Baysville Marina

I have been storing my boat and trailer at the Baysville Marina for the past few years since I bought it. In September, I asked Kim to get my trailer out for me. I called each week, but they were still looking for it. At last the manager called me and said that they didn't have my trailer and they had no record of it. I reminded him that the previous Spring when I went to pick up my boat it was on my trailer and I noticed that the tail light was broken. He checked and they do have record of it being fixed no charge. He said they weren't responsible as I had not been paying for trailer storage. I assumed it was part of the boat storage that I paid every year. I was never asked to come and pick up my trailer nor was I given an invoice to pay storage, which I would have paid.
So, I am out a trailer for my boat after storing my boat with them for the past 3 winters. No apology, just my fault! Very poor Customer Service. I had no choice but to report the trailer stolen as it has my plates on it and if there was a problem I would be responsible.

Rented pontoon boat for two days and 20’ bow rider for one day, while my boat was in for repairs. Pontoon was a nice leisurely ride and the Bow rider was much faster and handled well. Service was great, would definitely recommend them to friends. Kim in the office knows how to take good care of people. The view going up the Oxtongue River was amazing.

It was a good experience overall. Staff was very helping. Pontoon boat was good and overall a beautiful & peaceful place away from home.

The staff from the front counter to the one's who helped us at the back were so friendly and helpful. We had a great day. The bonus was the reasonable pricing.
Altogether it was a great experience.

Amazing service! They really care about helping their customers get back out on the lake quickly. Thanks to the man who helped us and gave us the gift of getting our seadoo back on the lake quickly to enjoy our week up on Lake of Bays! Thank you!

Great place! It was a very easy transaction and everything was ready when we arrived. Definitely will come again. Jill and Sarah were superb in all ways. Definitely recommend a raise for those 2 superstars.
