Used to live in this building, lived there for 2 years, in 1 year we had the apartment sprayed 15 times for both bedbugs and cockroaches, needless to say it didn't help, we used to keep a night light on in the kitchen, otherwise if we turned the light out, the coffee maker would walk away on it's own. When we moved out we threw out, literally everything electrical in the kitchen, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster, Blender, EVERYTHING. The place is a disaster, when we where there they "Renovated" the elevator landings, and the tiles literally where falling off the next day, and the endless jackhammering, due to the amount of hammering in that building, i was under the impression they used a hammer drill to change lightbulbs. Although my wife put a work order in for them to replace the light in the fridge because "we don't own it why the f* should we fix it"

The place is good, but the staff is really bad, whenever you call/meet them with an enquiry, you would never get a proper answer. Infact, the staff answers in a sarcastic manner, no respect towards the caller or enquirer. The male staff is friendly, however when it comes to female staff they wouldn't even consider your case or issue as an important one and will respond in such a way that you would feel, why did I even call or try to put my case in front of them. I guess they forget that they are getting paid for working not for leisure. The 1 star for the place and male staff.

The staff at Homestead Land holdings are so rude, arrogant, and insensitive. They do not know how to do their jobs properly. With every kind of job, a person should know their responsibilities and must be held accountable for their actions/behaviours with others. Building management has of course more power than its tenants. But, that does not mean they have the right to treat people with rudeness. The staff is so not aware about the current COVID situations. Some are heavily misinformed and because of their lack of understanding, the tenants or potential tenants are suffering. The service is so demeaning.

Don’t live here if you have a choice. Balcony construction is loud and obnoxious for most of the building so if you’re moving in within the next 7 months, be aware of VERY LOUD noises. Ya, this place sucks. I would give it negative stars if I could. Homestead management is terrible, except for a couple friendly cleaners and one maintenance worker.

I am being humble to give this property management 1 star. They do not even deserve 1 star. I felt humiliated by the way the staff communicated and behaved. I will never recommend any apartment from this management company to anyone. Save your time, energy, money and respect by avoiding their resident buildings. Self-esteem is above everything. Where there is no respect for others, there can not be safety or living.

Some of the managers are not professional. The old lady in the office, she is SOO RUDE and MEAN to the tenant. When I trying to talk to her about the bug infection, she refused to talk and said she’s busy then ask me to write the work order and shut me in front of the door. She locked me outside of her office and then swearing at me in her office.

The staff is extraordinary!

However and unfortunately, the apartment has an undeniable major issue with bugs - cockroaches and bedbugs. If this wasn't the case, I'd give 5 stars easily!
