made to order and the staff were extremely informative and had a good vibe, which made me feel very comfortable.

Nice ice cream. We always missed the rum ans raisin ice cream. Second time that we can found there. They offer another option that was good.

I love my experiences here every time. Employees who have been here for a long time like the Asian girl in glasses or the tall ginger girl always recognize me and are very friendly and sweet. Used to be others who would always know me but unfortunately I don't see them anymore, so they are probably not working here anymore. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is great and portion sizes are fair. About two times I've seen what I think is the manager scold or yell at employee where customers can see, which made me uncomfortable to watch. But everything else about this place is great, I will definitely continue visiting.

I've had two experiences here. One where the owner was mad we came in just before closed even though the website said they were open for another hour and a second where I had a good experience (6 months later). Overall I forgive the first experience but it'd be a 5/5 had it not happened.
