Our teenage son went to bass pro looking to get his first bow today. James came over to us and was very helpful and explained alot about the best option for him and explained why it was the best option for him starting out He even showed him how to use it and tips for properly using, aiming and shooting. He showed us the arrows and tips to use and explained why it was the best option. His customer service was above and beyond. Bass pro has a great knowledgeable staff member in that depth with James. He truly cares about what he does and has a great passion and knowledge about bows.

Had Ronnie’s sunflower seeds in stock for my motorcycle trip. Great store. Clothing department is massive with great quality and selection. Prices are lower than I thought.

Black Friday deals were less than impressive. Store has good selection but over crowding caused by clothing racks everywhere made it a bit of a maze to navigate. I do like the store overall, good quality products and good customer service.

After spending more than 12 grand in their store, out of which i have refunded, may be stuff 3 to 4 times valued in 3 to 4 hundred dollars. This store manager Martin blamed me that I have been seen in the store returning items every end of the day. Argued about the item being used while clearly it was not. Their firearm department sucks. Other than nicholas, everyone else is pretty much racist towards gun laws for brown people. I have been blamed for keeping 10 dollars worth of parts at home while their sales associate was later found guilty. They take 0 seconds to blame the other person.

It's my favorite place to shop, the place is massive, ample of parking and friendly staff. Good discount, and you need to find the right stuff at the right price.

Tried to stay here past closed and camp in store. The camouflage doesn't work as expected. Otherwise great experience.

Went to look at the firearms and ammunition. So much stuff and so little time and money…. Surprise of the day was Federal 9mm 115 grain rounds for $16.99 a box/50.
Great place, really. The gun guy knew his stuff and was extremely pleasant to speak with.

Went specifically for items for dog, had poor selection. Also went for yeti mug, also low options Store overall is nice

Dec. 16th - used their curbside service. Top notch service & quick response from order to pickup.

They have everything and anything to do with the outdoors tons of brands good selection of gear from hiking camping hunting and more

I don’t personally shop here for myself but it’s my go to when I’m shopping for my family. Just bought my brother in law a sweater for a great price which he absolutely loved! Cant go wrong here whether shopping for yourself or your family/friends!

Please don't get me wrong this store has everything you need but way overpriced I can get stuff online cheaper and the same name brand I think it's just because it looks like a big Cottage and everybody's drawn to it to each their own cheers

My family and I visited Bass Pro to take a picture with Santa. The employees at the store were extremely kind but also straight and narrow when it came to protocols. Store was very clean and filled with merchandise.

Next to no Carrhart clothing for women. As well the ammo aisle was pretty bare but that would be understandable during hunting season. Love the store and the layout.

This bass pro the staff were friendly. They have ice fishing tents set up that you try out and gage space inside. The layout was just amazing and creative just so amazing everywhere you look and walk feel like you in nature. I realy liked the water falls and fish tank. The hunting section was kool how trees had seats on them

I have spent thousands of dollars in the store in the past but today was unbelievable after waiting 20 minutes in the shoe section to try to buy my son a pair of boots Not one person came to ask a question or help us there was there was no way to measure my son's feet and the boots I was looking for were not available on the floor I left the store empty handed back to the neighborhood tackle shop for me

I don't like it when a worker sees you shopping for 25mins says nothing but an old white guy walks in an "Hello Sir, can I help you" you assume he's talking to you cause you were here first and reply " hello" worker answer "sorry wasn't talking to you" and then 10 mins later asks "do you need help". Sorry won't be spending my hard earned $ here

When the "Greeter" starts off with a rude "Excuse Me" rather than a Hi, Hello or Welcome.we should have took as a sign and just turned right around. The rudeness and feeling of being unwelcomed just carried on right through the entire store. My SO had the same experience and was in a completely different section of the store. As a POC I know the feeling and vibe very well.

Diversity? Not sure this location knows what that is.

Big sporting goods store selling everything from clothing to gear for outdoors men to snacks and more. Pricing is a bit on the high side but you can find some good deals there too.

