Recently went around 10: 30 there was a very polite girl working the front counter.she was extremely patient and helpful. At no point did she rush us she allowed us plenty of time to decide our picks and had a smile throughout.

The whole interaction made the dessert experience even more sweeter.

I can ALWAYS depend on this location to have exactly what I want for every special occasion every single year! The customer is AMAZING and I am so grateful for them

Their dairy free mint choco chunk is so insanely good! They should have more dairy free options since there is no compromise in taste.

The staff is very rude but the ice cream is decent. They are very strict about everything you in the store like taking more than a minute to order when there’s no one else in the store. There’s also no one ever in the front and they always go to the back to check on something every 10 seconds. Would not recommend coming here ever.

Been my go to Baskin-Robbins. Very friendly staff and well maintained. Great place to get some ice cream, milkshakes or ice cream cakes which have been my favorite

On a Friday night my family decided to stop at the Glen Erin baskin robbins. I would not recommend after the experience my family had. Some nice girls were working the front and my family were the first customers to walk into the store. After we arrived as we were deciding on our flavors a rush of about 3 other families entered. Admittedly it was busy, but it was manageable. A woman who seemed to be the owner of the establishment came out to help with the rush, and was visibly agitated by the number of people in the store. Trying to control the crowds she started to sternly tell my family to move to the side and one of the girls would help us. She then proceeded to make the other girl working help us as well. This created a scuffle when trying to pay as she didn’t follow her own ordering system and we had told them 3 times that our group was paying together, pointing at the individuals in my party. The owner helped my mother (now 3 people helping us) and while she was scooping my mothers ice cream she told my family that we could sit inside and didn’t have to wear our masks. When she initially entered the front area she was wearing a mask but throughout our time in the establishment she repeatedly took it on and off, touching her face without washing her hands before going back to serving ice cream. After scooping my moms single sized cone she handed the cone to her with a scoop the size of a kiddie cone. We went to checkout and myself as well as my sibling waited in the store for my mother to pay. The owner turned to us and told us to leave the establishment as she had already served us. Her tone was not polite and was a borderline yell. This was confusing as she previously told us it was ok for us to sit inside. The interaction was off putting at best as I didn’t appreciate as a paying customer being forced out of the store and having to leave my mother alone when we were just paying and then leaving. The other girls at the counter were very nice but the woman from the back was rude and aggressive to customers and was extremely off putting. Finally, to top off the experience the tiny cone my mother was served had a black hair in it. No one in our family has dark hair.
I hope this review provides an honest look into Glen Erin Baskin Robbins on a busy night. The entire experience was honestly anxiety producing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Honorable Mentions to the Experience: my dad was not asked if he wanted a cup or a cone, after paying my mom wasn’t given a receipt, and we weren’t given any napkins

Terrible location! They cheat you. Ordered a two scoop sundae and was given the smallest of all kiddie scoops. How is that ever a sundae?

I asked for three ice creams to bring home. The young attendant says she doesn't know " how that's going to work". Proceed to place all three onto a paper plate with holes in it. I ask again about cups to place them upside down; I'm ignored. I pay for the ice cream, reiterate I need cups. She says "I need to charge extra for that". I ask her why she didn't mention that before I paid. As I'm walking out, I hear another coworker tell her they can do that for take out orders. But instead of calling me back, or interjecting mid transaction, they just let me walk out. Garbage customer service. Penny pinching cheapness from an underage employee with no reason to make up policies on the spot.

I bought the same cake size at this store and another store, I paid $14 more at this location. I would recommend to check the price first before buy any cakes from this store. I ordered a round cake, when I picked up the cake, it showed a sheet cake 1/2 slab on the receipt. I called the store, they said there's something wrong with their system that's why it printed like that but the price is correct but I doubt it.

I would like to express my gratitude to Cam (owner) of the BR Glen Erin location for the amazing service he provided. I needed 43, $5 gift cards for my students as a last minute gift. Other BR locations weren't willing to help me out, so 9pm Thursday night, snow storm, I call this site and Cam picked up and gave me the ok and was even willing to arrive at 8: 30 in the am the next day so that I could get the cards before I head to work (they open at 11). Thank you Cam, you helped me give my kids a nice goodbye gift and put a smile on their faces.

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years, since I was a child. It isn't even the closest one to me but I still come here because of the warm, kind, and consistent customer service the owner provides. As someone who has been here more times than I can count, vs.someone who may have had one off or bad experience, trust me when I say this location is 5 stars!

Once again same old terribly disgusting service from that same old Indian female. She has no sense of social contract when interacting with fellow humans.
Avoid this Baskin Robbins. As long as it is run by that same old Indian female, it’s going to remain beyond hopeless.

Love their icecream. Went in to pickup a few tubs and grabbed an exclusive baskin robbins toy. The manager was very helpful and friendly 5/5

Got a cake and a polar pizza for my kids birthday and it was fantastic.polar pizza was phenomenal and the cake was decorated very well and had great taste. Fast very friendly service.

Dissapointed. I used a coupon from club 31 but a lady staff told me it’s fake which is not true. She gave me discount anyway but she claimed my coupon was from BR US or some kind of scam. I showed her it says BR Canada and it’s legitimate but she didn’t believe me. I wouldn’t go this shop again.

By far the best BR location in Mississauga. Excellent selection of cakes and flavours, and their employees and management are all super helpful.

Worst customer service at this location. Ordered a birthday cake 24 hour ahead. Pick up, cake was wavy melt shape and 5 mins drive all melted. Quality taste wasn’t there as like other Baskin Robbins locations.

