Bath Fitter

I paid over $6,000 for a new tub. My fixture had a leak which started as a trickle, which has now become a steady stream. I was informed that there would be a $125.00 service call, and the plumbing is not covered. Very poor customer service! When they sit in your home selling this inferior product, they do not mention this. AVOID getting this product.they got me good

It was a good experience. It started with Roland. He showed up on time. Had a little issue but Shirley (dispatch) was able to fix it. Our installer Rob, and Ryan were fantastic. They were professional. They came in laid down drop sheets and got right to work. The shower looks great.

We're so happy with our new bath and shower. It looks fantastic. The installation was as smooth as they promised. Our install technician Kory was great; on time, got everything done in one day, showed us how to use the fixtures and everything else, gave us tips on cleaning and maintaining and was just super friendly on top of everything else. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter Waterloo to anyone.

Our bathtub definitely needed an upgrade so we went with Bath Fitter Waterloo. Rob did an amazing job! We love our new walk in shower! He was on time for the two days he was working on our bathroom, and when he was done, he was thorough with his clean up cause it was like he wasn’t even there! Highly recommend them!

Horrible experience overall. Would NOT recommend. The sales process is very professional UNTIL the deposit clears then buyer beware. The install day was canceled with 15 minutes notice and a very unprofessional dismissive attitude of “these things happen” even when I stressed the importance of the date since my time off work is limited. Then once the install was booked 2 months later, it’s not a 2 day install but 3 days until it can be used. I’m left with a shower head I didn’t order and ofcourse the installers dismissed it and left. Clean up was basic and outside where they cut the product was left in a mess.
Don’t waste your money here this is garbage. I can’t wait to have this torn out and redone correctly

This was my 2nd bathroom intall by Bath Fitters, this time it was my shower. There has been 9 years between installs and I am still very impressed with this company. Jack and Bryan were the installers this time, very personable and professional.

Very happy with the service provided by Bath Fitter. Our installer, Jack, was right on time, very professional, and clearly very good at what he does. Our grungy old tub and shower now look brand new, and I couldn't be happier.

We recently use bathfitter to install a bathtub and surround in our on suite bathroom. The quote was done well and all options were presented by Roland who was very polite and helpful.

Kory and Ryan arrived on time to do the job and were done late afternoon. They covered the floors in the house and were sure to ask our opinions throughout regarding small design decisions. Both were extremely professional, polite and we would request them again in the future!

We did have to remove the toilet ourselves prior to installation and install it again after. There was a leak in our family room about 5 days later and our first call was to bathfitter - I was impressed by their quick response and Jack and another employee who Indid get the name of were here the following day. This turned out to be our fault and not that of Bathfitter but we were extremely impressed by the quick response time and friendly service in helping us address the concern!

We are hoping to have Bathfitter back in the future to replace a shower and would recommend them highly to family and friends!

Jack and Sheldon, were awesome, they arrived on time, were courteous, respectful of our house, completed the job on schedule and explained everything when they were done. Our bathroom looks awesome now, who could ask for anything more!

We saw the Bath Fitter advertisement in the Kitchener paper and decided to take a drive up to the Waterloo location. Everyone there was helpful, answered all of our questions and we booked a home visit for a quote. Robert showed up, inspected the existing bath tub and then provided a quote on a walk in shower. Robert explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

We ordered the work and were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. It turned out to be 3 weeks which was great.

Two installers showed up, exactly when they said they would and introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and started working right away.

The job was completed on time and the shower looks excellent. Kory was very tidy, polite and answered any questions we had. The job was completed on time with minimal disruptions to our routine.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter to friends and family. We are very happy with the look of the shower and the work completed. The price was very competitive as well.

The installation was done cleanly and efficiently by Jacob who was friendly and courteous.

We have had a bath fitter tub for 10 years. A very small crack developed in the base this fall. Baths have a life time warranty I contacted the Waterloo site and they immediately booked a replacement tub to be installed at no cost The installer Rob was prompt, pleasant and professional. We love our bath fitter tub and wall unit

I had Jack and Ryan do the instal of my tub/shower. They arrived at 8: 30 am and worked right through to 3 pm without even taking a lunch break. They did an excellent job and I love the new clean tub and shower and all the fixtures. They left my house clean and tidy and were various courteous and helpful with any questions I had. Good job guys!

We just had a new surround and tub installed by Bathfitters Waterloo. Jacob and Ryan did an awesome job, we could not be happier!

My experience with Bathfitter was very positive. I was surprised by an early installation (moved up from March to December) and my 40 year old bathtub was removed and replaced in one day. Kory was super friendly and upbeat. I had a minor dripping issue and the office sent Andrew out the next morning for a quick fix. I like having a local office to deal with for this kind of service. I would definitely recommend Bathfitter for situations like mine - being in a condo - where custom options are limited. The completed project with new surround and ceiling really saved me from having to hire other contractors or try to do this myself. It is all worth the price; when you try to do it yourself, you need multiple trades and lots of time. It adds up.