Front door staff was helpful but the floor staff we asked questions to was rude and very unhelpful. COVID spacing was a joke. The retail displays were so close together and getting around was a maze. I couldn’t even exit without getting too close to people because the walkways through the displays were so narrow. And the only way to exit is through a narrow customer till/aisle. We were looking for some information about bows and we’re told very rudely that the archery people aren’t in and no alternative or additional information about when to come back was given. Condescending and made us feel so uncomfortable. Very disappointing for such a beautiful store. Clearly not concerned about customer service, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great shop for the men. I could literally spend hours in here. Everything from quads and small boats to BBQ equipment and clothing. I also enjoyed watching the huge fish tank at the back end of the shop. Will definitely visit again.

Where do I begin! This is a long one my friends.
Here is two experiences.
June 2021. I'll start with the biggest and best thing that is closest to my heart.
I am mask exempt (I have a Canada government badge, which I sadly feel the need to display for others (roar), however, even with it at other stores, I still usually get asked if I have one, will wear one! Or I am segregated from entering entirely).
The lady at the door smiled (its hard to tell but you get the idea) and welcomed me in, and every single employee smiled at me and looked me in the eyes! And from what I felt held no judgement. This alone made me feel like the shopping experience was excellent (it should be standard procedure but Mask mandates are all dropping anyways)

Now, everything else.
I was helped by someone in almost every section they have that I went to! I went to several! I'm an over preparer.
I asked a ton of questions lol! And they gave informed answers, showed to me and explained the selection and alternatives. Everyone was so nice.
Anyways, I got a ton of stuff and happily cashed out. The cashiers were timely and offered me a points card and if I wanted to donate (which I declined the points card on my own terms but they offered). Good job.

Now, the second experience. After the last visit I returned a few weeks later with the huge hiking backpack I got. After realizing it just couldnt possibly work (my own bad), the wonderfully helpful Shawna was able to find my receipt through the system even though I paid with cash! (I never expected to return anything so I tossed my receipt) I rattled off all the other items I had bought that day and gave her the total and all sorts of other info that obv no one could just guess) I was amazed their system could find it. Super cool.
Up until this 2020, I use to work in retail and usually the systems cant find cash receipts without internal investigations and all that. So again, she found it within I think 5 mins! Good for her.
Anyways, because she was able to do that, I was able to get the full original amount I paid back on a gift card (that backpack just went on sale! I was worried I'd lose over 100$!), which I was not really expecting to be able to return and was mostly just inquiring with hope lol but I was ready to have to accept that I wouldnt be able to return it at all.which I would have sadly understood. (No receipt, no return is fair.)
It was alot of money and never used so it would have really sucked to have to sell it online and someone offer 1/3 the price or something silly.
Anyways. Idk who hires the people at this location but keep up the good selection! Whatever your standards are, it's working! Most retail peoples ideology is minimum wage, minimum effort but not here.
Oh and the store is always very clean and tidy too. Which even before 2020, I very much appreciated.

Walking distance for me and all my boating/fishing needs. Good prices, good selection.staff needs to be more alert and helpful, some don't have much fishing experience. Cont: pretty disappointed this year. Looking to pre order a Shimano reel and they try to sell me last yrs model. They then try to tell me there isn’t much difference between the old and new model. That’s very disappointing and very misinformed about a product that they are suppose to be knowledgeable about. BassPro should be careful on the individuals they hire. Real Anglers know exactly when they are just getting scammed for a quick sale. Revamp the fishing section here for experienced anglers. I also find they have attitude when corrected. Not impressed. Cont'. Their curbside ordering is horrible, they don't even get back to you when inquiring on a purchase. I called about an item on sale and they were quick to just say they are sold out. I checked again and there was stock of this item which I had to order and have shipped to this location. Isn't this what they are suppose to do for the customer? They flat out dont care to help or make a sale, the entire fishing department is useless and needs to be replaced asap! Pathetic!

It's pretty expensive but they sell some high-quality products just be careful not to overpay

Was in today looking for life jackets. Dealt with JYM. What a great guy. He looked high and low for me. Selection was pretty low. But he sure tried. He did manage to find 1 out of the 3 I was looking for. Thank you so much JYM. You were excellent.

So i had a Cabelas gift card and i was actually buying a Cabelas tackle box but they wouldnt except gift card. Not a classy move.

We just went there today for the Easter bunny pictures and it was so well done! They had you reserve the time slot and then wait in line socially distanced then it was a really good quality photo with the Easter bunny behind an invisible plexiglass for safety!

