The worst administration ever! They’re saying their closed at 11: 55 but they are not, being always rude!

They attend fast and acept walk in I went a couple times and I just wait like 30 min and then the doctor came and the secretaries are super kind and nice.

A real dump, dont waste your time coming here. Incredibly rude staff. I suffered so much with my health being in the hands of these people that don't know what they're doing, don't know what they're talking about, can't even treat a patient with basic human decency, can't even do a referal, can't even talk to you with any respect. DO NOT GO HERE, NEVER. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST, you will get misdiagnosed or mistreated, or both!

As their website states, the clinic requests that walk in patients come in 1-2 hours before close to be registered, I showed up today at 12pm as the clinic was closing at 4pm and the receptionist rudely told me that they can’t take me and I need to come in earlier, I don’t understand how 4 hours before closing isn’t early enough?

Don't know why people gave one star, I went to this clinic as a walk in patient today, the waiting time was only 10 minutes, staff were friendly and the Doctor was very professional & knowledgeable, overally, I had a good experience and it was my first time in this clinic.

Sunday appear that clinic is opened until 4: PM. However they don’t accept more patients after 12: 00 AM and algo if you don’t have a family doctor the attendance is rude.

Worst clinic. Receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me or look at me when I went in. I had to ask her if it was closed. Apparently unless you come before 12, they won’t accept any more walk ins on weekends. I went in at 2 and the clinic closes at 4. There were only 3 people in the waiting area.

I went to the clinic on the holiday Monday with a major ear infection in both ears (practically deaf in my R ear,) sore throat etc. The doctor didn’t even examine my ears even after I told him the infections were recurring. He prescribed me antibiotics and my ears were getting worse with each day that I took them. I went to see my GP today and she told me he had prescribed the wrong antibiotics. My ear infections have gotten exponentially worse and now I have to take extra strong antibiotics for 10 days, along with ear drops and an anti inflammatories. I will never go to this clinic again. The doctor seems to have forgotten the Hippocratic oath and the #1 rule of ‘do no harm. ’

Reseption do not know the meaning of the word "appointment ". And instead of being sorry you get rude responses.

Doctor rushed in, never made eye contact, haven’t a clue who she was, in and out within two minutes. Looks like she is just rushing to get as many clients as possible for a big pay day. Not a great place.

I am very dissaponted in Dr Davoodi, after two years I asked him if he's taking new patients and he flatly said "No" and was dismissive of me. I don't know if he is stressed out or what his problem is?

Tried to call to ask a simple question. The lady answering kept repeating “no phone calls” and “11 am” before telling me to not call again? No other context to what “11 am” meant. Barely got my question in. Very rude

Do NOT visit this dump if you’re looking for a walk in appointment.

They advertise themselves and call themselves a walk-in clinic but are actually a family practise with daily appointments. So if time permits they’ll treat a walk in waiting. That’s why every review is so low. They’re not a properly operating walk in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you’re looking for a walk in. Hospital would be a better option

This is a terrible clinic! Staff are very rude and don’t respect patients at all. I wanted to talk with my family doctor and they didn’t connect me and then hung up on me! I have no idea how this clinic owners hired these unprofessional people!

This is a walk-in clinic. I don't know why there are reviews using the word "customer" for your health.

You're here to get help, not health off the shelf.

Most negative reviews don't seem to understand how walk-in clinics work, while some don't seem to understand that their ailments should be treated as emergency (go to the hospital) that they think a walk-in would solve.

Finally, health care in Canada isn't "free". That changed a long time ago, so get out and vote for the right people, instead of giving 1 doctor a bad rep because you only went to 1 doctor.

Rude receptionist who clearly cannot answer a simple question. She got irritated fast when I asked the same question over three times. She hung up on me. Great way to show where the Canadian healthcare system is going. Your job is to answer calls. If you can’t answer a question, I don’t think you’re doing your job right.

I’ve been to this clinic twice out of necessity and both times I have been mistreated. Extremely long waits, doctor was unwilling to listen and one of the receptionists couldn’t be more unprofessional. It’s a shame that in Canada we do not have health care professionals we only have whatever this is called…

I went there at 3.20 with 2 sick kids and the lady said, they are alredy close. My question is why the working hours is until 4? Bad attention.

After letting me stand at the counter for a minute the receptionist said, ”Can’t you read the sign? We’re already closed. ”

Staff were hospital. Great Clinic! The wait was long but just shows how many patients trust this place.
