Wait times are longer due to the comprehensive care.

Worst receptionist I have ever encountered. Rude and unhelpful with zero compassion or courtesy for hard of hearing patients on the phone. Not to mention, she’ll put you on hold 3 times in 2 minutes.

Worst clinic I've ever been and went to a better clinic with better staffs. The receptionists are ill mannered. Dr. Atwal seems rushing all the time and could spend as little as 2 minutes. It seems like quantity matters more than a good quality of service. If you want good service with your health concerns go somewhere else!

Receptionist were very rude.they yelled at you so unprofessional.specially those 2 wearing eye glasses… rude girl. I just go there because of dr.atwal. She’s a good doctor.

Terrible service, the attention at the reception is horrible, they do not treat you as a person, they are not aware that they are playing with people's health, it has been more than two months since my midwife requested my information and they have not sent anything, they remain They will call you and they do not return your calls, they lose the information and the laboratory studies, they take advantage of the fact that we are looking for a person who speaks Spanish supposedly for better communication, you pay $90 dollars to see you for 1 minute and the doctor is running you away in the hallway while they serve you.

Awful service…Ladies at the front desk are too rude and not polite…My doctor Rida is a perfect doctor but the receptionists at the front desk are terrible.
That is why I will change my family doctor.
I do not wish to get medical aid from this clinic anymore.
It’s the second time they were rude to me.
First time was in last summer and second time was today!
Try to teach the receptionists at the front desk to be polite and nice to people.

The office sees a very large volume of patients daily. After being turned away by other walk ins I was thankful to have my son seen. I found the staff to be polite and kind but swamped. I think this speaks more to the state of health care in this city and nothing to do with the staff. Doctor was so attentive to my son, put him at ease immediately. Patiently found a suitable antibiotic alternative due to sons allergy. Yes, we waited 1.5 hours but many, many people were seen at this office and all before 11. Thankful to the front line workers that continue to work hard after 2.5 years of Covid.

I agree with the comments about worst clinic. They're are a few nice doctors but for the most part you're treated like a number. Front reception very rude & love to gossip. The way I have seen them speak to some patients. Recommend you look elsewhere unless you're absolutely desperate.

Been going there for 10 years great place but if the people that don't like it then find a family doctor.i have had no problems ever.

Waited 2-3 hours and saw them letting in other people who were paying them cash or prioritizing friends/family over other patients. Please do yourself a favour and find a different walk-in clinic. The doctor there was also very rude and showed little to no empathy regarding my hand injury.

The worst front desk people ever. I have witnessed this numerous times. They all look miserable and extremely rude! The only one receptionist you can talk to is Dr. Atwal’s assistant, Roselyn. I don’t know how these people keep their jobs.

It took two or three hours for your turn to arrive and when it does, the doctor doesn’t have more than two minutes for you or the doctor tries to ignore you on purpose.
It’s disaster for a doctor.

Worst walk in clinic. I had to wait a month for the results for my daughter’s allergy test and had to call them for the results and was told to come to find out and when we get there they had to look for her file and don’t have it in file! Everytime they make us wait for hours to only seen 5 minutes!

Do not waste your time with this clinic. 1 doctor and 7 billing and front desk staff. 3.5 hour wait. Major surgeries take less time than that wait. Prime example of inefficiency and incompetence.

This clinic is terrific. The staff are very friendly and professional although the clinic is busy. They let us sign in and come back 2 hours later. At that point, we were seen immediately. The doctor was very willing to listen and discuss my son's issues. She was in no way dismissive of his concerns like the experience he has had with another clinic. My son felt at ease and we walked away feeling very impressed by the overall experience.

My 5 year old daughter was seen by Dr. R. Atwal for abdominal pain. Normally, we have great difficulty getting our daughter to visit her regular family doctor. My daughter refuses to go there and has never felt comfortable with our family doctor. In contrast, my daughter absolutely loved Dr. Atwal and now cannot stop talking about her. In fact, she is now making excuses to go to the clinic until even today. Dr Atwal put her at ease, saw “bunny rabbits” in my daughters ears and “Elmo” in my daughter’s throat. My daughter just loved the visit. The doctor was playful but also very professional. My daughter even got a beautiful princess sticker and a lollipop on her way out. Now my daughter has decided she wants to be a doctor just like Dr. Atwal when she grows up!

The young female doctor was incredibly warm, kind and nonjudgmental. It was my first time visiting this clinic and I was pleasantly surprised by the doctor's attention and her courteous nature.she asked many questions and spent a fair amount of time trying to understand my issues. Her diagnosis was right on and my stomach pain resolved that evening with the medication prescribed. I was very pleased with this clinic.

