I want to express my appreciation to Yildiz and Don for being so very helpful and kind during my stay here at Bay 100. They were always there to help me with anything I needed help with, and always treated me with extreme kindness and respect. I hope that my path brings me back this way someday and that they will still be here at that time.

I have lived at Bay100 for 10 years. Yildiz and Dugan (the Supers) are approachable, helpful, and professional.
The building is old but clean and well maintained.
There are some ‘difficult’ tenants in the building who are uncooperative and determined to complain unnecessarily. There are always a few. That is not the Super’s fault. The Superintendent’s are nice, professional people who are doing excellent work

We are grateful for the positive experience of living here, and the manager's dedication to maintaining order and tranquility in the building is truly commendable.
I want to thank the manager for the swift and efficient actions taken during these years. Moreover, I appreciate the manager's patient response to our inquiries and requests throughout our stay.
Having lived in this residential property for the past few years, I have cherished many pleasant memories here. However, due to current circumstances, I have decided to vacate the premises.

Such an amazing place to live. Even if the apartment itself is old, super tenants are doing everything they can to make you feel welcomed and comfortable during your stay. They are regularly checking on you, when you have a problem, they are responding immediately. I love this place an i highly recommend it.

One of the cleanest and most spacious apartments in the city. Very clean and professional management. Very quite and friendly people here. Great place!
