Terrible experience. They held my car without releasing it until I called OPP. OPP told me they had multiple reports about them doing this.

As soon as OPP contacted them they released my car. Unethical

Scam towing company that only accepts cash so you can't charge back on your credit card when they hit you with their massively inflated scam fees.

$550 for an 8km tow.

Today My Car Broke Down on the Skyway Bridge and David from Batista Towing came to my rescue. His Expertise and Quality Customer Service was Commendable.
I Highly Recommend their Service.

Daughter got in a fender bender John hooked us up, dropped the car off at the collision center no hassles or problems. Great dude and very professional. Highly recommend

Batista Towz provided us with excellent service. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and competent. Dave (towtruck driver), Brian (owner), and Wayne (bodyshop) all did their part to make sure we were treated well and fairly.

This guy came to my rescue when I was smashed in the rear end he stayed with me foe 2 hrs reviewed the video at least a dozen times called the police for me he could not be anymore than a out a tanding individual

Your workers speeding down a street going over 80km/h on a 50 km/h street that is populated with children is disgusting. On Tuesday June 25th a worker in a Batista towz truck went down Beach road like a bat out of hell. I'm sorry but I will start recording this and handing it over to authorities if this continues.

My wife was involved in a accident this morning. November 9/ 2018. We have full coverage on our vehicle. It was towed to the opp crc as it happened on the qew @ Guelph line. We wanted to call our insurance company first before going to any collision shop. The driver Ryan was upset that we didn’t want to go to his shop (3D collision in Oakville) the tow driver made us pay this outrageous tow bill and left our vehicle at the Opp crc.

This tow company isn’t approved by any police contracts, don’t have proper tow yards and have multiple CVOR numbers. Charge whatever they want. Don’t use there guys.

Cost me 1400 hundred dollars for a tow and was in an extremely vulnerable position. I have been calling and emailing for a receipt and they will not pick up or return any of my calls or emails.

These people are vultures and in my opinion the 5 star ratings are fake.

I was in a accident Friday night and Batista towz showed up and hooked up my car and took me the collision reporting centre. They explained the whole process to me got me a car rental and was on my way. I didn't have to pay for anything. Awesome people to deal with and really cool trucks.

Tow charge was $360 and for a second tow was $180. These guys are frauds. Because only 1 tow towed me to the collision reporting center. I’m making a consumer complaint and these guys will be Dealt with.
