I came at 9pm and the store was closed. On your door it said 10pm, it also said 10pm online. Terrible!

Great customer service by Arpit. Delicious scoops and a variety of flavors available. Ask them for a spicy ice cream trial. It's a must.

Very nice customer service and lots of fresh flavors to choose from. Lots of parking available. If you are not sure which ice cream to pick, ask for a small sample. Pricing is little on high side but you pay for the quality.

They offer ice cakes as well.

Well. I went to buy a gift card for $25 as my co-worker bday present couple days ago. My co-worker try to used it today and called me said there is no money inside. So basically you guys stole my money thank you

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARD FROM THIS LOCATION! Period. They scam people and will give you a gift card with no money, hoping that the friend you give it to will not tell you because it is so embarrassing to give someone an empty gift card!

I purchased a gift card at this location as a birthday gift for my friend. And when she used it, there was no money in it, I kept the receipt when I purchased it, and went back the store. I was initially brushed off and told to come back in a week, and when I did, I was told that the gift card wasn’t purchased at their location. Refusing to give me my money back. So I got scammed paying real money for a gift card with no money, and unable to get my money back even with the actual receipt.
I started to read reviews and found that there are similar situation when staff at this location are being dishonest! I hope that to you are ashamed of yourself for scamming people who just want a freaking ice cream!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the manager of this franchise/ location this afternoon, albeit I did not know this at the time and only found out when I called back to speak with a manager.

When I walked in, I was the only one in the store and was the only one the entire time I interacted with this person. Jaz was on the phone. I waited while she continued being on the phone. She approached me while still on the phone. The conversation was not customer related. While still on her call she inquired as to how she could help.

My request was simple, four gift cards with its correlated gift receipts so that their receivers would not have any issues using them. She was still on her phone call as this was happening and at some point during the process of fulfilling my request she ended her call.

She handed me my gift cards, receipts and order of ice cream. I asked her if she could help me match receipt to card and or advise me on how I could identify receipt to card. She did not know and asked for it all back again. She handed to all back to me a few seconds later, telling me in a very rude tone, it’s on there and I should do it myself without actually offering any instruction on where exactly it was listed. This was done abruptly and disrespectfully, while I was still polite /respectful and if anything, just confused and seeking assistance.

Never the less, I took a few minutes to figure it out myself as she had walked away at this point and started slamming the ice cream shutters down. I wish that was the end of my interaction with her, but sadly one gift card had no gift receipt with it and so I asked her if she could hand me it or had it fallen on her side of the counter, to which she replied with she forgot to process it. I asked her if she could help me rectify this and while she did not apologize for her mistake, she told me “she could not do anything”, and to give the person the complete receipt rather than the gift receipt.

I reminded her that the complete receipt had other items and would not work as this was a gift card going to someone else. She repeated her statement about not being able to do anything. I then asked her if she could refund me and reissue a gift card with a gift receipt. She said “no”, but then said she would speak with her manager (she is the manager and does not report to anyone higher than her. Confirmed with the employee I spoke with).
She comes over while on the phone, gestures for the gift card, which I hand over and then returns it back with a slip of paper that states balance left on card. She then says “that’s all I can do” and walks away towards the side/ back, slamming things as she walked in that direction.

At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. For a manager to behave in such a disrespectful non customer service way is appalling. Is this the type of customer service you expect your employees to mirror? Jaz, you were treated with respect, politeness and kindness from my end. Please hold yourself accountable for your disrespectful service.

We go once a week at least and never had this rude attitude
Dealt with Aman, who tried to squeeze two scoops in a small cup. Asked her i am paying for two scoops i should get a medium. Huffing, she changes the cup. Then makes a regular shake instead of a large. Told her i never asked for a regular.never even ordered a regular before. Again, huffing and slamming stuff around she makes the large, puts it on the counter and doesnt give me the two scoops and starts washing the blender. The other male associate had to give it to me. What a poor service. Time to start visiting another branch if this is the service they provide. Not worth the disrespect and poor customer service.

Previous ice cream cake purchased was phenomenal and tasty. The current one purchased in larger size was overly sweet, lacked in fruit portion and did not taste as great as my previous purchase experience here. Nothing spectacular and definitely disappointing to say the least.

Not bad, I got here when it wasn't busy. The pistachio Almond icecream was a bad choice. Some sort of essence in it. The only safe bet is the hot sundae with pralines and cream.

The store had just opened but tables were dirty, floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, napkin dispensers where empty. The lady was on the phone the whole time while serving us.so not great customer service. Finally, size of scoop was smaller than I've gone over there Baskin Robbins. I don't normally take time to write reviews but was not happy.

Went there and bought a tub of ice cream that was in the freezer peanut butter chocolate and the peanut butter was not mixed well ot was like eating a tub of kraft peanut butter

I always come here for ice-cream cake. I set up birthday dinners at the Chinese restaurant next door, then halfway through dinner, I run over to Baskin Robbins for ice-cream cake! So convenient!