Not sure who they have working the marine parts. Drove a hour to get a propeller. Gave him serial number and model number. Gave me a prop that was way to big for my motor. He has no idea what he is doing. Drove back. Says they close at 3. He was closed at 2: 50. Do not go here if you need parts. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Lazy person behind the desk that shouldn't be working in customer service. I will never be returning here.

Edit: Only went back to spend the gift card they gave me for my inconvenience.

A typical Bass Pro Shop. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. Lots of stock. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice decor throughout the store. Nice foyer when entering with seating. Pond with fish in the back of the store. Overall a great place for everything outdoors you need.

Great place for Xmas gifts. Friendly staff and very helpful. Recommend to anyone going by to stop in.

It was cool to see another bass pro shop other than the one in Vaughn less tourists come to this shop so it's nice. You don't have to fight through crowds of people taking photos. Everyone at this place is actually there to shop for something and not just visit for the sake of tourism.

Big store with a large selection of stuff. Big freshwater aquarium at the back of the store. Buy some candy, a jacket and a boat all in one store.

I love bass pro shop. Especially during Christmas. Santa is amazing! And has a real beard. I love the virtual line and all the awesome activities set up to keep kids busy

Everything you can will need and lots you don't. I prefer to shop smaller out doors shops they generally have much more knowledgeable staff but its hard to beat the price and selection of a bass pro shops.

We came here to see Santa! We were so pleased with everything the staff were lovely and very friendly! There was a lot of things for the kids to do!

Always a pleasure to shop at this location. Clean and professional looking, even during the holidays. Staff is never far and always helpful. I purchased my first hip waders and am not disappointed at all. The range finder I was looking was out of stock, however they wrote a rain check promptly. I requested if there was anything similar in the price range and they didn't try to up sell me. Pet friendly is a major reason why I frequent this location for my out door needs.

Went for Christmas shopping and to buy for myself. Smaller than Vaughn store still with a great selection and price range.

Amazing. The place is absolutely beautiful and had all the outdoor needs. Whether it's fishing or camping or hiking. Large or small. They carry clothing as well as boats and guns. Pretty much anything you could think of for outdoor recreation. I would definitely suggest checking out this place. If not to shop just to see how beautiful it is

Great store with tons of outdoor gear for your hunting, fishing and hiking needs. Worth the drive no matter where your coming from. Staff are friendly and not pushy.

Pet friendly stores are awesome in my book. The shopping experience here really shines as you enter and are greeted with friendly staff and clearly marked areas. Would definitely return.

This store tends to be a little on the expensive side for clothes. But I shop for jeans here because it's the only store anymore that sells jeans meant for MEN - relax fit boot cut plain denim. Everywhere else is all slim fit/athletic fit/stretch fit meant for teenagers.

Also, it's nice to browse the camping and hunting supplies here even though I don't do either anymore.

It's really cool I guess purse I could go like around Christmas time they have so yeah you guys should definitely go fun

This place is awesome. Unbelievably large variety of everything you can think of. I bought a fish fryer set today.

Very cool place. You can spend a lot of time here. You can find anything from boats, fishing gear, camping gear, smokers, portable stoves, archery gear, firearms, ammunition.etc

This store is awsome if its fishing or hunting this store has it all. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have great selection and a price point for everyone. The fish tank is a big hit with my kids

I have always had a good experience at Bass Pro Shop, and that means various locations not just the one by my house. Today was the first time I ever had to deal with customer service over a warranty issue and I must say it was a little less Pleasant then previous visits. I'm not saying their entire staff is like this as my experience with customer services Limited, but I felt very uncomfortable as if the woman helping me www suspicious of me, it took a very long time to deal with the issue, and even though I asked if she was new and another employee had said no, she still had to call this employee for help or verification several times, and seem to be asking the same question every time. The other employee was very helpful, and very knowledgeable and very much made this experience much easier then had I dealt with the first employee alone. I do recommend Bass Pro Shops for all your outdoor needs, or just somewhere to walk around while drinking a coffee and enjoy the scenery

The store is huge and the cabin theme is incredibly executed throughout it. The aquarium with local fish species was a favorite of my kids. There are lots of neat items that you wouldn't see just anywhere, but you will pay for it, the items in the store are not cheap. It is a store we like to visit often as we are local.
