Dr. Li and team were fantastic! Had to restore a previous filling and she very gentle and informative throughout the whole process. Thank you Dr. Li and team for the care. My experience was overall 10/10

My wife and I have been going to Bathurst Center Dental for 4 years now. Dr. Li is extremely professional and has always provided us with excellent care. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The staff are friendly specially the reception desk, she is very kind and accurate.
They explain every job they are going to do. And also have Netflix for kids while they are doing their job

This place is the best experience you could have with your dental care. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are very punctual. They treat you with respect and kindness since you arrive until you leave.
Dr Qin Li is very caring and professional, I had a teeth removed and I didn’t even realized she started removing it when it was done!

I've only been a Client of Bathurst Centre Dental Care for about a year now. I contacted them for an "emergency" as they were close to home.

My experience with BC Dental Care has been top notch and very professional from the first phone call I made to them. All the staff have been amazing. The office is bright, welcoming, very clean and the ceiling mounted TV is a bonus. Also, there is lots of free parking!

I have recommended BC Dental Care to several of my friends and family.

My daughter took me to the dentist for tooth removal and I came back again for filling. Everyone in the office is very nice, and I don't feel they over charge, unlike some dental offices. Great result too!

We were late to our appointment because my kid was very nervous. But Dr. Li and staffs were still very patient with us. Dr. Li clearly explained the procedures to my kid and I. She was professional and accommodating. And finally my kid didn't even complain during the procedure. Thank you Dr. Li and team.

Our family had been going to BC Dental for almost 10 years. We always had good experiences. The staff are friendly and experienced. We don’t have to find another dentist again.

I like everything there - the stuff, doc, services, environment etc. I live far away from the dental care now but still stick with them, because they are good.

I was initially hesitant when my good friend recommended BC Dental to me, because of the deplorable service I have previously received at other dentistry's. But, I am more than happy to write this review for an efficient, caring, and high quality dentistry.

My dentist, Dr. Li, is phenomenal and well versed in her craft. The dental assistant (I forgot her name) is also superb and very friendly. Gosh, even the receptionist is knowledgeable and welcoming. It's like I enter a different realm every time I go. So far, I have had root canal surgery and two deep fillings with BC Dental.

I have a long way to go, but at least I'm doing it with experienced professionals. By the way, I live at the borderline of Scarborough - Pickering and I commute all the way to Vaughan to recieve care from BC Dental. Thank you for reestablishing my faith in dentists, see you folks in the New Year!

PS: they have netflix and free wifi, need I say more?

I got the Six Month Smiles treatment at BC Dental and I’m incredibly happy with my results. Dr. Li was professional and friendly, and she took great care in making sure my new smile is exactly what I have always dreamed of. She was great at setting expectations and communicating what was changing during every visit. The hygienist was always so nice and considering I had to visit monthly, I felt very safe being at the office throughout the pandemic.

Dr. Li and team were very kind and helpful during my cleaning. They completed the cleaning on time and were very thorough. They also provided insight on my concerns and even offered to assist me with a night guard fitting for my next visit. The staff was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Ample parking, convenient access, second floor, very cleand and sterile, modern and updated, very friendly and courteous staff, complimentary Netflix with programs of choice throughout your appointment - great promotions including teeth whitening - check their website for that! The dentist and dental assistants are fantastic, quick and very informative about the process. They take the time to call you for appointments and allow you to book way in advance. I enjoy BC Dental because they've continued to take care of me for years! Convenient referrals to the oral surgeon next door in case of heavier dental work. Thank you BC Dental!

Dr. Li and the hygienist team at BC Dental are amazing. They’re are quick at booking appointments and thorough in their cleanings, assessments, and check up appointments.

Modern office, with fully capable and trained young professionals. Each room is equipped with a TV to the ceiling that helps to pass the time while your teeth are getting cleanedlooked at.
Hours are very flexible with evening appointments.
Location is not ideal, making it a bit of a challenge to get to though especially during inclement weather.

Dr. Li is caring and knowledgeable. The hygienist is gentle and responsive when cleaning the teeth. Most of the time appointments are on time. They are great with kids too!

This place is clean and the hygienists are very pleasant. They have multiple rooms so both my children can be taken care of at the same time while enjoying their shows.

Dr Qin is very nice and i did not feel anything when she did my teeth filling. She is very nice and the receptionist lady is also very nice. They indicated my insurance's detail and gave me very useful suggestion.

Was in Toronto for March break. Had to see a dentist for a same-day emergency. Found Dr. Li. She was awesome and so was her staff! Did what she could do so I could enjoy the rest of my break pain-free. Sent all records to my dentist back home so he could finish the job. Emergency or not.highly recommended! TS

Dr. Li helped me with a tooth extraction. It was done in less than 30 minutes and the whole process was completely painless. I would absolutely recommend this place, just like my friends recommended for me.

They have very bad service. I made an appointment to see the doctor in advance and when I came they told me that the doctor is sick. I've never received any calls or emails from them about it. They forced me to do X-ray and may be their doctor can remove my wisdom tooth, but I they said they don't do such a hard surgery and I still had to pay for X-ray.if you don't want to waste your time and money, don't go there!

Dr Qin Li and The Bathurst Centre Dental Staff we met at my daughter’s appointment couldn’t be more lovely. The experience we had there, from walking into the beautiful office, to meeting the staff was everything I had hoped for my daughter, who was very nervous about the dentist. Dr. Li was very calm and sweet which put my daughter at ease and her teeth were cleaned without any fuss or tears (we had left other dental offices with her in tears after refusing to open her mouth or even go near the chair). I would absolutely recommend Dr. Li. She was answered prayer for us!
