Bayshore Taxi

Sometimes they are okay, never had issues with the drivers, but it seems that I have to call earlier and earlier to get a cab, especially on Sunday mornings and am still almost late to work EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sadly there are no other options for me at that time in the morning.

Do NOT take taxi from this provider. They are dirty, their drivers smoke in the taxi, the old old vehicles they use is battered with collision sign of dents and scratches finally their call center staffs are very unprofessional when you try to bring anything to their attention. People please DON'T contact any infections and illnesses through their carelessness and irresponsibility. It's not worth it for your hard earned money.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would, the day dispatcher Ally is freaking awesome and always accurate with her timing, I called the cab 445pm and they said 530 so I call to make sure it was still coming for 530 come to find out he bumped two other calls infront of us and TD us another 30 to 45 mins meanwhile we have already been waiting 1hr and 45mins I will be complaining to the owner because it absolutely ridiculous that he tells us a time and than tells me there's two more calls infront of us and it's going to take 30 to 44 more minutes meanwhile I have kids at home waiting for us. The night time dispatcher is bullshyt the worst part is I use this cab company all the time but whenever he's on all I get is a run around here it is now 615pm and we have been waiting long over an hour and now their not even answering us meanwhile we were told another 30 to 45mins. The night dispatcher is absolutely ridiculous like I have kids at home waiting and all he's been doing is giving us a run around

The lady on the phone is rude, and likes to come up with excuses. I'm used to them saying they'll be an hour.

My group and I had plans to watch a movie at 6: 30. I called them on speaker at 5. They told us to wait an hour as expected.

My friend called them at 6 asking for an update. She told my friend that apparently she told me an hour and a half, when we all heard otherwise. Then she told us it'll be another 20 minutes.

20 minutes later. We seen the taxi at Tim's ordering in the drive thru, then drove in the opposite direction.

I gave them a call again. Told us their taxi broke down. That's not what it looked like right before I called them.

Shame though. Since the rare time a taxi does show up. The drivers are friendly at least.

I called 2 cabs both of them didn’t show up and the person on the phone sounded tweaked out or like they just got beat up I don’t get how 2 cabs don’t show up if a cab company messes up 2 cabs without any wait time they clearly aren’t that good of a company wouldn’t recommend going here unless everywhere else has longer then 40 minute wait cuz you’ll spend a hour trying to get the cab for it to just not show up

I have been using this taxi service to get to work and has been nothing but amazing everytime! The staff are really nice and quick to locations! I haven't had a bad time and I appreciate everything they do!

Called a cab at 5 am just for them to tell me they say they cant get to me and it has not been the first time this has happend i need to make it up to work at some point they cant tell me there busy at 5 am

We waited over an hour when we where told it would be a half hour (not the first time we have waited an hour for them) the lady on the phone was nice we ended up calling back and asking where the cab was after the first half hour after that she told us it wouldn’t be much longer then we waited for 40 minutes after that. Giving them 3 stars because the cab driver was nice and the lady on the phone was nice.
