Had a great time doing a tournament as part of a work outing. Kal was a great host, very helpful with running the round robin and offering encouragement.

It was a fun activity for a group of friends! Great associate who ran and instucted us (and ran the bar too!) I couldnt play due to a migrane but my four friends had a great tournament! We brought in food from Katrinas Kitchen in Pickering and we just laughed and had fun all night! Highly recommend!

This was a great experience. Our coach Tim was very accommodating and a joy to learn from. The drinks were cold and the axes sharp, will deffinitaly be back.

I've always wanted to try throwing axes and a friend invited me out to give it a try while he was working, I wanted someone I knew to show me how. I asked my son if he would be interested (14) and he joined me.

The faculty is tucked into an industrial mall as you would expect. Upon walking in we were greeted by the manager who showed us in and had us fill out our forms. There were several parties and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We spent and hour + with instructions throwing axes. There was plenty of staff and they were very attentive.

At the end of the hour my son and I had decided we enjoyed it enough that we should join a league to learn more and have some fun. Our first league night was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and we had a wonderful time.

They supplied us with axes and everyone coached us. I 100% suggest this to everyone that is able.

It took me a very long time to get in there to try axe throwing. However once I tried it I have instantly become hooked. I cannot recommend enough for everyone to go out and give it a try

We had a blast, it is a tad pricey 44$ each for base package but a fun activity for a mixed group.

Don't try changing any of the food items or you'll be told no. Doesn't matter if it's an allergy or not. Pretty pathetic they can't accommodate. I'll give our food money to a place more competent. Good help is hard to find I tell you!

I have a dog walking and pet sitting business, Move Your Doggie. My team of Dog Walkers are all Independent contractors. Since we work independently and don't get a chance to work together, I decided to take my team ax throwing at BATL AXe in Pickering and they had so much fun! Our instructor was very nice, patient, and gave really good instruction. She created a safe environment for us to learn a new skill, as a few of my team members had never been ax throwing before. BATL AXe has a good focus on safety, and the setup is designed in a way to keep everyone safe. So, if the thought of flying axes scares you, don't worry. There is absolutely no reason to be afraid, LOL. The facility is easy to find and has lots of parking. I highly recommend for any type of team building event, friends or family get together, or just to go out and have some fun.

Extremely unprofessional establishment. Employee named Alex is verbally abusive to customers, yelling and screaming like a 5 year old child. Absolutely no manners, very rude. She needs serious help. 0/5 stars. Would never return and would not recommend!

I visited BATL in Pickering with a group of work colleagues for an event. It was my first time Axa throwing. What am amazing experience. The place is huge, we’ll organized, great staff and super fun. Would recommend for anyone.

Loads of fun! The coaches are great, very friendly and helpful. They have a unique selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, and you can bring in your own food! Don't forget to wear close toed shoes. So much fun!

Came to throw axes for the first time! We did the Party Pack which also came with 6 drinks. It’s crazy how quick an hour can fly by when you’re having so much fun! The coaches were great and always nearby to ensure your safety and provide tips when correcting your form of throwing. I highly recommend coming to this location! Also the parking is super spacious and the lobby has really nice back drops for pictures too!
