Bayside Family Dentistry

I was very nervas 7 scared to go to the dentast for many years after some bad experiences when I was just kid. But I finally bit the bullet & went. I chose Bayside primarily because it's close to home & they were new in town. When I walked in the ladies at the front desk made feel at ease immidiatly, friendly, knowlegable & proffesional. Dr Oliver very experienced & professinal & friendly, Heather was also very knowlegable, experianced & friendy. On the way, the ladies had my bill all ready & explained the breakdown for me. The whole visit was remarkable, no fearfactor that I was expecting. Since than I have been back few times & I laso recomended this place to about half a dozen of my friends who were in the similar situation that I was for years. The staff is competent and friendly, Dr. Oliver is excellent and Heather, the hygienist who replaced the retired Debbie, fills in the her big shoes very well. I've been going to this dentistry for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely fantastic staff all with smiles that will make your day and greet you upon entry. I am very impressed not only with those who handled my treatment plan but also by all members within the facility as they clearly demonstrated fantastic teamwork in a very timely manner. The staff’s knowledge, care and having your best interest as their top priority will relieve you of your dental anxiety and hopefully ultimately bring you just as pleasant of an experience as my own. I definitely would highly recommend this team of professional's to anyone with any future dental worries.
Doctor Oliver handled my work and was phenomenal the whole way through and I was particularly impressed how painless the freezing administration was. Awesome job guys thanks again!

The staff are very attentive and careful. Dr. Oliver is thorough and caring with a strong sense of what he thinks is right. Almost all my molars needed work, and he took it one step at a time. I have teeth that work.

Love the modern office and their high-tech equipment, and most of all, their friendly staff. Had only positive experiences, and the new doctor Zhu is outstanding; am never going anywhere else!

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know. My 5 year old went in in tears terrified and came out saying “that was actually really fun”. Several visits and they have been nothing less than accommodating, kind and professional!
