All the staff is amazing and real kind.
I highly recommend. I got pregnancy ultrasound i loved it. Thanks for my day.

This was the most unprofessional X-ray place I’ve ever been. I was told the wait was 45min. It was an hour and a half.
Then to be told, there was A $35 charge and had No debit and had to go across the street to get cash. They could have informed me when I first checked in.
When my 5yo finally got to see the x ray tech he was not professional at all. My daughter couldn’t understand his accent so I was telling her what he wanted her to do. He said it’s his job, he knows what to do, in a very rude tone. He roughly moved her around to the positions and scared the daylights out of her moving her chair several times and making her almost fall off. She was as accommodating as she could be, (even for a grown person)
even though she was scared.
Then wanted her to arch her back farther then she could reach as she was to small making her almost fall behind the stool. It would have been more sensible to put her on the table. Didn’t end up finishing as she was sooo scared. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible service! I called before coming and I asked if they were open. The receptionist asked me when would I arrive. I told her 15 minutes, she said ok don’t be late. I arrived 14 minutes later & she said the technician just left. ‍️

Ultrasound tech Liliana was phenomenal! Liliana was so professional and compassionate. She truly cares about her patients and was explaining the procedure to me throughout. She constantly made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. I absolutely recommend this place and definitely making this my go to place from now on

It was the first time that I had appointment with this clinic. I had ultrasound. The receptionist was very nice and the ultrasound technician was very kind and experienced.
Even they called me after 2 days to make appointment for follow-up.

They don't answer the telephone and don't return phone messages. How is someone supposed to make an appointment?

I had a really, really bad experience.
The woman who works at the counter here, her name is Maria Erna,
She said she also works in a working clinic.
Even if we live in different cultures and there are misunderstandings in our conversations,
She was a very ferocious, ignorant woman who spoke only of herself as if swearing in a loud voice. All the other staff are friendly and I've been there for 5 years, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this and I don't want to go there anymore.
It was a very bad day.

When hiring an employee, they should look at their personality.

I was told my appointment would be at 2.30. I showed up at 2.15 then receptionist said I was late. My appointment was at 2! I said No, I'd put a reminder right away to remember but she insisted I was wrong!
+ the technician works there, is so rude.
I won't go there again.

I just had my pelvic and abdomen ultrasound and their lady radiologist (i missed her name and i was so mad i didnt want to ask her nane again) was so mean the moment i got in.

The WORST clinic ever. If i can sue them, i could.

I did a chest scan here and they suppose to send the result to my doctor within few days. But i waited for a week and called my doctor, he said they did not even send the result. I called them hundred times today and no one pick up. YOU DO NOT DO THAT TO PEOPLE HEALTH.

Called to make an appointment for first trimester screening ultrasound. The receptionist was not helpful and did not give me any instructions (re: full bladder) to follow the day of. Showed up for my appointment to complete chaos.people waiting in different lines with no instruction given by the staff. No social distancing enforced in the hallway line ups. Finally got in to hand them my requisition and asked how long the wait would be since it was already 10 min past my appointment time, the receptionist then told me I should have made my appointment at 9: 00am. This would have been helpful information at the time I called to make the appointment. I left to to make yet another appointment somewhere else rather than waiting in the madness which was their clinic.

Rude receptionists with little care for their patients. They did not provide proper instructions prior to appointments (eg.avoiding foods or liquids, etc.). During these covid times, they seem to greatly overbook themselves past capacity, leading to delayed and overlapping appointments, to the point where a mass of patients are all waiting outside the door with no social distancing procedures in place.

The half of the staff are being very rude,: receptionist and especially technologist lady. I was wearing no mask but screen, she yelled at me
in very impudent manner and literally kicked me out of the room.

It was really busy for the front desk lady but she was so pleasant while multi tasking between answering the phone, signing in patients, booking apts etc.
The technician who helped me (Anna?) was also such a delight. I was late for my next apt so she worked as quickly as she could and was so friendly and patient throughout the apt.

I give 1 Star because of the UNFRIENDLY and RUDE Manners of the Filipina Receptionist (Wearing an EyeGlass, Dyed Medium Brown Hair) She has no place in a medical clinic or imaging center she need to understand that patients some of them have been fasting.or skipping meals.some are not feeling well.some are there holding there urines for a certain Utrasound procedure.if she dont want to be bothered.then quitting a job would be a WELCOME thing to do. SHAME ON YOU WOMAN! The rest of the staff are all OKAY!

DON’T GO THIS PLACE.
Very bad experience did Ultrasound here. My appointment time is 10: 15am, l waited until 12: 10am. They told me to drink 2-3 bottle water before 1 hour l did the exam. So I drunk 2 bottle of water at 9am, then waiting until noon. Because I have no idea how long l was going to wait, so l told the reception l went to down stair to pickup something then came back in 3mins. However, after l came back, they forgot me. I continued to wait over half hour, then l asked the reception again, she said l missed the line, so still need to wait, then I waite another 30mins, (and 2 people did exam before me), it was 1pm. Could you understand a person drink 2 bottle of water at 9: 00 am, and cannot go to washroom until 1: 00pm!

I couldn’t wait anymore, so l told them l need schedule another time. They told me next is me, then l waited 15 min more (there is no patient now, l have no idea what she did at room), then finally my turn.

I feel uncomfortable after this days because l kept a full of bladder for a long time.

I forgot to say, when l took the second exam, l need go to washroom, the doctor let me to wear the tissue to the washroom!

Very very horrible exam.
