I went to get some tiles. The sales man went into lengthy conversation about tiles and the selection. I found him to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Once I went there and was handed a free bucket. Then me and my wife went and we got free coffee and cookies. I was so stoked, I forgot why I went there on both occasions. Also way more staff than Orange Rona so if you got questions, they got answers...

Went to this store on Jan 5. Spent 45 mins looking for Allen keys. None of the staff either didn't know what to look for, know where they are or cared. One person tried their best. I recommend always going to Home Depot.

I usually get a lot of special prices at this location and not usually busy which is a bonus when in a hurry
