Ordered a second set of speakers today from these guys. I usually order from a another supplier but the the prices here are better. I took a chance and the shipping was fast and the speakers as described. Today I had problems with the online ordering, when I phoned they helped me out and even sent me a refund for the shipping. Nice to see honest service for a change.

I have never felt so happy with the work accomplished for sound in my car. These guys had a custom box made for my mini so the sound was clean and amazing. Yet alone their workmanship was on point. Id recommend these guys any day. Good job guys!

Ordered 2 items both were priced well and shipped fast. Had an issue with one of the refurbished items. My purchase price on that item was refunded same day that I emailed them regarding the problem. I appreciate the hassle free process.

You may avoid this seller here or on Amazon. Ordered on Amazon, received a different model of modem. Pretending replace but never provide help. They'll start saying you exchanged their item and refuse a refund or providing return shipping label.shame on you

Ordered a G Pro X Superlight for 50$ Off the original price (200$) Haven't received it yet but I'm super excited. They sent me my order confirmation email and I'm now waiting for my tracking email. I don't know what to expect but hopefully everything goes well.

I was given appointment at 5 pm to install remote car starter and came to the shop at 4 55 pm. Waited till 6.45 pm they did not even started to install it. Came back empty handed and just waisted my time. Will not recommend to anyone.

Tried to buy a dash cam off their website that said one in stock, but unfortunately they did not have it in stock. But the guys were very very nice and offered me a one-up model for the same price.

Ordered a pair of Sony headphones that Bass Electronics had advertised lower than anyone else online. Product shipped out in the window given on the website and arrived as-described. Would buy from them again

Service was faster than I thought. Remote starter that I purchase and got them installed was amazing. 120% satisfied.

Was a great experience staff was very helpful, received my products a day earlier than expected, I recomend them and will be using them in the future.

Terrible business. Selling defective products and won't take return or refund. Worst seller I have ever dealt with on Amazon. BEWARE

Some of the worst product delivery AND customer service I have ever experienced in my 20 years of building computers

I returned the item within 7 days, and the seller agreed to refund me. I paid for my own return shipping, and the seller went quiet. I contacted Amazon, and after 3 months I've only got 2 partial refunds equalling $115. The seller charged a $142 restocking fee! Crooks! They didn't mention anything about a restocking fee until I sent the item back. Stay away from these thieves.

Horrible experience with this company. They sell you something then if you want to refund after 5 days, they charge you 2/3 of the price. Stay away!

I have been coming here for years with quality and customer service at high level of expectation and satisfaction. Jazz is pulled in all directions and is able to answer phone calls, customer questions and work all at the same time, when working by himself. His lead technician is ahead of the competition and is not only very informative, knowledgable but leaves your car like it came from the factory. Wow ok so basically just want to point out to all those people who are complaining about there policies and how the shop is bad but its not. First of all customer service is amazing they were all super friendly and nice.second of all they explained everything I needed to know about the product I was buying, how to use it and stuff. After a few days I had some trouble with my car so I called them and they explained everything to me and I realized I was doing it wrong and they even let me come back to check if everything was working right without any charge! Those bad reviews must be fake. I would definitely come back recommend them a-lot. 5 stars!

I went there yesterday to have my remote car starter fitted and Jazz was the only guy there, his employees had called in sick. He was working on my car, answering calls, attending to walk in customers and with all that he did an excellent job on my car. He checked it to see that it worked and I am very happy with his work. He is a very nice and polite person, and answered all my questions. Thanks Jazz.

Brought my car in this weekend to get some audio work done. Jazz was very polite and friendly and took his time to make sure I was well taken car of.

I bought remote starter from Canadian Tire and asked him to install. He told me I have better remote starter with lower price. I trust him and returned the item that I bought him it from Canadian Tire. Then I bought his item and he installed to my car. After two years remote starter gave me troubles. I took my car to his place he told me that it needs to updated. (I don’t know why and why would I pay for this? Or why didn’t you tell me that I need to update every two years?) He updated it and charge me the labour. (Product has life time warranty) Nowadays I am having a starter problems in my car. There is no problem shows on computer but it is not starting. After a couple tows we found out when you install remote starter improperly (damage/change other connections) it is giving you intermittent (on and off) problems like doesn’t see your key. The only way to solve this problem, you have to uninstall the starter from the car. I’m writing this because if this happens to you now you know at least what to do. (You save money and time.)

I ordered two HomeKit-compatible smoke / co detectors from this seller via Amazon. The units were supposed to be good for 10 years. Meanwhile, once opened, these units shipped to me in March 2019 had “replace by 2026” labels on the actual units. That is at most 7 years, not 10. I appreciate that the seller may not have been aware of it upfront.but challenging my refund request (by initially declining to refund return shipping costs, then threatening me with re-stocking fees, then finally blackmailing me to rewrite my review on Amazon.) was not cool.

Thankfully there is Amazon’s a-to-z guarantee.

Actually, you ultimately provided me with a FULL refund, not a partial one. It is just regrettable that you had to do it based on Amazon's adjudication, not based on your sense of what is fair to the customer. Mistakes happen. Bad customer experiences happen. Vendor's are ultimately judged by how they can recover from these.and your "recovery" really sucked.

A last minute emergency with my power inverter and Jazz took the time to take care of me. Solid business with a solid businessman. I'll be back for more work!

Just got a sub and radio installed here sadly the radio screen got cracked while installing but they gladly gave me a new one for FREE! 100% would go back again nice people and great prices

My husband recently added an amp and a subwoofer set up to our new mini van and we were impressed by the clean install. What amazing sound and clarity! Jazz is a extremely fast and knowledgeable installer and we will be back for our future car audio needs:)

I had purchased a sub and amp set and i came by today and had my subwoofer and amp installed, they needed less time then they told me, im happy with the subs and the work done

Thinking of coming back soon to get a car starter in my car and the girlfriends. One thing i say you guys should do is give away a sticker to put on the windshield of cars that come by, get some popularoty!

Like I said, I was not expecting a free job, what I meant by reset is put starter out of valet mode. I asked you that. YOU said $40 to bring my car in your shop! VOLT ADIO exists. Look it up i went there and he charged me Zero.but I still tipped him. Because nothing should be for free. I made an appointment with you one time to change my speakers, I was there 10 minutes before my appointment but you had started working on another car and asked me to wait for at least an hour! Terrible terrible service!

Do Not Buy from Bass Electronics
I ordered a GPS for a late Xmas gift for my wife and when she opened it she ripped the box. She did not like the product so I attempted to return it, minus the box. They ended up giving me less than 20% of the cost of GPS just because of missing box. All the other parts were carefully packed and returned using courier. Multiple emails with claims of missing pieces, different refunds that they were sending - very unprofessional and I would say almost bordering on dishonest. I would not recommend buying any product you may want or need to return with this type of policy in place. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware

Very disappointed in product bought through Amazon. Item appeared to be an older version of electronics. Not mentioned on Amazon site but when product arrived it was Stamped Final Sale.this I assume is to prevent returning out date products. Very unique way of making some extra money:)

Garbage Return Policy - Don't risk your money for out date goods. Items listed on Amazon are probably all one or two years old and they stamp their invoice Final Sale. Sneaky to say the least.

This place sells old products through Amazon and then marks bill as Final Sale. Would not recommend anyone who might want to get a refund deal with these people. Not worth the risk for the money you save.
