Bay Mills Apartments

25 Baymills is my home since 2014. This place has diverse people as you can think and I have met many nationalities who lived here, whom have become friends and some are family now. This place had got lot of upgrades and improvements during my stay, always a betterments and conveniences added. Both the ladies at the management office are nice and polite, handled many of our issues and service requests promptly since the start of my stay, with the online portal the communications, updates, service requests had become even easier. As there is always a need for improvements in a growing communities, Caprite management works for bettering the lives of its community members.

Every community has issues as such that you are reading in the negative comments, the route cause of majority of them is the people living in there. If everyone feels responsible in keeping their suite clean and the facilities in the building clean then every place is a paradise. Great your neighbours and treat them like you liked to be treated, this place will be an heaven. Management will always support, help and protect its community members

Easy accessible to TTC, good neighbourhoods around and prime area to live in. I am happy to live here

The management is always on top of issues and the maintenance staff is experienced in handling problems.

All staff are very accommodating, especially the 2 ladies in the office, they're both very nice and easy to talk with. Been in this building for 7 good years and staffs are loke a family to us.

Moved recently and pleased with the building and staff, very good management and staff specially Gousi and Shimali are very polite and fixed our issues within one week, whenever we call she answers the call so quickly and fix our problems. Building is also neat and clean.

Worst Management. This is the second time I've faced a lift problem; the first time was at midnight on Saturday, and the second time is today, Monday. It is really tough to claim the steps.

Bad management. This past week the weather has been over 20 degrees and there is absolutely no AC. It's difficult to even sleep because of how hot it is inside!

I would like to commend the office admin team for their exceptional service. They are always very helpful and accommodating, and they respond quickly to every maintenance request we have. Moreover, they are friendly and approachable, making it easy for us to communicate with them. I am truly happy with the level of service they provide, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

25 Baymills Blvd is really a great place to live in.
I am living in this apartment for past 3 years. So far it's great living here. The management is very friendly.
Gousi is very helpful in getting the apartment, she is the kindest person I have met.
The apartment unit is very beautiful and all the appliances were brand new. They maintained the property very well and does renovations every now and then, to make the place a lot better.
I strongly recommend this place for Batchelors and Family who are starting their life in Scarborough.

According to my experience of more than 20 years in this building, I think it is unfair to make a judgment about this building and its management based on these comments. I do not remember one day that this or previous management has delayed meeting my needs or requests as a tenant. I believe that their efforts are clear & consistent in reaching the highest standards in achieving quality of housing.
By the way, the way they handled my latest issue with them recently, make me appreciate their effort and then thanked them for these efforts in the service of the tenants.
All thanks to the property manager and her team as well.

Lived here for only 10 days so I don't have much to share about the building, but overall it was a positive experience. The apartments are central air conditioned, which was a big Plus for me. Some of my relatives lived here as well and I didn't hear them complain about the place.

I am a resident of this building since 2008 and my opinion is completely based on my family's experience as well as mine. Ms Kaushy's efforts in achieving the best quality of housing is impeccable. She continuously thrives to reach the highest standards in maintaining the wellness of the management and the tenants. She handles all our issues in a timely and acceptable manner which is highly appreciated. She is dedicated and hardworking to ensure that the services to the tenant’s needs are heard and met properly. We are thankful to her and her team as well.

Worst management ever, I’ve never seen them working or trying to resolve an issue, If you try to complain about something they inreturn yell on you for complaining, they always try to get cash payments from you off the records I guess, If the tenant try to reach head office to complain about these ladies, they’ll corner you and they make sure that particular tenant is harassed well, Beware

Well, staff needs to be changed ASAP. They have been the worst management all over the town. These ladies need to be LEARN TO RESPECT their residents. All the residents deserve their right to complain and tell their concerns but these ladies make it so hard for everyone living here. Poor management AND no cleanliness anywhere in the building. Bed bugs come frequently and don't even talk about the cockroaches. LOL. The washrooms clog every now and then. The elevators are out of order most of the time. Moreover, the workers here are also so rude and they dont do their job properly either. Oh I almost forgot, there is also a power problem and this is a huge issue. I hope the management UNDERSTANDS and takes immediate action towards these issue.
