I am very satisfied with the excellent service and finished work by Bath Fitter. From start to finish, James Ryan, did an amazing job that only a highly skilled worker with great tools can deliver.

Really happy with both the service, final product and appearance of our tub replacement (with walls, ceiling and sliding glass doors) done by Bath Fitter Mississauga! Scott and Terrance did a great job. They know what they are doing and were friendly and personable. Scott's review with us once installation was done was extremely helpful.and we know we can rely on Bath Fitter in the future if there are any issues - but we expect there will be none. A very professional organization from setting the appointment with the office, Michael's first visit to show us options and do measurments, reminder emails, appointment confirmation, to Scott & Terrance's installation. They arrived on time, did the work well and were finished early with a great final product. Thanks!

A worker from this location flooded my mother's condo. The upstairs neighbour hired this location to work on their bathroom. The unlicensed worker cut the waterline before turning off the water supply causing tons of water to flood the below condo, causing thousands of dollars damage to my senior mothers condo. Not only the damage but the extreme stress this caused my mother. Bathfitters originally said they were going to compensate my mother but then ghosted her and stopped returning phone calls and emails. My mother received nothing from Bathfitters. Taking advantage of a senior, absolutely disgusting. Run, run fast away from this company. I can't wait to hear how sorry they are and what excuse they give in their response here. All lip service for appearance.

Andre Williams was my installer. He was professional, efficient, friendly, accommodating and made the whole experience very unintrusive. He was punctual and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend him for any job. He performed a tub to walk-in shower in a very small bathroom and did it with expertise.

Our sales consultant Mike was very patient and accommodating when helping my elderly mother, which I appreciated. The installers, Kenny and Javier, were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, courteous, communicative, considerate and very tidy throughout the 2-day procedure. It was Javier's first week on the job and it was great to see how well the two installers worked together so well for the first time. The quality of the installation was very high. Their extra care made it possible to preserve nearby shelving and avoid more costly modifications. It was a great experience.

I am very pleased and glad with my choice of Bath Fitter. The installer, James was very professional, on time, he cleaned up when he was done. His workmanship is impeccable.

Converted from tub to walk in shower. It looks fabulous and I can't wait to use it. The Installer, Sean Bonus, was prompt, thorough, great personality. He explained each step from beginning to care instructions at the end. He was neat and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. I was very impressed and will suggest Bath Fitter (and Sean) to my friends and family.

Scott Galbraith completely recovered our old tub and all of the surrounding area. He was very professional with his work and how he made sure that we completely understood the care needed to keep our new shower in prime shape. Scott was a very courteous and professional person who made sure our home was left in the same shape as he found it, except for shower of course. Excellent job Scott. You do your company proud!

Very professional from start to finish. Michael helped us pick what we wanted and Derek and Sean did an amazing job on the install. Very clean, professional install.

Perfect.
In so many ways this was the best idea for refinishing our bathtub/shower.
Time. 6 hours total including consultation and installation.
Service. Gabriel our consultant and James our installer were
professional, helpful, experienced and took the time
be sure we were happy with every step of the process.
Cost. Very reasonable and when compared to a standard bath
refit that would take up to a week. Excellent.
Warranty. Lifetime warranty with few exceptions.

We would have know problem recommending Bathfitters.

I got a tub to shower conversion done. Process from sales (Gabriel) through to installation (James) was a great experience. James was punctual, finished the install within quoted time frame and very professional.

Going to split this review into 3 parts as our experience to say the least has been a bit of a roller coaster.

Part 1 - Our sales rep was Robert Munro and he came to our house back in August. The process was fairly straightforward and easy, we decided to move forward and purchase a new tub and walls to match. We didn't have a proper tub so it was a full reno. Because of all the delays (covid, supplies etc) we ended up being scheduled for the first week of December, which was fine. Agreeing as well that we would demo our old fiberglass tub and walls and prep the area with new drywall. Robert would do final measurements a few days before install. We were happy with our choices. 5/5.

Part 2 - Last week of November we begin the demo and prep the walls as needed. Including building a new stud wall, strapping and drywall. When it came time to get final measurements by Robert the troubles began. After being told of the final measurements process back in August, when we contacted Robert he seemed less than interested in coming to do the final measurements and asked us to do them instead. Considering the cost of what we were getting, no, we are not doing that. Robert came 2 days later and did the final measurements. 3/5

Part 3 - Installation day. Scott Galbraith our installer arrived on time and was very friendly, professional and courteous the entire process. Once he removed all the drywall (after stating we didn't need to drywall ground to roof, not what Robert had asked us to do) he discovered the tub we chose and were told by Robert would work wouldn't fit. He did some of the initial plumbing and because the tub wouldn't go in called it a day, we had to wait another week before installation. Leaving us 2 weeks without a shower. Also wasting not only Scotts time but my wife and I burned 2 vacation days (Thursday & Friday). We were not happy, we were sold on a vision for our bathroom by Robert, one unfortunately Scott couldn't deliver (not his fault). Robert reached out the next day and said he would see what he could do. We got our new installation date for the following week, having to settle for the basic tub, we were refunded for the difference for the tub and were offered a choice of accessories for having to wait another week for installation. Scott once again was our installer and the process took 2 days (3 days total). His work was awesome, once again, friendly and professional and very little clean up and damage to the surrounding area.

While we are slightly disappointed in the process overall, we are reasonably happy at what was installed. We wish we could've had what we selected for our bathroom, Robert sold us on a vision and it couldn't be delivered.and we ended up not needing the strapping and about half of the drywall we originally installed (so wasted $ there too). Bath Fitter with a bit of pushing (we always seemed to be the ones checking in to push things forward) tried to make things right and we appreciate that. But the whole process left us a little stressed out and bitter at the wasted extra week, wasted vacation days and wasted building supplies. But we are happy with what was installed even if they aren't what we originally agreed to.

We had our old bathtub converted into a walk-in shower and are delighted with the results. The shower looks beautiful and really updates our whole bathroom. All of the people we were in contact with were very professional, competent and helpful: Michael the sales person, Linda and Elena the office personnel, and Derek the installer. We would definitely recommend this company.

Right from the consultation with Robert to the fitting with Kenny. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and both really enjoy there job which reflects in there service. Very customer service oriented. Couldn't have asked for a better "A" team. Highly recommend
