Bast staff was helpful unfortunately they couldn’t get me the part I needed but the gentlemen who I spoke to recommended Lennox and gave me the address and directions and I got the part there greatly appreciated

Points for not selling me a new unit and install when it wasn't needed but also extremely helpful and courteous over the phone, tech was polite, professional, touched up the paint and knew his stuff. We required an outdoor natural gas connection for our new Napoleon grill. We are very pleased with the product, service and support we received from Steve, David, Matthew and team. They were very professional and I am very impressed with the installation. They added a secondary shutoff valve inside the house and left the work area clean. The work was completed in a timely manner and I would recommend them to friends and family. Well done.

Bought our fireplace from Bast many years ago. Had a problem starting it up after the city replaced the gas meter. Bast was able to diagnose the problem and get it restarted over the phone! Many thanks for the great service!

Cannot say enough good things. Our experience with our sales person and the installers for our new gas fireplace insert was outstanding. They were prompt, helpful, and efficient, and took care of things neatly. We've also engaged their service department on another issue, and that was an amazing experience as well. The service person (Josh) was extremely knowledgable, kind and very particular and proud of his work. I won't hesitate to call them again if I ever have any trouble.

We purchased a Jotul F370 wood burning stove at Bast Waterloo. The unit was installed today, and we had our first test burn this evening. All works fabulously well. The service at Bast has been great all around (our rep was Matt Webb). And the installation (Rick Bernier and partner) has been flawless. Thanks all!

I contracted Bast Home Comfort to install a wood burning stove. The workers did a fabulous job installing the stainless steel chimney which is the 1st part of a two part project. Very polite, got right to work after explaining what they were going to do. Following this part of the project cleaned the room like they had not been there. I look forward to their return.

I purchased a Mattamy home this fall and found out that my furnace was not heating the house properly as it was too small. The fireplace Mattamy installed was hideous and I need A/C so I contacted Matt who arranged everything and had all installed in a timely professional matter. The services boys were kind and well knowledgeable and worked like dogs to have it all installed quickly with as little disruption to an already busy home. Kyle did the installation of my fireplace mantle and bricking and we can't be more happy. Thanks again and would totally recommend to anyone looking to purchase the proper home comfort items. Just moved into my new home and the fireplace decided to cut out. Bast repair man came out and knew exactly what the problem was within minutes, fixed it quickly and was pleasant to talk to. Will definitely recommend their service to others!
