Bayshore Hairstylists

Just a reminder never to use this business at either their Bayshore or carlingwood mall locations.
The owner has the worst customer service imaginable.
This post is to remind her that she lost thousands of dollars in business from myself and my family because of her unreasonableness.

It was a horible experience.its like I wasted 500 dollars. Mu hairloss is too much. I went to them to tell them about it but instead they seem to put the blame on me. Did not even do anything to fix it. When I come to them they just put oil to my hair and that’s it. They seemed to be nice people bit atleast I was hoping they will somehow do something about it. I will never go back and I hope no one will be their victim. Aside drom hairloss my hair is so hard and frizzy. Too damaged. I want to cry.is there a way to complain them?

Let's just say I'm glad hair grows and eventually this cut will go away. It looks like I have a bob of some sort (definitely not what I asked for). The guy also smelled horribly of cigarettes and barely spoke English. I'm giving 2 stars because they got me in as a walk-in and well, he successfully cut my hair, just not how I asked. I don't think the price I paid was worth the quality I got.

They should receive zero stars for the poor service.
Management is abysmal and will treat you like garbage.
Do Not Use their Bayshore or Carlingwood Mall locations.
Please note that Terry the hairstylist was excellent and should he start working elsewhere we will go see him.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE THE LADY AT THE FRONT HAD NO RESPECT AND DID NOT CARE WHAT I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN. IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THE ASIAN LADY AT THE FRONT WAS RUDE AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very horrible experience my stylist George didn’t even smile nor talk properly and gave me the hair color foils to hold and told me to give him one each time he needs it. I Tried to have a conversation with him and I asked him how long has he been working as a hairstylist for and he said “don’t even ask me that “ on top of the horrible service there were spots missed in my hair after colour. He didn’t even colour it properly.

Which he charged me 400 dollars for it.

I go thier for a men's cut Terry works there on Sundays. He teaches hairdressing school Monday to Friday. He has years of experience. Great hair cut.