I have been visiting this clinic for the last 15 years with my family. All the doctors are superb. They diagnosed my son with an Ewings Sarcoma when the ER doc at North York General told us it was a soft tissue injury.thank you to Dr. Atwal for ordering a MRI and saving my son's life and his leg!

Worst place to be. Staff is racist and rude. Never ever I will visit here again. Especially the head nurse. She is the worst person. She takes advantage of her position. She should be fired soon. We all should be treated equally with respect. They say its one hour wait and then they send their community people ahead and we other people have to wait 3 hours. I wish I could complaint somewhere about this place and the staff

I have been attending this clinic for years. Not once have I had any issues. There are several doctors and every single one of them have been fantastic. The receptionists are sweet. The medical care is very professional and the clinic is clean, modern and nicely run. They performed my bloodwork and urine tests on site. The results were communicated to me effectively and quickly.

I had a great experience at this clinic as a first timer. The staff and Dr. Atwal were very helpful. I was especially pleased how Dr Atwal took her time to explain my condition and my treatment options despite there being a packed waiting room. This was a very satisfying medical visit and the doctor's demeanor really put me at ease. She is a lovely person and physician.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Atwal. She always does a thorough investigation after listening to our symptoms. She has a great sense of humour. I always leave with a smile after visiting her. She is very understanding and she always motivates us to practise a healthy lifestyle. We are very pleased with our medical care.

This clinic is highly recommended because of the professional, organized and supportive doctors that never rush you out. They take the time to conduct a thorough exam for the medical concern you have.

Excellent experience from reception to clinician. Covid free clinic, clean, safe and organized environment. Dr Atwal was very attentive, kind and patient. All of my questions answered.

Good and friendly staff, they are usually busy but always ensure their patients get top quality care. They are working non stop throughout the pandemic. Excellent team of doctors, nurses and support staff.

I stumbled upon this clinic as my family doctor is closed due to Covid. Dr Atwal, although very busy, was friendly, observant and reassuring. I felt very cared for. Great clinic experience.

I know that it's a difficult time for the staff and doctors. They seem tired and stressed with the volume of people coming in and out. I rated them 1 star because of my multiple experiences there. The front desk can’t handle their emotions, and the way they talked to the clients are assertive and aggressive. The waiting time is 1-2hrs, and the place is always crowded. The doctors don’t examine patients, but they ask them questions and based on your answer, they will give their opinion on which Medication might work. The place seems poorly managed, with no maintenance at all. I personally don’t recommend this place.

The receptionists desperately need better organizational skills. Prepare to call many times just to confirm some simple information. They always tell you they will call back because they are busy but they NEVER do. Something that should only take one phone call was spread out over a week and a half of various phone calls. And if you dare take more than one minute of their time they'll say "Ok, ok, ok BYE" and hang up on you.

Another thing, luckily this has not happened to me, but twice I have gone in, someone has to fight with the receptionists over the fact that the receptionists will mess up and put someone who came in after the person closer to the top of the list to see the doctor. So, if you come in here, keep an eye on who came after you and who's called in before you so you don't get left behind.

The Doctors here are usually good. Unfortunately, it depends on who you get to see. They are normally in a rush, though, so beware. To be fair, that is expected for a walk-in. It's a super busy clinic, even during the pandemic, and it seems like there's only one doctor working at a time- so keep that in mind. Wait time is 2-3 hours for a 5-10 minute consult- the longest I've experienced- but they do care about your concerns and listen.

The clinic really should update their system and make all records digital, it would save so much time and prevent records that get faxed over from getting lost in that MESS of a desk they keep up at the front.

The clinic would not let me inside because I had "sore throat". They asked me to sit in my car. The doctor called me after one minute. She talked to me for 15 minutes and gave me instructions of how to get a Covid test. At first I was livid because I could not have covid as I was fairly young and healthy. I did go for a Covid test which came back positive and I became very ill. I called the clinic back and again the doctor was again great. She explained all the symptoms and when to go to the hospital. When I had difficulty breathing, I called again and she called me right back and arranged for me to go to Humbler Hospital. I was intubated and I spent 3 weeks in the Intensive care unit. Now I am at home and recovering slowly. Very professional clinic with excellent physicians. This doctor saved my life. Dr. Atwal is the best.

The worst clinic, horrible staff and terrible doctors. The doctors are always busy and when it’s your turn, in a blink of an eye moment doctor will check you. You will be wondering what just happened and one of the staff will inform you that your treatment/ checking is done. Never ever think of asking for family doctor coz you have to come and wait in line every time as they don’t have appointment system at all. Every time you go there are hundreds of people before you and don’t think that these people like the doctors or the staff. It’s because there’s no other walk-in clinic near by and these doctors work extended hours to make more money.