Rob installed our bathtub replacement this week he was professional and did a good job. Would recommend him to others

In a word, Excellent! Jacob and the "Big Guy" (Sorry forgot his name) arrived on time (08.30) and immediately spread protective covering over carpets and stairs etc, They worked quickly and efficiently and were willing to answer my questions with clear answers. They finished up at 2.30PM after tidying up everything and leaving the place spotless.
The work was excellent, we couldn't have been more pleased. The level of detailing was amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending both them and Bath Fitter. My wife now smiles every time she goes into the bathroom. As I said, in a word Excellent!

I normally do not write reviews. The reason I am doing so now is because of Kory from Bath Fitter (Waterloo).

We had to open up our bathtub tile to do a plumbing repair, which meant we had to redo our tile.   After talking with others, reading reviews and looking at numerous renovation options, we decided to go with Bath Fitter's full bathtub.tub/tile/ceiling renovation.

Our sales rep, Robert, was straight-forward and professional. What he said would happen did happen.   No surprises.

I'm a "tile person" and although I was told/read the full insert would look pretty, I was hesitant.   Dealing with a full day install was not something I was looking forward to until I met Kory.

Installer Kory was professional, friendly, and extremely informative.  He went through all the stages of the day for this install.  He was respectful and came onto our property like it was his own.  He made sure doors were closed, rugs were down properly and cleaned up fully. Kory was also great with our yappy dog.

Before leaving, Kory went through everything I needed to know about cleaning, warranty, etc.  Kory made this install seamless. Thank you, Kory!

This is the second time we have used bathfitters the service they provide is professional and clean. All the work is done in one day and the cleanup afterwards leaves everything as it was, would recommend to anyone looking to redo the bathroom, we did a bath tub change and a tub to shower conversion excellent results, thanks bathfitters

Tyson did a tear out of our fibreglass tubs and replaced them with a new tub and tile wall. Tyson did the ensuite and the main bath. He was on time, professional, courteous and did great work. The tub and shower look fantastic in both bathrooms. What a difference! We were so glad we invested in bath fitter. Thank you for giving our home the facelift it needed. I opted to go in store as I wanted to test the barista's in person hearing with my complicated and mumbly order through my three layer mask. Turns out that she could hear better than my 10th grade history teacher who was part cat and part ninja.

I would like to share my great experience today with Bathfitters and especially Jacob. We had a bath/shower and separate shower installed a year ago. We experienced an issue with the shower and called yesterday. Jacob arrived this afternoon and solved all our issues as well as going above and beyond, improving little details. We contacted Bath Fitter based on recommendations from friends. Our installer, Tyson, did a fantastic job. He was here promptly at 8am and worked hard, straight through until 6: 30pm. He listened to our design questions and understood what we wanted to achieve. Our older house threw him a few curve balls but he met each one with professionalism and a sense of humour. The end result is a beautiful bathtub and shower that is exactly what we were hoping for. Roland, Tyson, Jack and everyone else who we spoke with provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend Bath Fitter in Waterloo.

I had Rob Torney do some small repairs on our already installed Bathfitter shower. Rob was very personable and polite. He worked steadily and with great precision. When all was finished, there was not a piece of garbage to be found. I would recommend Bathfitter to anyone.

We had Bath Fitter come in to replace our bathtub and renovate the shower as well replace our shower doors in a second bathroom. Rob Torney was very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him and Bath Fitter to our friends.

The service technician was on time the day of installation.
He was very efficient with his explanation in what was going to happen and how he was going to proceed. He was very neat and tidy.
When he was finished with the install, he explained how to clean and service the tub, shower and shelving.
My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Fifteen years ago, we had Bath Fitter do our tub and shower retro fit. It still is like new, but after 15 years the paint had started to come off the base of the white frame of the tub enclosure doors and the doors were sticking as well. We decided to call them to see what they could do. They came out and fixed the sliding doors and at the same time we discussed the paint issue. We decided to order a new frame but this time in chrome. Rob, the installer, was great. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. They did not charge us for the first service call at all and were punctual and professional. We were very impressed with the service, even after 15 years. We highly recommend the Bath Fitter.

Choosing Bathfitter to convert our tub to shower was straight forward. They came to our home and showed us all the options to select from including a large selection of hardware. The installation went very smoothly being completed within one day! WOW! What a professional job they did! We highly recommend the Bathfitter in Waterloo, Ontario.

OK.now that I have had time to see how this would hold up I have to say. EXCELLENT.the work that was done was nothing short of perfect. These guys came in to my home first thing in the morning tore out the old tub surround and installed a beautiful walk in shower that I was using the next day.

Whom you should run from are the installers that want to sell you some overpriced underperforming setup, lining their pockets and emptying yours

This was the worst experience of my life.

Our installer, Rob, was down right rude during the entire install process. He was in a rush and it was very obvious.

I has to clean up a massive mess when he was done, my bathroom was destroyed, he split adhesive on my flooring in the hallway, not to mention the general mess any renovation causes. 3 hours of cleaning to be exact!

Oh, and did I mention the damage to all the walls, baseboards, ceiling and doorways he caused while doing our install? There isn't a spot in the house he didn't hit. Chunks are missing from my drywall in my foyer, baseboard needs wood filler from the gouges he made in the hallway and my bathroom ceiling needs to be painted from the scuffs he left.

I am beyond disgusted with this company and will never recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Product is a 5 but service is a 1. It's unfortunate that the poor service outshone the product.