I visited this location with my boyfriend with two coupons for one free scoop of ice cream. A younger lady served us and when we showed her the coupon at the counter she questioned it and asked the older lady who seemed to be the owner of the location if it was valid. The owner briefly looked at the coupon and began making claims that this coupon was most likely printed off a computer in mass production and not valid at this location but could be valid at another location. The coupon clearly stated it was valid at all locations in Canada. The older lady continued to dismiss the coupon claiming it to be fake and not accepted. By making these sort of accusations that my boyfriend and I were somehow defrauding them by using these coupons made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was very insulting if I wanted a scoop of ice cream I could’ve easily paid. After reading many reviews it seems there could have also some racial issues involved in the situation as my boyfriend and I are biracial couple and there could be underlying racial issues related to our experience. We visited another location and they happily served us and took our coupons and gave great service. I would never visit this location again or recommend it to anyone.

. 31c creature creations goes to boys/girls club so I HAD to get a scoop of cotton candy ice cream with the Unicorn! Delightful! Thank you Kantaum for your helpful, friendly, and careful service! People say eating ice cream makes you feel better but after I ate ice cream from this baskin robbins, I got brain freeze.

I have had terrible experience every time I visit this place. The owner ladies- both mother and daughter - are highly discriminative against race. Extremely rude customer service.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE AND END UP FEELING HORRIBLY MISTREATED.

Great selection of ice cream flavours, but the lady who is the manager insists on rushing the customers to make a decision. She is nice and probably just wants to get to all the customers quickly, but could go about it differently

Take our kids here all the time! The staff is friendly and the owners are amazing! Highly recommend it!

This Baskin Robins location discriminates against age and I strongly encourage you not to support them. My friend and I went to this location today to buy ice cream, I left to grab my wallet and come back to my surprise the lady (whom I can see other people have issues with according to other reviews) yelling and shaming my friend for asking to order our two scoops of ice cream before the banana split, and she was complaining how the scoops would melt because of this. Absolutely poor service. Although my friend has already apologized she was walking around at the back of the counter still making a fuzz about the banana split. I ended up cancelling the banana split order as it seemed it was too much of a hassle for her. There are always more polite ways to correct customer orders, would she have done this if she were talking to someone older (my friend looks fairly young) or if I had been there with my friend and didn’t step out quickly to get my wallet from the car, DEFINITELY NOT! It is these type of business that allow the discrimination of age to continue being problematic. I would like to report this straight to Baskin Robins, as they need to reassess who they put in managerial positions as the lady today was not fit for it at all.

Amazing place to have ice cream! Customer service was amazing! The person who helped with my selection always ensured that the ice cream I got was too my liking by offering me samples before i made the final choice of whether i want it or not! Definitely will be back and highly recommend it!
And yes also the service is real quick.also they extend their store hour till 10.30 unlike other stores which is good.

Nice place a bit on the expensive side. Ice creams are good but pricy regular scoop for a family of four. One can have a small dinner for this price. Plus their regular cone is tasteless and we had to throw away the last bit. Yet the ice creams are good which is what one comes for. Hence, the four stars for that.

Don't go to this Baskin Robbins if you can avoid it. I went to buy an ice cream cake while the lady was training an apprentice while serving another customer. I took the cake out put it on counter. She didn't tell us to wait or even make eye contact, continued to teach the apprentice how to make the customer's order. Yes I lost some patience, but I put the cake back in the fridge so it doesn't start to melt. As I close the fridge door, she suddenly notices me in the shop and says "I would have checked you out but you put it back in the fridge. Now you have to wait". She took an additional 10 minutes, literally over explaining to the apprentice, purposely taking her time. After the customer was served, I got another cake and she began to rant about how much work it takes to make the cake, all the while I'm quiet just waiting for her to bill me out. Anyways, no harsh words were said on my part but I was extremely disappointed. I feel for the apprentice, she literally was the worst teacher with low patience.

Clean, bright and actually unlike many other baskin robins i have visited. Its a good place to hang out.

As an avid ice-cream consumer, I was dissapointed with my interaction with whom I presume was the owner. Probably will avoid this location and take my business elsewhere.

Friend of mine accidentally dropped their ice cream in the store and they refused to replace it for them. They saved themselves about $5 but lost 2 customers

I take my family to this location as it's worth the drive. The family that runs/owns this location have always been very pleasant. The service is quick even when others ahead of us, just can't seem to make up their minds and pick a flavor. Happy that orange sherbet has returned after many years of not being available. It was my favorite when I was much younger.
Great place to go in this nice weather of course as they have outside seating and sufficient amount of garbage that is attended to when needed.
It is next to a Tim Hortons, so parking sometimes is questionable. But we tend to go after 9: 00pm we mostly get lucky.

We love Baskin Robbins for their delicious variety of great tasting flavours! The employees here are usually kind and provide good service. The hours for this store are perfect for a late night ice cream craving. I also like that the ice cream is usually fresh. No freezer burn and stale old batches which you sometimes encounter at smaller independent shops. My favourite is the Maui Brownie Madness. It's got the perfect blend of Smooth fudge swirls, chewy Brownie chunks and crunchy macadamia nuts. Overall decadent yet super satisfying.

All tables filthy upon entering. Asked to clean them. Filthy rag was used and employee barley wiped the surface. Then both orders were wrong. Asked to buy crushed peanut butter cups on the side and employee used her bare HAND to scoop them out, at this point I canceled my crushed cups. TERRIBLE experience. If manager wants to fix this, please reply and I will consider changing this review.

I would give it no starts if I could, the server was extremely rude and after a long wait for someone to help she shows up on her phone helps one person and goes away to talk on her phone then comes back and says and I am not going to finish the call so just say what u want.the ice cream tastes old and expired don’t spend your money there.

I have loved baskin robbins ice cream for decades. My favorite ice cream remains one of their flavors. It's always a fun time going for ice cream. The only thing that could ruin it is a poor customer service experience or a poorly made sundae some associates at this store are less than desirable.
