Was helped by different associates at different times during my visit here today, everyone was super friendly and helpful!

I found an amazing new Foam Soap scent that just totally knocked my socks off, Coffee and Whisky scent so AMAZING!
Who doesn't love the smell of coffee!?

Will definitely be back!

New shop is buzzing with people, staffs are super friendly and plenty of offers available for the holiday season A place to add some fragrance in life and home

Never have I experienced such a delay in shipping of items. I've placed 2 orders now and both have taken over a week to even ship out, it's pathetic.just order from the body shop or ANYWHERE other than this place

I have purchased Japanese Cherry Blossom products for a number of years. I have noticed that when they've changed the body mist packaging twice and more so the most recent time, the scent is nearly non existent. I visited the store and explained that the mist was merely a coloured water and the scent was barely noticeable. The manager informed me that it was only the packaging that had changed and not the scent. She informed me that as we age, our noses change and therefore we don't smell things the same. I told her that I didn't have any problem with my sense of smell and was quite insulted with her comments. She then refunded my purchase of 3 bottles. I complained to Head Office, they sent me a new bottle, new packaging, unfortunately lacking their wonderful fragrance of their earlier mist. I have bottles of Japanese Cherry Blossom, body wash, body cream, bath scrub and they still have the lively fragrance I have known for a number of years. I have asked Head Office to confirm or deny the change in the body mist but have not had a reply in months. Another note with them, every time I find a wallflower fragrance or hand soap that I like, when I go back to buy the same, they're discontinued or no longer available. I am no longer a customer of Bath & Body Works because it just ain't "working".

The staff was very kind and very helpful. The store was clean and smelt amazing, of course! Would recommend this store and location to anyone!

Everyone was super nice and helpful, sometimes they can be a bit much and constantly asking if you need help when you just want to browse but that's retail.

They are bringing in the fall scents, makes me happy I like them better than summer scents. Staff is really helpful as always.

Always love this store.although I wish they brought back the Paris Cafe candle. 2 other customers came in looking for it, doesn't that tell you to bring it back? Come in B&BW!

I placed an online order on June 11th, I was told by customer service on the 15th that because of the processing problems, I would not be charged! I was charged on June 25th! I was told that I would be refunded (I recorded the call)! As of today, July 5th, I have not received the promised refund! Bath and Body Works Canada owes me $101.27!
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I love shopping here, and am a fairly regular customer. The store is well stocked, and sales ladies are friendly, the only negative is the miserable old Indian woman working the register, she clearly looks unhappy to be there, and is not friendly at all, when I see she is working, I dread having her as my cashier. Other than that, it's a great place to shop, and they have awesome sales and coupons.

I find they are selective in who they say hello to. They stand around talking to each other instead of helping their customers. This particular location in oshawa centre makes me uncomfortable.

Sections of this store are way too crowded - you get caught in a section because 2 people can't easliy pass by each other because of all of rhe tables and shelves.
I understand the marketing scheme to get people looking around all parts of the store, but it would be really nice to just have all of the same products in one place.
