Bayview Arena

Wonderful place to skate. Lots of free parking. The floor is padded so no need to use skate guards unless you go through the main entrance/ viewing area. It could use some music playing.

Signed my son and daughter for learn to skate level one. Bought skates, helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, elbow pads ……cancelled the class and no room anywhere else to put them in. Spent well over 300 in gear that’s wasted. Super annoyed!

Public skating is free. Ice is zambonied every hour. Facility shows ages but nicely maintained. Lobby and the locker area are heated. There are sufficient parking spaces.

The arena's nice; it's perfect for some shinny. I would say the only downside is the small dressing rooms and deterioriating building.

My only issue is their communication is lacking, someone emailed me regarding some issue, I called the number given back and she had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the front desk and had to physically show the email I got or else the guy in the back managing things also didn't know what I meant even though someone from their facility emailed me that morning

The arena is nice. Heated change rooms were very warm but I gave this 3* because the parking lot is horrible. The snow Banks didn't help and for some reason, sitting at the lights didn't trigger and we waited a long time to make a left on to Bayview. It wasn't until someone was leaving ruddington that the light changed.

Solid skating indoor skating rink that is great for skating lessons! Change rooms could be larger and the viewing areas could be more comfortable. Benches are flush against the wall, instead of facing it, so you will have to kneel on the benches to view your little ones skate. In the end, it’s a well maintained rink that is good for training your little one’s skating skills.

Lots of free parking available, and parking lot across the street if full. Ice is flooded after every session. The dressing rooms are nice and warm so you don't get cold in the ice rink. Overall, a great rink to play hockey or go skating.

Nice Ice rink but last time I'm going there! No figure skating allowed and you can't even skate Backwards.how rediculous is that! I also saw the staff asking parents off the ice not to take pictures of their children skating.how lame can get.
